Loved my stay! The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The guy doing room service was also very polite and friendly. Great hospitality.

I usually have a pretty good stay at this hotel. Nice restaurant options, LA fitness, and police station in the area. Unfortunately I had to experience two ladybugs and the biggest water bug just causally climbing on the wall. The card key system went down which caused the front to walk ever to their room.

The facade of this hotel is absolutely beautiful. It’s well lit and has ample parking, which unfortunately is where the positives mostly end. The ladies at the front desk the night of our check-in were pleasant enough, but they failed to mention the additional $99.99 incidental hold on top of the room charge. When we went back down to ask about it, they played the classic “Oh, we discussed that during check-in” card — which absolutely did not happen, and I’m confident the CCTV footage would confirm that. Once we got to the room, the problems became impossible to ignore. The seal under the door was torn off and literally hanging there. The bathroom ceiling was essentially falling apart. Because the room has no exhaust fan, the ceiling and paint were so saturated with moisture that pieces were peeling and falling down (see pictures). We travel often, and one thing we always check is under the beds. What we found was genuinely disturbing: chunks of bright red weave, multiple drops of blood, natural hair, and — unbelievably — a used Q-tip. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the level of cleanliness here. This hotel is a total mess. It’s visibly deteriorating and clearly not cleaned to a standard that matches either the price or basic expectations. Disgusting is the only word that fits. To make matters worse, the hotel’s proximity to the highway made sleep nearly impossible, thanks to constant engine braking from semis, slamming brakes, and horns well into the night and early morning. The only saving grace — and the reason this hotel earned a second star — was Stephanie, who prepared and served breakfast. She was personable, friendly, sweet, charming, and completely on top of her job. She truly made us feel welcome and deserves a special shout-out. Overall, I would strongly avoid this hotel, especially since there are many better options in the area. As IHG members, staying here felt somewhat forced — but if you’re not, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

This trip was for business travel and I’m highly disappointed. There Wi-Fi has been out since my arrival later Sunday (December 15th) evening. I wish that the hotel staff person would have at least mentioned it to me. Now I’m here for another day unable to get online and finish some end of the year assignments. I did report this to this issue via online and they did make contact with the hotel. I just received a call from downstairs and was assured that they are still troubleshooting the issue. And yeah, I’m still a little Peed… PS- This hotel seems like it’s an extended stay for some.

Rooms are nice but please remove all items of value from your car when staying here. My window was busted overnight and I woke up to my things missing even after parking in a lighted area directly in front of the entrance. Upon realizing my window was shattered I noticed a policeman had left his card with his name and the police report number on it which indicates that others had come out to find their broken into as well. Minus that, the hotel is good for the price, I guess.

Everything is at bare minimum including breakfast options and amount. Smallest breakfast area among all Holiday Inn Express I have ever been, about half the size. An older building that requires renovation, room carpet has stains, elevator has temp floor that looks old to cover much older elevator floor. Gym needs to be updated too. Hear truck noise on the highway right next to the hotel all night long. Better options for similar price elsewhere.

What delightful stay. Tge young lady STAR at the front desk was absolutely welcoming. She made sure my checkout easy. The property is clean.,breakfast on point,comfy bed . I will Be back again.?

This hotel was clean! We stayed from Friday-Sunday. We saw the 2nd elevator the reviews had mentioned. The laminate floor boards were coming up, but it wasn't that bad. The numbers have been pulled off too, and repainted with white paint or white out. This hotel felt safe and we never felt unsafe. The breakfast was OK. The stay overall was great!!!!

During my stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After a long day of travel, I had to move rooms and ended up sanitizing the room twice myself due to cleanliness concerns. There was no manager onsite Saturday evening, and the night attendant offered only 500 points for the inconvenience. The next morning, I showed the photos I took to the manager, who casually dismissed my concerns, saying the sticky residue came from the dryer and the bug I found was just a water bug. She offered 5,000 points but refused to adjust the rate, showing no genuine care or accountability for the poor experience I had. To make matters worse, the elevator did not appear to be up to code and felt unsafe to use. This stay showed no apparent concern for my comfort or feedback. I left extremely disappointed and would not advise anyone to stay here.

I am an avid traveler. I have stayed at many different hotels. I am very disappointed with my stay. Rooms were not very clean. Hair in tub, and other places, ripped carpet, etc. Elevators were funny smelling. The breakfast ? is very good. The location is great. Express is a great name to be added. Apparently, the cleaners do an express job as well. The staff asked me when I left, if I notified them about the issues. Listen, when you have traveled hours, unloaded, and got a room, why should I notify you?....when it should've already been done. Who's to say the next room would've been any better? I am glad we only booked one night.
