I have to say I was having a tough day. I was going on vacation to South America with an Atlanta stop over and I didn’t have a ticket for my spouse. They lost my luggage. It is probably a 2 season series to talk about my life over the last few months and this was supposed to be a vacation! For a few minutes of peace I went to the bar at the Marriott and luckily Monica was there. I wasn’t at my best. So often today people that are client facing are uninterested, but she is engaged! Add that to her enthusiasm, lovely personality and kindness makes her truly unique. Anyone who is considering flying through Atlanta Georgia should make this a stop… It will make your day better.

Very surprised by all the positive reviews at this “4star” Marriott property. As someone who stays at Marriott properties this location does not meet the typical standards you would expect. The property needs a massive revamp. Very outdated and the rooms are incredibly depressing. My room felt like an asylum with not one drop of color or pictures. The bed was incredibly hard and the HVAC panel was coming off the wall which may be why I could not get warm even with the heat on 76. The room phone didn’t work so I had to call multiple lines on my cell just to get to the front desk to ask for extra pillows. Restaurants are not near by. This hotel may be fine for those passing thru in less than 12 hours but I’m stuck here for a week long work conference and it has not been a positive experience. The shuttle is great though. Wish I could post photos to provide detail

The location offers significant travel convenience due to its proximity to the airport. The service rendered was exceptional, surpassing all expectations. The culinary selections were outstanding, truly unparalleled. However, the guest rooms require modernization. The lobby area presents an excellent ambiance, a quality we aspire to replicate within the room accommodations.

Rooms were clean, the hotel offers a convenient shuttle and it's spacious. But what really made my experience a 5 star experience is because of Rory!!! Such a nice, funny, hard working employee. As a flight attendant that stays at hotels all over the country, he really shone this morning! I appreciated his safe driving, his handling of everyone's bags, and his calling jazz he played in the van! Management needs to recognize their exceptional employee that they have!

Hotel is very nice. Employees are very helpful. Voya restaurant is much better than Bentley's and substantially less expensive. Bentleys is not solo friendly. I had steak at both places and Voya was much better. Service is much better at Voya. The only complaint is the pillows were so hard. I assume they were foam. I asked the front desk to have housekeeping switch the pillows out for down/feather pillows but it never happened. Also wash clothes were not replaced on 2nd day, but were on 3rd day. Overall, nice place to stay and would stay there again.

We were stuck in Atlanta last Saturday, November 8th after our flight to Albany was cancelled. I am so happy that Delta chose your hotel for our stay! From the moment we walked in (there was a line at 11:30 pm due to so many flights being cancelled) we were greeted by a welcoming and kind staff. It was what ! would say was a long and stressful night for the staff but they never once showed it! Front desk was so kind and helpful. Once we were checked in we waited for our food delivery in the lobby and watched the restaurant staff take orders from all the poor souls still waiting in line to check in. This was at 11:45 pm when the kitchen closed at 12! He made sure everyone that needed food got an order in prior. What a team you have! We were beyond impressed. Thank you

The location and service were fine, but they are all getting 1 stars because of how miserable the twin mattresses were at my stay here. I sleep on a marriott mattress about 2-3 times a WEEK! Every Week of the year! Usually they are fine! These were HORRIBLE! OH MY GOD, are they not able to source marriott-quality mattresses for the rooms that have the small twin mattresses? What a joke that I have status with them, pay a bit of a premium to be with them, and they have rock hard uncomfortable mattresses that completely do not reflect the marriott brand anywhere else you go in the marriott system. And to add, the breakfast food in the members lounge was complete junk as well. Had this place had a low rating, I would have known to stay away, but this hotel actually had a descent rating, so I felt obliged, out of the 100 or so marriott stays I have a year, to single this marriott out and drag their high rating down. It may just be the twin mattresses and not the queen or kings, but my god, FIX YOUR MATTRESSES! WHAT AM I PAYING YOU FOR?!?!? HOW DOES THIS PASS YOUR QA?

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Things I appreciated was the kindness and helpfullness of the staff. My mother was with me and is partially handicapped so the shower in our room was perfect. The shuttle staff was also helpful in getting her in and out of the shuttle and with our luggage. We only stayed one night so I didn't get to see or experience the indoor/outdoor pool or fitness center nor the restaurants. I appreciated them allowing us to park and check-in without having us go into the paid parking since we were going to return our rental car after check-in. Check-out was just as easy and seamless as check-in. Thought it was weird room had a fridge but no microwave. Found the microwave at the end of the hall where the ice machine was. We didn't have anything to hear up so it was no issue but if we were there longer I would personally find that annoying. Overall I'd stay there again though.

While this hotel has a great location and amazing restaurants, the room was disappointing. First, the bed was a Murphy bed. Totally bizarre when you book a suite with one bed. Next, the TV didn’t work. Then, the receiver of the phone was not working. The toilet had mold in the front half, there were not extra towels or blankets, and there were stains if something in the sides of the bed (like arms of a couch — extended far and made it challenging to normally get out of bed), stains on the couch, the large window that overlook the airport runways was filthy, and some lazy carpentry/painter work. Most of these things are easily remedied, or should be.

Location is great if you're only needing a place to sleep for a connecting flight because NOTHING is around. Only other hotels. The restaurant on site is the only place to eat, it's good but would prefer having choices. Staff is nice. Gym is pretty good. Pool is quite but no place to get water or other beverages unless you go all the way inside from the pool to the bar/restaurant inside.
