One of the warmest and most memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in a very long time. From the moment I entered the Atlanta Airport Marriott, Chris at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming, patient, and kind. He took the time to address every concern I had and genuinely seemed committed to making my first visit to Atlanta as smooth and enjoyable as possible. The women working the front desk alongside him, as well as the Marriott security staff, were equally warm and helpful. I also want to recognize Kadeeja, whom I met near the restaurant. She was absolutely wonderful—not only gracious and attentive during our conversation, but remarkably engaged with every single guest who approached the restaurant. Each person was immediately acknowledged and welcomed with a smile. That level of attentiveness is rare. I have stayed at luxury hotels and resorts around the world, and the service I received here truly stood out. Chris, Kadeeja, and their colleagues represent Marriott at the highest possible level, and I sincerely hope management formally recognizes and rewards them for their dedication to exceptional hospitality. This was the perfect introduction to Atlanta. I would genuinely return to the city just to stay at this hotel again, and I look forward to doing exactly that.

I stay at this hotel all the time, I am an Ambassador with Marriott and Lifetime Titanium and it is definitely one of my favorite hotels. The front desk managers for me is what makes this hotel so great and who I really want to give high praise to. First of all Rita is the front office manager and she is always so friendly and happy and really wants to help the guests. Anytime I need something and reach out to her she is always there to help. This hotel is soooo lucky to have her. She totally understands what customer service means. Denisse is the Sr. Rooms Operation Manager and she really does an outstanding job. I am definitely a bit of a high maintenance guest and my requests to her are always fulfilled. She leads the front desk and I think she goes above and beyond. Lashona is a front desk supervisor and she has helped me with care and kindness for a few years now. I'm really glad I've gotten to know her and she makes me feel really important as a guest. The hotel itself is close to the Hartsfield Jackson Airport and they have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes most of the time. They have a bistro that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and they also have a nice Steakhouse and a Starbucks open early morning until 10pm. All and all I love this hotel, love the staff and I'm glad I stay here regularly. I highly recommend this property.

First, everyone is SO nice…from the front desk at check-in to food delivery from the on-site restaurant. Really, SO nice. The rooms are adequate, albeit not 4-star. I found old bacon in the desk chair when I pulled it out to sit down ?. Two parking options: 1)valet @ $41/night or 2)self-park (and walk back to the hotel) @ $35/night. The rooms and hallways could use some updating, but like I said…quite adequate for a night’s stay before an early flight. Can’t say enough how nice the employees are! A+++ for that one.

Rooms are basically sound proof. We were by the elevators and did not hear them or the planes during the night. We liked the different eateries, but the rooms were like regular rooms in any hotel. Bathroom door was weird.l, and slid to the side like the door was too small for the opening. Regardless, we did enjoy the stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the amenities are top-notch. I can't wait to come back and enjoy the fabulous pool and restaurant again!

Yeah rooms were clean, food was good. But something wasn't right with the bar. I ordered a sushi roll that was $15 and my tab came back @$35 still with a tip.

Molded rooms. Very small beds. Paying almost $400 for a weekend is ridiculous and $50 per day security deposit to only have mold in the bathroom. Only thing was nice about it was the view from the balcony. I will not book this stay again but I extended one more day and requested a different room a was accommodated very well by I think her name is Mrs. Hellen Scott. She was so amazing! The hotel employees, and their management was the best thing that happened to this hotel! They were very respectful, & understanding by accommodating me with everything that I needed. I just did not like the room for that price. Pool was awesome!

I want to take a moment to recognize George, one of the valets at this property. I have interacted with him on multiple visits, and he has consistently been helpful and professional. But our most recent stay stood out. We ran into some unexpected complications with our parking situation, and George stepped in without hesitation. He resolved the issue efficiently and without any fuss, which on its own would have been enough to earn a mention. But then he went a step further: he personally escorted my wife, two other guests, and me to our vehicle, navigating all of our luggage in the process. I have retrieved my car from a hotel parking lot more times than I can count. I do not think I have ever enjoyed the experience until now. George has a way of making a logistical errand feel like the best part of your day. He was engaging, genuinely warm, and handled everything with an ease that only comes from someone who actually cares about doing the job well. George is the kind of staff member who turns a routine stay into a memorable one. He deserves to be recognized for it.

Warm and welcoming front desk staff set the tone right from check-in. The food and beverage staff were there with a smile at every daypart I visited either the lounge, the bar, or the restaurant. He runs more comfortable and furnished well. It was plenty of space. Everything worked like it should. Housekeeping was right on top of things each day. I would stay here again.

I have to say I was having a tough day. I was going on vacation to South America with an Atlanta stop over and I didn’t have a ticket for my spouse. They lost my luggage. It is probably a 2 season series to talk about my life over the last few months and this was supposed to be a vacation! For a few minutes of peace I went to the bar at the Marriott and luckily Monica was there. I wasn’t at my best. So often today people that are client facing are uninterested, but she is engaged! Add that to her enthusiasm, lovely personality and kindness makes her truly unique. Anyone who is considering flying through Atlanta Georgia should make this a stop… It will make your day better.
