This was my first time in Atlanta and this hotel is great highly recommended! The service is on point here me and my mother got to check into our room early. The gym and pool area are both very well taken care of. The room was nice super clean. The bed was very comfortable we have been enjoying our stay here. Will definitely come back if l am around the area!

I’ve stayed at this location a couple of times, but not in the last two or three years. I always hated it because it wasn’t very clean and customer service was lacking. None of that existed this time. The rooms were remodeled and clean. The entire hotel was clean. All of the staff were exceptional including the assistant manager. It was such a surprise. The breakfast was very good and the area was well organized and cleanliness was maintained. Hats off to current management for turning this place around. It was a good experience. Very close to the airport and I85.

The location to the airport is phenomenal. It's literally only a few turns to the car rental agency. The stay also includes free breakfast. Josh was so helpful and Quin went above and beyond to assist. After reading some of the reviews, I was so grateful to have them onsite when I was traveling here. I experienced true southern hospitality with them.

I was surprised before even getting there Sweety emailed me about my stay. The hotel was in a great location, rooms were clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good. Parking was $18 for the night, pet friendly. Outdoor pool. I rode the pelaton bike and got my rewards.

We had a great stay here between flights. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfy. Lakiba P at the checkout desk was very friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport as well. A great value and a positive experience!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service. I want to specifically recognize a staff member named Kinaya Christian, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I needed to add an extra day to my stay an she was patient and understanding an was able to do that for me. From the moment I checked in, the staffe greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made the entire process smooth and welcoming. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, Kinaya responded quickly, professionally, and with such a positive attitude—it really made a difference. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about guests’ experiences. Thanks to her, my stay felt more personal and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a relaxing stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Needed a last minute place to stay near the airport due to snow delays in NYC. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Price was reasonable. Complimentary late checkout was provided. Room was big and clean. Shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes. Ruby Tuesday's within walking distance.

This is a budget hotel but it does everything well. Clean, newly renovated rooms. Extremely friendly staff and even fun things going on for guests- I was the “guest of the day” on my most recent stay and it included several special perks. There are clearly employees here that truly care about the guest experience, it’s why we keep coming back.

Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport earns five stars in my reckoning, and without apology. When one books a hotel by the airport, one asks for simple virtues. A comfortable bed. A shower that works. A room kept clean and proximity to the airport. Here, all are delivered, and promptly so. Any goodness beyond that is but a welcome bonus. I know not why some would judge this place as though they sought a Ritz and felt wronged in its absence. Such expectations miss the mark entirely. The staff here are excellent, friendly, attentive, and quick to help, which counts for far more than polish for polish’s sake. As for the breakfast, it is exactly what such places promise. Hot, filling, and sufficient to carry thee through until a proper meal may be had. I passed it by, for powdered eggs and I are old enemies, but I begrudge no one who partakes. I grant these five stars in part to restore balance against those whose hopes were misplaced. Know what thou art booking, and this place delivers fully.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport-South and had a good overall experience. The location is excellent if you’re catching an international flight. You can get to the international terminal in about 10 minutes using the loop road without needing to get back on the interstate, which was extremely convenient and stress-free. Breakfast was good, and I especially want to mention Shanette at the front desk — she was very friendly and helpful with answering our questions and made check-in easy. The room was comfortable and met expectations. The only thing to keep in mind is that you are right by the airport, so you will hear some plane noise, which is to be expected in this area. Also, they do not offer a shuttle to the international terminal, so plan to use Uber or drive. Overall, a comfortable stay in a very convenient location for international travel.
