The Inn at Serenbe consistently receives positive feedback for its serene atmosphere, exceptional service, and unique setting amidst a working farm. Guests praise the attentive staff, beautiful grounds, and thoughtfully designed accommodations, particularly highlighting the butler service and farm-to-table dining experiences. While some minor concerns regarding pricing and room amenities have been noted, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.
Outstanding Service on Our Anniversary Stay. It’s difficult to describe Serenbe. One must experience it. We’ve stayed at the Inn at Serenbe many times, and each visit reminds us why we keep coming back. But tonight was especially memorable, thanks largely to Aiden and his colleague’s exceptional check-in service. From the moment we arrived, Aiden was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. He clearly knows the facilities inside and out, which he shared with us in a way that felt natural and helpful rather than scripted. But what really set him apart was how he went out of his way to make our anniversary stay more comfortable. He offered thoughtful suggestions, answered our questions with care, and had the kind of positive energy that made us feel at home. The Inn itself is everything we love about it. Charming and homey, with that special quality of being both welcoming and thoughtfully designed. It’s the kind of place that feels like a retreat. But having staff like Aiden who genuinely care about the guest experience makes all the difference. Cannot recommend this spot enough.
Carter’s Executive Team recently held an off-site at The Inn at Serenbe, and it was truly a 10 out of 10. From the moment you step out of your car, a sense of peace comes over you and the entire atmosphere feels so relaxed. It exceeded everyone’s expectations, and each person shared how much they enjoyed their time at Serenbe. The food was amazing, the beverages were perfection, and the Inn itself was warm and cozy. Most of all, the hospitality was exceptional—charming, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. We have already decided to make it an annual visit. A special thank you to Angie and Casie, and their colleagues.
What I like about Serenbe is it allows for children which is hard to find when you still want an upscale experience. I stayed for the weekend and the staff was nice and the views are ok but honestly, for $755/night, I was very underwhelmed and have stayed in much nicer places for that cost. We had 3 cookies in our room as a welcome and they were hard as a ROCK and it was oatmeal raisin. That was a bad first impression. There also wasn't much to do. The little town was just that, little, and I got bored very quickly. I did enjoy Marleigh, the sweet waitress at the Farmhouse. They also don't disclose fees or the lack of add ons for the properties listed. I thought I could get bed in breakfast for $755/night and they told me I couldn't. The place I was in also comfortably slept 4 people and is advertised that way, and then they tell you it's an additional charge for anyone past 2 people. I just don't see myself going back for that amount of money.
We just got back from an incredible “48 hours in Serenbe” package, and I cannot recommend it enough! As busy parents of young children, we barely found time for a weekend away. I booked the package because of everything that was included that I didn’t have to worry about piecemealing, but the real star of the show was the service. Pablo was our amazing butler, and he went above and beyond. He planned a full weekend of activities for us, and was in communication as soon as the weekend began. The staff honored our “dry January” with a bottle of NA Prosecco on welcome that felt so thoughtful. Our dinners were great. Massages were wonderful. Driving a golf cart around Serenbe (even in the cold!) was totally the way to go. There were rose petals and warm baths drawn for us. The Magnolia cottage was a wonderful place to retreat and enjoy a peaceful weekend. It was an indulgence, but it felt luxurious and fully worth the money we paid. We can’t wait to celebrate our next anniversary with the Inn at Serenbe!
We really enjoyed our stay here over New Year's. The NYE tasting menu at The Farmhouse was incredible. The staff was great. And our room was beautiful. Just didn't love having a shared thermostat with another room, but oh well. Highly recommend!
We had an absolutely incredible experience at The Inn at Serenbe! Our group of 35 rented the Oak Room for the entire day, and it was worth every moment. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to make our day memorable. The food was incredible and served exactly when we requested, the service was flawless, and the staff—even housekeeping—were an absolute joy to work with. Casie helped us plan a fun day with activities, and we loved being able to rent golf carts to explore the grounds. Everything was beautifully maintained and decorated for the holidays, which made the experience even more special. The customer service here is unmatched. Every interaction, from guest services to housekeeping, was warm, professional, and thoughtful. Our group truly didn’t want the day to end. The Inn at Serenbe exceeded our expectations in every way—we can’t recommend it enough!
We recently visited the grounds and had the pleasure of meeting Melanie R, the Director of Housekeeping. She went out of her way to accommodate my friends and I and made our experience very memorable. I will definitely ask for her the next time I visit there!
The Inn at Serenbe truly lives up to its name—absolutely serene and breathtaking. The property is beautifully designed with so much thought put into every detail, from the food to the atmosphere. What really sets it apart, though, is the impeccable service; every member of the team goes above and beyond, embodying true hospitality at its finest.
We held our annual company meeting at Serenbe and it was a smashing success. The location delivered on its promise of a serene environment and the staff was so accommodating. We were extremely pleased by the quality of all of the meals. Especially at The Farmhouse and at The Hill where our experience was great. Our team loved the golf carts and stayed in a combination of the cottages, the Inn and the Inn Homes which were great.
Rural setting in an urban county makes for a very unique blend. This Inn and Spa is technically still in metro Atlanta but is literally tucked away in a corner of the county that remains farm-like. Beautiful horses, cool trails, spa and restaurant-bar combine to make this a really unique setting and experience.
