My plane was cancel and delayed I had booked two nights so I had missed the first night and so I didn’t get in until 4 o’clock in the morning the next day so already having a long day and Miss Dawn she was just at the delight she was attentive to understanding that I had missed my flight and I was having a long night so I want to give all pride to Ms Dawn she was A one top customer service of the year she deserves it. I am a person who doesn’t take elevators for nothing. In this location they do not have stairs to up to your room only elevators. And Ms Dawn was so dope enough and came to the rescue and she took an elevator up to the third floor, which the floor that I was on came down and open the stairwell for me so I can take the stairs up to my room and I just wanna thank her and I wanna thank the western, the rooms are beautiful the beds were hella comfortable it was very clean. Everyone was nice even the security. The atmosphere was nice. The only thing that I was a con for me was getting to like a convenience store. There wasn’t too many of that or places to eat. And having to pay for the buffet that was $24

where to start… my first experience was awesome… even room service breakfast was served with real coffee mugs, silverware, tall glass bottle of water and real plates covered with heat saving tops. my check-in was smooth and no extra charges was put on my bill ….(the first time) this all made me come back the second time, from out of town. well to say the least i showed up early to be told my room was already picked out for me on the 18th floor and to just come back in 1 hr or so and im all set for my SUIT, i came back as told only to be told my SUIT was taken although i arrived early to be secure with a higher floor SUIT i paid cash for room service only to find out they still charged my card i then said you know what my breakfast will be my highlight i will sip my coffee and take my time with my 95 dollar in room service breakfast plus tip and i’ll be ok they brought up my 95 dollar meal in a to go bag and put my eggs and bacon and potatoes in a bowl as if i ordered a “breakfast bowl”, my sausage was cold my toast was hard and cold and my coffee cups well they used to be glass this time around paper cups and my creamer well not the silver small cup of milk, but my milk was the kind u get from gas station im highly insulted to include being in a SUIT, i felt i was at the travelodge or ramada inn, i felt i should of just got a regular room for all these insults to happen to me… and to throw more salt in my eyes, they have nothing in place to CATCH if they over charge customers, if you don’t do your own math you will be taken advantage of, but this is ATL area, i shouldnt of thought so high of anything in ATL the staff was very nice, the elevators scary the SUITS are no longer worth it nor the paper breakfast bowls and paper cups for coffee and gas station creamers, i felt i was treated like i was a nobody and i was going to let all of this go but when they played with my food, i never felt so disrespected shame on this establishment and the things that went on with someone in one of their SUITS oh yes i forgot im in a suit and still gotta walk down a hallway like all other rooms to heat up my breakfast (lunch bag) 95 dollar breakfast i will be posting pictures as soon as i find where i can ….

First of all, i feel terrible writing this awful review because of how nice and attentive some of the staff were. Very polite and very helpful with things they could control themselves. HOWEVER At busy times it will take longer than half an hour to get down as they only maintain ONE working personal elevator. They offer the freight elevator as an option but this is still in use by staff so it barely offers any relief at all. I was there for a week and never experienced elevator repair. I rode the elevator with another guest who said it has been this way for over a year. Once down from your room you may now be late for breakfast, but if you did manage to make the descent on time be prepared for the last of your time to be absorbed by a dining hall being run by one wait staff. I ordered a yogurt parfait and waited for 20 minutes to receive my cup of plain yogurt and uncut strawberry. I then waited another 10 minutes to settle my bill. This place is on island time but situated in a business district. Very lovely staff at the desk though.

The hotel staff were amazing. Nice & clean rooms. Nice location as well. But I would most definitely would like to shout out the manager Micheal Fields. He was polite, welcoming, and very professional. Also the breakfast team was AMAZING. If you are in the area make sure to book here, Elsa with the kitchen staff was also very welcoming and had great conversation.

The roomes were way too cold, I love that there is no carpets. The bed was very comfortable and I usually can't sleep in many hotels. The room was clean but again the air conditioner was not providing the heat. I had to check it up to almost 80 to get a bit heat. The coffee shopist have more employees. 1 person is not enough and the line is too long. The elevators were too full and too slow and not all 4 worked.

Horrible Experience – Would Never Recommend This Property Our stay at The Westin Perimeter Atlanta was absolutely horrible and chaotic. We were in town to attend my brother’s wedding, and instead of enjoying a special family occasion, we went through extreme stress and mental harassment because of this property’s complete lack of management and concern for guests. On the first day, the elevators were delayed by 30 minutes or more. People from our own group were sending pictures of elevators being stuck. Guests were waiting endlessly just to reach their rooms or the lobby. Many guests were visibly frustrated, and one gentleman may have missed his flight due to the elevator issues. This wasn’t just our group—everyone at the property was done with this place. The situation became far worse on the second day. Around 1:00 AM, eight of us (friends and family) got stuck in the elevator. The elevator stopped between floors, and we were trapped for nearly one hour. The fire department had to be called, and they finally helped us get out around 1:45 AM. What was most disturbing was the hotel staff’s response—or lack of it. The property showed zero concern about where their guests were or what the fire department was doing. No one from hotel management checked on us during or after the incident. That level of negligence and lack of empathy is completely unacceptable. This experience caused serious stress and mental trauma. We requested a refund for at least the night we stayed, but there has been no response from the administration. Given the severity of the situation, I am requesting a refund for my entire stay. This is not the Westin or Marriott experience anyone expects. I will never recommend this property to anyone.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. From the front desk to valet to the restaurant and bar team, everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. Being greeted each day with such warmth truly made a difference during a very difficult time for me. The hotel itself is beautiful, and my room was clean, comfortable, and a peaceful place to rest. The location was also incredibly convenient, just about half a mile from the hospital which helped me feel close to my grandmother when it mattered most. One thing to note that I know others have already said: during my last couple of days, only 1 of the 4 elevators was operating, and with how busy the hotel gets during the week, wait times to go up and down were quite long. I planned ahead for this after reading other reviews, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience. Overall, I’m very grateful for the care and compassion shown by the staff. It truly didn’t go unnoticed.

First off, this was an amazing stay. From the breathtaking view from our room on the 17th floor, to how clean, neat and spacious the room was. We were in awe. As for the customer service, every staff we encountered gave off warm and inviting vibes, especially Kelly. Kelly doesn’t only work the front desk to work it, she actually converses with guests and leaves a long-lasting impression you could compare to the sweetest mango you’ve had. My now fiancé, Trish, and I are left overly satisfied. Shoutout to the two staff that gave me a rose as I was heading up to my proposal. Y’all should definitely book here, no shade!

My sister and I stayed at this hotel December 6th 2025 for my job Christmas party. I love the Westin brand of hotels and let me tell you this hotel did not disappoint. The comforters starlight weighted blankets and will keep you warm and the mattress is definitely one I want in my own house. This mattress is the best sleeping mattress I have ever laid on. This hotel gave us early check-in and I love them for that at no additional charge. If I had to stay anywhere in Atlanta for a weekend the Westin in Perimeter / Dunwoody would definitely be my first choice. I enjoyed my stay and it was everything.

Great hotel! Very comfortable rooms with ample desk space. Very nice bar and restaurants. Excellent staff. I was there for a 4 days business meeting. The hotel is easily accessible with Uber. No shuttle service from/to airport but about 45' Uber trip. Had a great lakes view from my room on 17th floor. Reception staff very helpful. Like all Marriott properties, Great maid service and attention to details.
