As a Titanium member, I was thankful to find this hotel after a long and exhausting travel night. I ended up stranded at ATL Airport and needed a place to rest, recharge, and take an important business call. Using points made the stay even better, and the airport shuttle was convenient and easy. The rooms are a dated, but they were clean and the bed was comfortable, exactly what I needed after a sleepless night. I also appreciated having HBO on the TV and a well-stocked sundry shop because there are no stores nearby. The breakfast buffet looked great with plenty of choices, although I was not able to fully enjoy it due to my schedule. I especially want to recognize Heather. From my first phone call to check-in, she was welcoming, funny, kind, and genuinely caring. Travel days do not always go as planned, and her warmth and empathy made a stressful situation much easier. She made me feel valued as a guest and is a great example of outstanding hospitality. Overall, this hotel provided exactly what I needed: a clean, comfortable room, convenient airport access, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

Cost for a two bed room using the hotel's website was $105 after taxes and fees. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was very prompt at exactly 5 after the hour. The returning shuttle from the airport was a few minutes late but still good service. Both men drove safely. Just be cautious with the first step in/out of the shuttle and be prepared to need to turn your foot sideways to use that step, since that running board is incredibly thin. The lobby bathrooms had multiple stalls, were well lit, and were in great condition. The hotel room itself was quiet, had the standard amount of clean, and felt like the right amount of value for the cost. The front desk always seemed to have multiple staff members manning it and they were all excellent towards us. Breakfast was wonderfully diverse and almost perfect. It would have just been nice if there had been coffee in the morning is all. The breakfast attendant seemed to be hiding out in his staff room behind a door that was only barely cracked open and not really checking on anything. Both the hot water and the decaf had liquid in them, but the caffienated coffee remained empty for over half an hour during breakfast, despite a coffee replacement being visible thru the cracked door. I saw a couple guests go to that door during that time to ask him for coffee, and he seemed very unhappy when he finally carried the already full replacement out of his hiding place. So maybe it would be a relief to all involved if the hotel could buy one extra thermos and multiple caffienated coffee dispensers could be left on the counter during breakfast hours?? That way guests could drink coffee at breakfast even when the breakfast attendant doesn't want to be there.

I came into town to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean and welcoming upon arrival, with pleasant music playing in the lobby that set a great atmosphere. The room was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting a housekeeping supervisor named Quita. She was incredibly kind and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby places to eat and enjoy drinks—all within a mile of the hotel. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and a warm, friendly energy that made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. Heather went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, showing great attention to detail and a sincere commitment to making my stay enjoyable. It’s clear she truly cares about the people she serves. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had such a positive atmosphere throughout. We had a very nice experience, I especially want to recognize Heather at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and kind with us during check-in. Our cards were declined several times, which was honestly a bit stressful and embarrassing, but Heather handled the situation with so much understanding and professionalism. She stayed calm, kept smiling, and helped us sort everything out without making us feel uncomfortable at all. On top of that, she was genuinely friendly and warm. It’s clear she enjoys helping guests, and her positive attitude really made a difference after a long travel day. Convenient for early morning flyers. Front staff a bit deceitful and unhelpful. Charged me $18 for parking without informing even when I had a reservation that said parking was free. When i brought this up they argued and asked me to speak with their manager. The manager was not available during the day due to his shift hours in the evening. I had to stay up late in the night to reach him. Even after explaining details, he did not budge. Avoid this property if you can.

It is a great value especially with breakfast included. Shower/tub is dated , but rest of room is great. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The only "issue" is the QR code provided in room for the food delivery service is not the best and crazy expensive. A $45 order turned into over $70 with fees and a $9 tip (in the $70 total). Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a salad. They only delivered 1 of the burgers and then we had to call 2 times to try and correct the delivery since had an item missing. They couldn't tell us how much they were refunding us from the mix up. So, stay at the hotel and have breakfast, just don't use the food service code.

We are traveling with a four month old and a two year old and booked a hotel room once we realized our flight was four hours delayed and we would miss our connection. Our flight ended up making an unplanned stop in Miami and we didn’t arrive to the Atlanta airport until 3am. We called the hotel ahead of time to make sure our reservation hadn’t been cancelled and the person at the front desk told us if we had checked in through the phone then it wasn’t cancelled. Upon arriving to the hotel we discovered we made a mistake and had not actually checked in on our phones and our reservation had been cancelled and there were no rooms left. It would have been nice if they had confirmed we checked in on their system when we called ahead of time. It would have spared us the trek in the middle of the night with our two kids. The person working the front desk offered no empathy, counsel, eye contact, nothing even though it was 16 degrees outside and we had our children with us. She clearly thought we were entitled white idiots who deserved our fate. Maybe we were stupid and deserved our fate, but a word of sympathy or smile (basic social skills and customer service) still goes a long way in these situations. My husband has lifetime platinum status with Marriot, which makes the whole situation even more insulting.

Had a pleasant welcome over the weekend by Ms. Heather - who had a pleasant smile, had me quickly checked in with Rashad’s help. She informed me about their complementary breakfast & time, wished me a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping also quickly cleaned and replenished bathroom supplies.
