We had a very nice experience, I especially want to recognize Heather at the front desk. She was incredibly patient and kind with us during check-in. Our cards were declined several times, which was honestly a bit stressful and embarrassing, but Heather handled the situation with so much understanding and professionalism. She stayed calm, kept smiling, and helped us sort everything out without making us feel uncomfortable at all. On top of that, she was genuinely friendly and warm. It’s clear she enjoys helping guests, and her positive attitude really made a difference after a long travel day. Thank you, Heather, for your patience and kindness you made our stay start on a very positive note!

Convenient for early morning flyers. Front staff a bit deceitful and unhelpful. Charged me $18 for parking without informing even when I had a reservation that said parking was free. When i brought this up they argued and asked me to speak with their manager. The manager was not available during the day due to his shift hours in the evening. I had to stay up late in the night to reach him. Even after explaining details, he did not budge. Avoid this property if you can.

It is a great value especially with breakfast included. Shower/tub is dated , but rest of room is great. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The only "issue" is the QR code provided in room for the food delivery service is not the best and crazy expensive. A $45 order turned into over $70 with fees and a $9 tip (in the $70 total). Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a salad. They only delivered 1 of the burgers and then we had to call 2 times to try and correct the delivery since had an item missing. They couldn't tell us how much they were refunding us from the mix up. So, stay at the hotel and have breakfast, just don't use the food service code.

We are traveling with a four month old and a two year old and booked a hotel room once we realized our flight was four hours delayed and we would miss our connection. Our flight ended up making an unplanned stop in Miami and we didn’t arrive to the Atlanta airport until 3am. We called the hotel ahead of time to make sure our reservation hadn’t been cancelled and the person at the front desk told us if we had checked in through the phone then it wasn’t cancelled. Upon arriving to the hotel we discovered we made a mistake and had not actually checked in on our phones and our reservation had been cancelled and there were no rooms left. It would have been nice if they had confirmed we checked in on their system when we called ahead of time. It would have spared us the trek in the middle of the night with our two kids. The person working the front desk offered no empathy, counsel, eye contact, nothing even though it was 16 degrees outside and we had our children with us. She clearly thought we were entitled white idiots who deserved our fate. Maybe we were stupid and deserved our fate, but a word of sympathy or smile (basic social skills and customer service) still goes a long way in these situations. My husband has lifetime platinum status with Marriot, which makes the whole situation even more insulting.

Had a pleasant welcome over the weekend by Ms. Heather - who had a pleasant smile, had me quickly checked in with Rashad’s help. She informed me about their complementary breakfast & time, wished me a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping also quickly cleaned and replenished bathroom supplies. Thank you all!

Booked a room through a third party. Dayuse.com because I wanted a daytime only stay, because im in between shifts at the airport during a winter storm so traveling home wasn't a safe option. however, im also a long time Marriott rewards/bonvoy member. I called to request an early check in if possible. My request was denied, which I understand im not entitled to. However I was also told no room at all would be available. I called Marriott customer support to discuss this and not waste my time showing up, but i was assured by the phone agent if I was allowed to book the room, the room would be available even if through a third party. I showed up and was denied again, by lynn. There was no effort to offer alternatives, and i have a gut feeling if they wanted to make a room available, they could have. Its highly unprofessional for a hotel to not honor reservation or offer alternative accommodations, because i know thats standard practice. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Update: the response from hotel management is a nothing burger fake concern response to show others they pretend to care about resolution. They did not make any effort to contact me and offer any concessions to make right on the poor experience or even apologize. Don't be fooled by them responding on google. Its all for show.

We arrived hotel around 11pm and nothing much to complain about. Bed is comfortable and clean shower. TV is loud and we enjoyed our short night here. Staff were helpful specially the night staff for the night of 23 Jan, he explained about the hotel info, breakfast time, traffic conditions around the area. We also learned the brand difference ??? . Pity that we didn’t got chance to try the breakfast, same brand in Asia with no breakfast included.

Upon check-in, the front clerk was no where to be found for a minimum of 15 minutes. Shuttle bus driver couldn't find her. I was yelling for someone and no one heard me, I even went behind the desk looking for my key being I had paid online. I found a walkie talkie and started reaching out to security who finally came inside and found Lynn. I suppose she was sleeping in the back room. Unprofessional, unhelpful, UNACCEPTABLE! Nasty stained curtains. Towels for 2 in a room for 4. Strong air freshener scent.

We took the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the driver, Patricia, was amazing! Went above and beyond. When we got in, she noticed the previous lady had left her purse, so she asked if it would be ok if she dropped it back off to her, of course the lady needs her ID to get through security so it’s important, and she hustled and even ran into the airport yelling the ladies name to try to find her and she did!! Straight out of a movie lol. She was so sweet and such a great sense of humor for so early in the morning. I would’ve appreciated her effort so much if I were the one who left my purse! Driver is a 10/10! I’ll come back just knowing they have employees with this much dedication! Thanks Patricia!!
