Hosted a professional team retreat and the service could not have been better. The team was supportive over the course of the entire booking process and throughout our event. The venue is clean and beautiful with great food options. Would absolutely recommend for others booking for work. Joey, Breanna, and Michael are the dream team!

Loved the food and service here, the beds were comfy, shower was great. The reason I rated the room low is because I could hear every single word from the room next door. They weren't yelling, just having a normal conversation. I even heard the man using the bathroom. Their staff was so friendly and helpful. I did like the view from the room and from the breakfast area. I will be back next year with a loud sound machine.

Fastest elevators on the planet…seriously. Never had to wait more than a second. Excellent service by front desk. William is a pro at his job. Rooms are clean as well. Props to the team here. They’re running a great operation.

My daughters had the best experience here. From the breakfast, breathtaking views of the grounds and surrounding areas, perfect temp indoor pool, and comfortable, spacious rooms. Service was also great; Mr. Lee Hamilton took care of us and was very hospitable and good natured. I hope to return soon!

The front desk hotel staff here is top tier! They went above and beyond my entire stay! The parking and breakfast was also convenient, not to mention the AMAZING coffee shop! C’ Arica, Ciara and all Dining staff even the security made eye contact and spoke! The pool was very clean and there were plenty of towels! We will be back for another stay!

The staff at the Hotel are polite, friendly and helpful! We stayed there during pending ice storm. They were very accommodating with our changing plans. Lee and Troy at the front desk were professional and personable. George in Maintenance went above and beyond by finding an extra lamp for us for more light in the lobby. The bartender was a gem, he was fun and personable and knew his business. We had a great stay despite the weather! This is the second year they have assisted us during weather so we can get to work close by.

Very surprising. I never knew Emory had a hotel. The location is secluded. The rooms are spacious, cleaned and modern. The breakfast buffet is delicious

Large comfortable rooms in a woody setting on lots of acreage. This is a conference center, and it's also useful for anyone visiting Emory University. The hotel is spread out and contains a few restaurants and a coffee bar. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (.2-.3). The rooms have all the necessities and lots of space to spread out, also nice views. Even on cold days, the rooms are comfortable and warm. You can walk to the University from here. More bougie than other local hotels, but you do need to Uber to Decatur or other local areas.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by this experience. I am only leaving a one-star review due to the dishonest actions of one of your servers. On 12/9/25, Server #2006 (Zufan T) was given a cash tip by me at the conclusion of my service. After returning home from a company event that is hosted at this hotel every year, I reviewed my receipts and discovered that this individual charged my card an additional tip without my knowledge or permission. I want to be very clear: I did not authorize any additional charges beyond what I already provided. This behavior is unacceptable, unethical, and demonstrates a serious lack of integrity. It is extremely frustrating to feel taken advantage of after treating someone fairly and generously. This incident raises serious concerns about trust and accountability. It also makes me question how many other guests may have experienced similar issues without realizing it. This is precisely why I take photos of all my receipts. I will be making our event organizer aware of this situation. I hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses it appropriately.

Excellent no-nonsense hotel right in the heart of Emory University! Great for visitings parents. Room was spacious, clean and well-fitted. The room does have a safe, in addition to the usual refrigerator and coffee machine (Starbucks coffee pods was a plus). Parking is under the structure; different set of elevators, so you have to walk past the Lobby to get to/from your room. Only issue we initially faced (but quickly resolved by the Manager) was that we had taken a red-eye, and arrived in the morning. Though I had booked the room the previous night too (to ensure we could check in in the morning), our reservation was apparently marked as a no-show; we were initially asked to follow up with the "E" travel-website! This, after I had added a note to the hotel (within the "E" booking) that we would be arriving in the morning. Fortunately, the hotel was not full, and we did get our rooms. As I said, it was quickly resolved by the Manager, but mentioning in case others are doing the same. One minor note: the valve to change from the faucet to the shower-head is almost invisible; you'll know what I mean when you see it :)
