This was the best hotel I had ever stayed at in my life! I stayed here at the end of April and the professionalism is amazing. The staff at the front desk was amazing and caring while we were waiting for our room to be ready. All of the valets was extremely helpful! Sadly, I can't remember everyone's name other than Jermaine who continually helped us. The smiles from everyone is so warm and I can't wait to come back to this hotel in atlanta!
Think of Golden age of hotel experiences. Utmost attention to details in the public spaces. Feeling of elegance on a grand style. From the doorman who greets you at the entrance, to guest registration, even housekeeping, just smiles upon smiles. Room was exceptionally appointed with fine linens, clean lines. Bathroom was huge. Soft bathroom and towels. In walking distance to great eats in downtown. I didn't eat at onsite restaurant. Just remember: $55/night valet parking; historical fee; internet $12/day.
The photographs are an accurate representation of the beauty of this hotel. Everything was organized. The room and general areas were spotless. The restaurant had great service and was very convenient. As a woman, my favorite part was the valet/usher service. We did not have a vehicle. We utilized uber. However, the gentlemen out front, particularly an older gentleman and Jermaine, were very helpful. I did not carry my suitcase, doors were opened for me and my hand was guided down the stairs. There is something very classy and respectful about this hotel and it’s the men working the front. Hospitality truly making you feel like a guest.
I had an amazing stay at the The Candler Hotel Atlanta. The ambience is beautiful—bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff made a great first impression. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The location is another huge plus—very walkable and close to everything, making it easy to get around and enjoy the city. A special shoutout to Natalia, who checked me in and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She even helped with my bags and created such a warm, memorable arrival experience. I’ll definitely be back—highly recommend!
Excellent location near downtown attractions and the GWCC. We were warmly greeted by valet upon arrival, who helped with our luggage and parked the vehicle. Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. They offer complimentary daily bottled water and room refresh service, which was a nice touch. The onsite restaurant is convenient for a quick bite or a freshly brewed espresso. We’ll definitely be back! Just note that daily valet parking is required, as there is no self-parking option available
My stay at The Candler Hotel was good overall- nothing spectacular, but not bad either. The room itself was comfortable, especially the bed, and the bathroom was spacious and well laid out, which I appreciated. One downside was how dark the room felt; even with all the lights on, it never really felt bright enough. At check-in, I wasn’t recognized for my Hilton status and had to ask about what amenities were included, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel is located downtown, so there was some noise, though that’s understandable given the location. We had breakfast at By George and used the Diamond credit, which was a nice perk. The food and service there were excellent and definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want to be in the heart of downtown Atlanta, with comfortable accommodations and a strong on-site dining experience.
I cannot say enough about this hotel! From the staff at the door welcoming guests! Jerome was exceptional! Then the delicious hot chocolate in the reception! The hotel was so beautiful, I couldn’t stop taking pictures. The room was cleaned daily, I have never felt such amazing care! Don’t miss this hotel.

The property itself is beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional valet service. Huge shout out to the concierge team: Mr. Jermaine M., Mr. Darboe, Mr. JD, Mr. Kevin C., and Mr. Avery C. From the moment we arrived, the valet team greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism. They were prompt, efficient, and handled our vehicle with great care. Every time I needed my car, it was ready quickly—no long waits, no confusion, just seamless service. Their friendliness and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest. Inside, the hotel exceeded expectations as well. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The staff throughout the property were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Another shout out to Mr. James, who took care of us at the downstairs restaurant snd bar each night of our stay. It’s rare to find a place where every detail is handled so smoothly, especially something as important as arrival and departure. The valet team truly elevated the entire experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-tier service.
