I had the pleasure to stay at Omni AtlantaHotel. Everyone was very welcoming from the second they made eye contact with us. After we gave the valet our key, the manager walked us to the elevator to go check in. The front desk agent was very polite and friendly. We came for a WNBA game and the location was perfect. The view was stunning. We didn't drive anywhere. Everything is there, or walking distance. We were there for 2 days and we explored the whole area walking; Coca Cola, Aquarium, basketball, Skyview, Streetcar, Olympic Park, restaurants, etc.I loved my view of the Skyview and Park. It was very beautiful at night. The room was very cleaned. I enjoyed everything about the hotel and staffs, except the pool. The tiles and grouts are cracked and have green and black spots. We didn't get to enjoy that amenity. I hope they renovate the tiles soon so we can enjoy it when we return for the Atlanta Dream Playoffs. I also want to thank my server Ashley at New South Kitchen. She was very attentive to my daughter. She answered all of my daughter's food allergy questions. She recommended the breakfast that was best for my daughter. The next day when we returned, Ashley remembered exactly what my daughter like and did not like. She was very engaged and that kind of service is very important to me as a parent. Happy child. Happy Mom. Thank you, Ashley. You're a gem to the hotel.

Omni Atlanta hotel at Centennial Park is conveniently located in downtown Atlanta and was perfect for our stay. It was close to the venue where we attended a concert, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. The subway station was just a couple of blocks away, which made it very convenient to take the train directly from the airport to the hotel. It was only a short walk from the station. The hotel itself was neat, clean, and comfortable. I also liked that breakfast was optional, so you can choose whether or not to include it with your room rate. Since we were leaving early the next morning, we decided not to add breakfast. Our locker didn’t work but staff was efficient and fixed it for us. Overall, a convenient location and a pleasant stay!

We loved our stay especially because it’s walking distance from Mercedes Benz stadium where we witnessed the best Football match in World Cup History, Argentina 3 vs Egypt 2. The beds and pillows at the Omni Atlanta were perfect for both of us. Service was also superb. Very pleasant staff throughout. Front desk, bar tenders and even the folks at the coffee/shop in the lobby went out of there way to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommend the Omni Atlanta and hopefully I will be back through there again. 100% recommendations!!!

After another hotel canceled our confirmed reservation late at night, leaving us without a room outside Atlanta, we called the Omni hoping they could help. From the moment they answered the phone, the customer service was some of the best I have experienced in a long time. They quickly helped us book a room, confirmed everything over the phone, and even arranged a late checkout since they knew we would be arriving so late. When we finally got to the hotel, the same level of service continued from the valet to the front desk. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful. We were at the hotel for less than eight hours total, but the experience was such a complete turnaround from the way our night had started that we felt compelled to leave a review. The Omni took what had become an incredibly frustrating and stressful situation and made the rest of the night easy and comfortable. We are extremely grateful and would absolutely stay here again.

We booked this hotel on vacation and decided to splurge on a “nice” hotel. If you are looking for something similar, I would not recommend this hotel. We booked this location for the convenience factor (close to State Farm Arena and other attractions), however we didn’t realize how run down the rooms would be for the price. The door to our hotel room had a large gap on the bottom that my husband had to block with a towel while we slept, as he was afraid someone would try to look in. The bathroom tub and sink were slow to drain and the toilet made a loud running water noise periodically throughout the night. The beds were not very comfortable and the AC was impossible to adjust. It was nice for the hot weather throughout the day, but during the night when we were primarily in the room and not out and about, we were freezing. Overall, if I could go back in time and save my money, I’d stay anywhere else. I will say, as a positive, the food and drinks were good and fairly priced in comparison to other restaurants in the surrounding area, and their dining areas were quick and convenient. I won’t be back.

I had a wonderful experience at the Omni Atlanta Hotel while attending the Black Romance Book Festival. My positive experience began even before I arrived. Laurisa Guillaume, the Loyalty Ambassador, reached out to welcome me and ask if there was anything I needed prior to check-in. That level of personalized service immediately made me feel valued as a guest. While the parking fee of $65 per night was higher than I would normally pay, it provided peace of mind knowing my vehicle was secure while I was visiting from out of town. Laurisa also thoughtfully provided information about alternative parking options, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, she ensured that I received the Centennial Park view I had requested. Every staff member I encountered during my stay was friendly, professional, and accommodating. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I opted out of daily housekeeping services, but when I needed my trash emptied, I simply sent a text message and someone arrived promptly to take care of it. There was some noise during my stay, which was understandable given that the event I was attending attracted more than 3,000 attendees. However, it was never disruptive enough to diminish my overall experience. I typically stay with family when visiting the Atlanta area, but after this experience, I would absolutely recommend the Omni Atlanta Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed hotel in downtown Atlanta. I would gladly stay here again and look forward to returning if the opportunity arises.

The location of this hotel was great and very convenient for downtown Atlanta, but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our stay. The room had significant plumbing issues. The bathroom sink would take 30–40 minutes to drain after simple tasks like brushing your teeth or washing your face. The bathtub drained just as slowly, leaving you standing in dirty water while showering. Housekeeping was also disappointing. The towels were dirty, and after requesting replacements, it took nearly an hour for fresh towels to be delivered. The checkout experience was the final frustration. We had already confirmed with the front desk two days before departure that we would be checking out at noon, which is the checkout policy posted inside the room. The employee assured us this information would be added to our file. Despite that, on the morning of checkout, three different staff members knocked on our door asking when we were leaving. Between the plumbing problems, housekeeping issues, and poor communication among staff, this was not a pleasant stay. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this hotel.

Service was astounding, but the rooms are very small and there were no dressers. This was a small issue for our party of 5 folks staying over 5 nights/6 days, but it was not the worst by any means. The pool was nice, the staff was incredible, and I have to compliment the bellhops for how lovely and careful they were during load out and load up. Room keys worked and it was easy to get more, and the facilities were very clean. Elevators were very nice and we enjoyed so much of our stay!

Stayed here twice for concerts in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful, Tiffany at reception was welcoming and helpful with questions. I was able to check in on time with no issues. Room was spacious and clean, food was good, nothing special. Only cons, I booked a breakfast package with my room & there was some confusion when I tried to use the breakfast that was included but it was resolved. And the parking, while the valets are very nice in the north tower, park is expensive and valet is the only option here. In my limited experience, south tower valet attendants were very pushy to parl there when I was dropping off a guest, and parking elsewhere.

It was loud. The doors slamming was constant. The teenagers running up and down the hallways was not the best way to be woken up. If you need peace and quiet, dont go on a cheer weekend. The staff were great. The location was great for what we needed. It is definitely in a high traffic, highly crowded area.
