Convenient location for work, but the ongoing construction can add 15-20minutes to your journey. Several food spots within walking distance. Bar & breakfast were basic, nothing to write home about. Staff was attentive and friendly. Only disappointment was the $55 a day valet. You are forced to use it b3cause there isnt anything around competing. I am good with the $$ but it was a surprise since the dollar amount isn't mentioned anywhere except the stand alone sign as you drive up.

Great stay overall! I want to give a special shoutout to Richard at the front desk—super friendly and helpful every time I needed something. Also, Juan Carlos at breakfast was amazing, always attentive and made the mornings a great start. They both really made the experience better. Would definitely stay again!

We went there for a big volleyball tournament. We got the 2 queen suite amd it was great. Very clean, everything worked well. I didnt love the valet price, but the valet workers were extremely nice and helpful. Lobby was always bright. We only ate the breakfast once amd it was in a rush, but what he had and saw, it was pretty good. Location wasnt terrible. Walking distance to the congress center. It was definitely loud on friday outside. Youd have to walk to get closer to the restaurants. Felt safe for the most part. I would stay there again.

What should be a great hotel with a spectacular location is marred by challenges that no Hyatt hotel should have. First, the good. The rooms are spacious and I have never seen so many outlets in a hotel. The team member who checked us in was very pleasant, and an absolute gem of customer service. The proximity to the Georgia Aquarium meant that we got an extra bonus side trip to our vacation that we did not expect. The bad. Very limited and expensive valet parking. My car spent an evening parked next to the dumpster in the valet lot and it took several days and several sprays to get the smell out. The rooms have absolutely no sound-proofing and every member of my family had trouble sleeping every night due to the outside noise of cars. The unforgivable. In a building that is all vertical, having one of two elevators down for maintenance for the duration of our trip meant long waits just to get to and from our room. Sharing this one elevator with housekeeping staff meant even bigger traffic jams during high traffic periods. Do better. Also, road going to/from the hotel was shut down due to a soccer game, causing an extra hour of travel time at the end of a long day was awful, and something the front desk could warn people about.

Booked on Booking.com and paid the room in full, almost $600 for 2 days. When we arrived, the man at the front desk said we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $150 for “incidentals”. He did not communicate if this was refundable or not and honestly had pretty bad customer service. Seemed like he didn't want to be there at all and had an attitude. I get jobs can suck or whatever but like it’s not my fault so why should it have been taken out on me. No where online did it mention ANY incidental fees or anything. Also, no where did it mention the only option for parking there was $55 a night valet parking(once you left you would have to pay again, no in-and-out). So, on top of the $750 for the 2 nights we would have had to pay an additional $110+ for parking. Breakfast was mediocre at best, honestly could get better at Best Western. Breakfast was supposedly over at 9:30, but they started pulling stuff away at like 8:30. Obviously it’s a hotel breakfast, but for $600 it should have been better. They had a snack shop in the lobby(insanely expensive), and the man at the front desk that night(same as the one that charged us the $150) refused to let me pay with my card for it (another person in my room had paid with card earlier in the day with no issue when another attendant was present), saying it would just “go to my room”. The room in itself was really nice. no bugs, super clean. Only complaint is that the way the shower was set up it flooded the bathroom a bit.

Cherrell was so helpful with getting us situated in our room!! She was also very welcoming ! The room is amazing and I love the layout. Will definitely be back.

My insurance company placed me here while renovations were taking place on my home. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was treated like a valued guest! Isaack and Princess greeted me like I was a long time friend. The location is perfect and close to everything one needs downtown. The room had everything imaginable to make for a superb, comfortable stay. Each morning the breakfast area was filled with anything you could ask for. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

This was a great hotel choice with plenty of things and places to see and go to! I was instantly upgraded to a king suite upon arrival by the kind receptionist Richard and was greeted and welcomed back after every leave and return to the hotel. The room was nice and clean. We were offered fresh and clean linens every day of our stay. Overall a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to stay as I want to return one day myself!!

We loved this! It was affordable, the perfect base for the activities we wanted to do in Georgia, had all the amenities we needed, and was clean. The employees are top tier! Parking is valet only but was quick, courteous, and convenient. The breakfast is larger than many other hotels I have stayed at, and stays stocked throughout the morning. The hotel is clean, safe, bright, and welcoming. A great deal at this price point.

I would like to start by saying that we are a military family that in 20 years have stayed in hundreds of Hotels throughout the country. The staff at this hotel were the friendliest we have ever experienced. I mean everyone the front desk,valet ,bar staff, house keeping. You were all wonderful and made our stay amazing!
