I stayed here for the Lady Gaga concert. It was a short walk to State Farm Arena. Room was very clean, it had a mini fridge and a microwave too. Breakfast was delicious, lots of options available. I’d recommend this hotel 10/10.

The employees are extremely kind, helpful and personable. The nicest of any at any Holiday Inn I’ve ever stayed at in the past. Breakfast was really good and the team who ran it were very polite and worked hard (and successfully) to keep everything full so no one had to wait for an item to be replenished. Super great location – very easy to walk to things all over the area both attraction & restaurants. The rooms are fairly crammed and small, but it worked well enough overall for what was needed.

Has a wonderful stay. Kemar was great at check in and Justin was awesome as well. The entire staff was really great. Thank you all for welcoming all the "monsters" in town for the Mayhem Ball. Room was clean and breakfast was great every morning. Will definitely stay again next time I'm in town.

5-star review turned into a 1-star at check-out! I went to check out at 7pm the night before my checkout day and I was told I’d be charged a $75 early check out fee in addition to full booking cost. I wasn’t given any policy reference as to what is the earliest I could check out to avoid this fee. I would still be charged for the entire last day plus the fee. I wasn’t asking to be charged any less because we had stay past the previous days checkout so expected to pay the full price. The website does not provide an exact time or additional language to clarify if this applies before a certain time or to a booking type. Is it 12am the day of, 2am, 6am? It just says check-out until 11am. Front desk mentioned it’s because they can’t re-sale the room. But I am paying for the room until 11am the next day, I just won’t be here. I’d accept it if it wasn’t so vague or if it resulted in extra work, but to charge it and have me still pay for the room is crazy. I’ll be fair and say the staff was incredibly nice at all other times of the stay at every interaction. Definitely a great value. Beds were really comfortable and it’s a great location.

We stayed for one night before NYE. The staff were incredible - always helpful, kind and understanding. They even got us into an available room with amazing view room 906! I really felt the positive energy and pancakes in the morning didn’t hurt :)

We had an overall amazing experience! The only reason it is 4 stars is because it gets super loud at night & you can hear EVERYTHING going on outside. The power in our room also randomly would cut out then turn back on (the fridge, microwave, and tv). The breakfast was good, its what you'd expect from a hotel. The room was clean, although pretty small. An important note, as travelers not used to the area, it is a nice area to walk around in and it is located within walking distance to the Aquarium. But, once the sun sets, uber if you have to go out because it gets rather sketchy at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. We had a nice clean room . It was real close to state Farm arena. We needed to leave our car until after the basketball game Rachel and Jennifer made it possible without an extra 40.00 parking fee. They were so helpful in all our needs from the time we arrived until we left. Thanks we appreciate it. Tim

Yesterday we visited Atlanta and stayed at the Holiday Inn in Downtown. There is no doubt that the staff of this hotel is focused on providing the best customer service. From the moment you walk in, they welcome you with joy and dedication. The experience was excellent. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. The housekeeping service for room 230 was outstanding. I would especially like to thank Destiny, Ariel, and Gigi. If I return to Atlanta, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. They were an important part of making my vacation wonderful.

Had a great experience here at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. The front staff was great to work with kind friendly and very personable. Kemar, at the front desk helped us out with everything we needed and made it fun to come down to the front desk. He helped us out by adding a room at the last minute to accommodate our guest. Our hotel room was very clean and overall didn’t have any issues. Depending on where you are the rooms are small but the location of the hotel makes up for it. most of the major attractions are in walking distance away so you can save money on parking. When i come back i will be staying at this hotel again!

I gotta say, this is a mixed review. The staff the night I got there was fantastic, everything was smooth with check in and valet. The elevators are tiny, which made it a bit harder to get everything in one trip, but there’s 3 elevators. The room was huge and very clean which was great. What was not great is the actual valet service. We had an event so we were suppose to have the car ready 40 min early, we stood in the lobby for 35 minutes waiting for our car with a staff member that could have cared less. I don’t believe they pay attention to valet at all. We were told someone was getting our car and turns out no one actually was. When we came back for our second car later in the day no one had even went for the car yet at the time it was supposed to be ready. We ended up getting refunded for one valet service. Probably won’t be back.
