Nice hotel. Rooms are just enough and the location is convenient to the stadium. Keep in mind when eating breakfast or the bar that for some reason everything in Atlanta is 20% gratuity automatically. Staff was great though.

This business trip was amazing! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The room was fantastic, especially the corner room. I was thrilled with the view and the room’s design. However, I did notice that the parking lot next door could see into my room. It was a bit of a concern. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy everything else this place has to offer. The rooftop was incredible! Two cons: 1. The toilet was very low. I’m not old, but I was surprised by how low it was. If you’re older, be aware of this. 2. The downstairs restaurant pricey! I only had a togo fruit, but it was quite expensive for a small portion. On a positive note, if you’re celebrating a birthday here, they do offer complimentary birthday gifts. I made a mistake and called the wrong hotel because I had multiple trips this week and was trying to get a birthday gift for my husband. They had an amazing one!

This hotel is actually quiet. Being in an older building, with real walls and true windows, means the place is actually quiet. I could only hear traffic when a siren went off, as compaired to taller hotels in the area where i can hear more at a higher floor. Restaurant was good, lobby bar was good (didnt try roof bar) and staff were great. I will definitely be staying here again. The main drawback, is that this place is not ADA friendly. If you are in a wheelchair, some areas (like the restaurant) are fully blocked from you, by nature of the building design.

My husband and I chose to celebrate our anniversary with a staycation at the Glenn Hotel after attending a nearby concert, hoping to avoid the heavy traffic in the area. Unfortunately, when I returned to my room after the event, I discovered that it was not in the condition I had left it. My belongings had been disturbed, items were scattered, and several personal possessions—including my wallet—were missing. I immediately went to the front desk to report the incident. Anthony, the staff member on duty, appeared confused by my explanation and proceeded to question me in a manner that implied I was at fault for someone entering my room without authorization. His response was dismissive and lacked any sense of urgency or concern. It became clear that the Glenn does not have a standard procedure for handling theft or guest safety issues, which is extremely troubling for a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property. At no point did I feel supported, reassured, or taken seriously. As a result, I ended my stay early. On my way out, Anthony offered a brief apology, though it seemed prompted only after overhearing my conversation with the valet—who, notably, showed far more empathy and professionalism than the front desk. I have previously visited the Glenn Hotel for the Sky Lounge and the bar and had always believed it to be a high?end establishment that values its guests. This experience has proven otherwise. I will be sharing my experience and strongly advising others not to support this hotel.

Amazing stay at this boutique hotel! Check-in was quick and smooth, the staff was friendly, the lobby bar is chic and romantic, my room had a separate bedroom and living area, the shower was spacious and updated, and location is a quick walk to the convention center where I needed to be. I would definitely stay here again!

This trip my girlfriend planned was a “staycation” and we didn’t have many expectations other than good views and a high floor room. This was a 2 night stay, Fri-Sun. Upon arrival we requested 2 robes. I called guest services and as I was explaining, the gentleman cut me off and said (“yeah, yeah, yeah, there were supposed to be 2, I’ll send the other one right up in about 5 minutes”) this was at 3:50 pm. We had dinner at Glen’s kitchen before going out at 6pm (Still No Robe)where we ordered the bison burger and crab dip.The dip wasn’t bad, but the burger was bland. (Drinks were good). Later that night we were told the “Skylounge” was closing at 10:30 we were told 12 at check-in so we just grabbed another drink at the downstairs bar, went up (the robe was finally there). Was a little hungry so went down to guest services to get my food heated up. I told the gentleman specifically, “heat my dip up for 1 minute, and my burger up for 1 minute, (not the bread) that comes with the dip” He tells me to go have a seat and takes about 5-10 minutes heating up EVERYTHING, including the (bread)! Saturday we ordered room service, the eggs were so bland and we had no salt or pepper to make it better. Our food also came in (To-Go boxes.)But the more SERIOUS problem was our drink holder had a half smoked black and mild in it along with a million packets of sugar. Apparently one of the EMPLOYEES were trying to be discreet and hide their tobacco. Well we ended up getting it in room 1006. We called and told the front desk and they said they would send someone up to get it. An older man came up to get it, “while smiling, he just said sorry for the inconvenience”. We ordered Uber eats multiple times and not once could they have someone send it up. I leave this review which this might be my second bad review EVER, to say, we didn’t feel heard, cared for, or accommodated. The service was very poor when it came to customer complaints and requests. The young lady at the front desk was nice, and our server was great, and the bartender downstairs was great as well. As a rewards member or in general, I could never stay at this hotel again. Would not recommend.

The Glenn Hotel is beautifully designed. The interior is eclectic, moody, and has the chillest vibe. My boyfriend and I are celebrating our anniversary here and wanted to do a staycation. Our waitress at the restaurant was lovely and the woman at the front desk was also friendly. We experienced what seem to be minor things, but I feel should have been flawlessly executed for a 4 star hotel with great reviews. 1. Via the Marriott app, I requested 2 robes ahead of time. It was acknowledged at check-in, but when we got to the room there was only 1 robe. We called and the guy at guest services said that he knew and they were bringing it up right away. We stayed in the room for about 2 hours before doing down to dinner and we had to go back to the front desk to ask for our 2nd robe. 2. I ordered room service for breakfast. When they brought the food, it was in paper to-go boxes and bags with plastic utensils. Where’s the presentation? If I’m getting room service, I expect a cart to roll in with food on plates with silverware. Not to mention the food was bland and flavorless, but also highly priced for no reason in my opinion. 3. While getting the food out of my bag, someone had left (or dropped) a half-smoked Black & Mild…in the same bag with my food. I called guest services and while they apologized for the inconvenience and sent someone up to retrieve it, that’s a serious health violation and I’m surprised that’s the extent of how the situation was handled. Unfortunately, I will not stay here again. I’ve committed to gaining Marriott status this year and plan to stay at other Marriott’s, but this hotel did not meet my expectations.

Such an amazing experience from the moment I arrived. The valet set the tone right away, and the customer service throughout my stay was truly top tier—it felt like personalized luxury. I stayed here for the Beyoncé Cowboy Carter tour, and the location was perfect: close enough to comfortably walk to Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The rooms are super niche, stylish, and well put together. I love the intimate feel of boutique hotels, and this one really delivered. I will definitely be staying here again for my next event in the downtown Atlanta area.

We booked this hotel with the main goal of being close to the arena for an event. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the arena, which checked that box nicely. What we experienced was a conveniently placed nice hotel with history and an exceptional staff. The room was well kept, a good size, and the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless and well kept. The shower was visible from the bedroom area, which may deter some people; but the shower set up was fantastic and refreshing. The view was pretty good and I was told that the view from the Sky Lounge was even better; however, it was rented out the night that we were there. While we were killing some time before the event, we met Thomas at the bar. He was a true master of his craft and a great conversationalist who made us feel welcome and relaxed. The crafted beverages were top notch from the process to presentation and taste. At the end of our stay, our son was interested in the antique mail drop box near the elevator. A staff member took the time to tell him some of the history of it and showed him a chandelier decorated with the original mail box keys. Following our departure, we realized that we had forgotten to get the valet key and about that time we received a call from Miguel, who immediately drove all the way to Kennesaw to give us the key while we were having lunch. We booked this time for the proximity to the arena; but we will return because of the experience and the outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend
