This hotel was very nice to stay at. From the time we arrived, they were kind and took care of us. We were able to check in early due to an early flight arrival and our stay was great. The room was very nice and the view of Downtown Atlanta was perfect. This hotel is less than 10 minutes to all the attractions offered including the Aquarium and Centennial Park. Highly recommend and will stay again on our next visit to Atlanta!

I booked a one bedroom suite for my family of 5. The double beds in the bedroom were perfect; HOWEVER the pull out couch was pathetic. That was the thinnest piece of junk I've ever seen let alone laid on. If you don't need the pull out couch I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was central, it felt safe, the breakfast was sufficient, and we enjoyed ourselves overall. I actually feel like the mattress on the pullout couch must have been older than me and I'm 30 years old. We had to pad it with extra blankets from the front desk. Change the mattress and this hotel would be a gem.

We had an amazing time at The Connolly Hotel. Great service and hospitality from the staff. Special mention to Tamika for her wonderful hospitality and taking care of us. The hotel is clean and neat. Rooms are specious, well maintained. The hotel is in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to the train station, 2 minutes away. Walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium, about 10 minutes away. Best location.

stayed at this place 3x now with no issues. good price, fairly clean, no odors, patient & humorous receptionist, convenient location, hot water in the lobby in the mornings, breakfast included. it’s no 4-star aesthetic but for what you get, it’s a solid stay for me. will keep rebooking here, thank you atlanta. ?

One of the finest hotels I've ever stayed at, I usually stay at lower budget hotels, but this hotel felt like a 5 star hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, there was a bedroom and another room with a couch that turned into a pullout bed. The bathroom was very big also, very quiet, did not hear a sound the whole night. Definitely worth the price if youre looking for a cheaper hotel in downtown Atlanta. Great place to stay!

Had a double king room and was pleasantly surprised by size of room. Loved having separate living room with sink, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was large and roomy. Beds were a little stiff but overall ok. Is an older property that could use some upgrades but it was quiet and staff were nice. Not much around area and be mindful of occasionally having homeless around outside of building.

The valet parking is a little confusing because it's in such a small area but the employees are great. Everyone we talked to at the counter was friendly and helpful. Our room was giant and the AC was working beautifully. Was able to walk to our concert, I would absolutely stay at this property again. Breakfast was large and delicious!

Location is NOT GREAT pay a little more and stay in an area a little nicer that’s safer. The hotel was always full of homeless people hanging out outside begging for money and watching you and as a mom traveling alone with a 17 month old I didn’t feel comfortable walking outside the hotel at all. Parking at the hotel is $55 a night which is outrageous - I’ve stayed at much nicer hotels that didn’t charge such a crazy amount for parking. There’s a parking garage across the street that charges $30 for parking and I parked the car there one night but walking there and back I wasn’t comfortable doing after the first day because the area is really not great. Very run down and sketchy people and full of homeless hanging around. The hotel itself was ok, the room’s spacious which was nice, but a little outdated. I had a BIG PROBLEM checking in to the hotel and the staff at the front desk were so rude will not be staying here again. The hotel is NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY at all! I called before making the reservation to ask if to Enya’s cribs for babies and they said yes. When we checked in they told me they had NO CRIBS AVAILABLE so we got to the hotel and my baby had no safe place to sleep. The guy who checked us in was so rude and was an absolute jerk. He told me to put the baby on the pull out sofa to sleep, that’s not safe for a baby of 17 months to sleep in. They LIED and said cribs were available for our stay but they didn’t have them and we only found out after we got to the hotel with our baby. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Hotel is not family friendly at all!

The hotel is located in Downtown Atlanta, and it's 15 minutes walking distance from the Centennial Park, World of Coca-Cola and the Georgia Aquarium. The Georgia Stste University is also within walking distance. The King size room was very cozy, complimentary breakfast had the regular offers, not bad. Staff was friendly. The cons of this hotel: It's located close to the Atlanta Recovery Center, so there are a lot of funny characters walking about which can be quite concerning. There is also a lounge, Utopia within 50 feet away. They stay open till late with loud music that could disturb your sleep.

The room was the best part about my stay. I showed up early, they said to come back in an hour. I came back and they said I couldn't check in for 2 more hours. While sitting waiting for my room, I saw someone else come up and they got a room. The customer service game is weak and needs improvement.
