View was nice. Hotel was very interesting with the layout of the floors. If you don't like heights I wouldn't suggest staying here. Elevators are glass and go pretty fast. Also they are a little confusing at first. The room is nice but the bed is uncomfortable, too much like a marshmallow. My back and neck were hurting the whole time. The water pressure for the shower was good, some of the time. I swear it was due to peak times, when many where using it at the same time, it went down. Many people I spoke to, had spoke of a/c issues, but mine was fine. I would say its worth seeing and riding the elevators, but find somewhere more comfortable to sleep. I would like to say, the staff was extremely nice! Thank you for all your help and kind service ? ?

My first room the shower was broke. They got me a new room right away. It was definitely an older room that could use some updating. But it was clean and comfortable. All of the staff was wonderful and friendly. The location is good for walking to restaurants and the aquarium but a pain to drive to. You need to valet park here.

This place is seriously lacking in cleanliness, and overall maintenance. I didn't once see my room actually get serviced or cleaned/restocked, many of the employees are just playing on their phones looking like they are going through the rooms but they're just moving their carts, the floors, walls, and furniture are disgusting so I don't trust at all that my bed and towels were very clean. We saw trash amounted and remained the same for the entire week on our floor. The staff are friendly-ish. The location is where this place really shined, it's very centralized to everywhere you might want to go for some good eats. I was very surprised about the overall appearance though given that at first glance you'd assume it is very high tier and beautiful but it was not long before we noticed how unclean and neglected this place is

Had my girl's bachelorette stay here and honestly, the peaceful environment stood out the most. The hotel felt quiet, clean, and comfortable, making it easy for us to enjoy ourselves without feeling overwhelmed. We'd happily come back anytime!

Workers are lovely and friendly, no complaints for them. Our group stayed here for momocon and had a lot of trouble. For one, our room had a leak that grew larger every day, we could not cross the main path through our room without getting our feet wet. Communication between workers seems to have been a problem too. When we were leaving, we were told to take our luggage to the parking lot for valet loading. We waited a long time for an elevator, only for them to tell us we had to take our 7+ suitcases and 6 people BACK upstairs to load. Worst of all, when we tried to check out, we found out we had been DOUBLE CHARGED, DOUBLE BOOKED, for our stay. The refund would not come back through for 7-10 days. Our payee had bills that could not be paid because of this. We checked out on time. Do not book here, the trouble and leaky room was not worth it, and the bus systems for transportation to momocon were terrible as well. It would be more worth your time to Uber or metro to the convention center.

In March 2025, I took 30 students for an overnight trip for a school conference that they Hyatt Regency does a remarkable job hosting and coordinating for us. We were told check-in is at 4 PM, but our state director said due to the multitude of people visiting for the conference, check-in could be slightly delayed. So, I told my students we would kill time until 6:30 PM until we would eventually check-in together. Not only were our rooms not ready, we did not receive our first set of keys until 10 PM. We received 2 rooms' keys and had to split 30 people between two rooms. I called several times to the front desk to no avail. I was told at 10:30 PM and then at midnight that the cleaning staff were still preparing our rooms for us. AT MIDNIGHT????!!!! These reservations were created at or before February 4th, which was our deadline to have everything paid. One of our students who happened to be studying hospitality and event management for said conference called in and complained about non-compliance with the fire code due to 15 people per room. This is when the manager swiftly got involved and gave us our keys to the remaining rooms. Our students were able to sleep from 2 AM to 6 AM for the full amount of the room, which I feel is VERY unfair and not indicative of a full amount's worth of a one night hotel fee. We are approaching the conference yet again and are unfortunately assigned the Marriott Marquis, much to my dismay. I was hoping to be assigned the adjoining Hyatt Regency. I am not looking forward to this stay, especially when I am responsible for 30 students belonging to other families, and all of them have heard the horror stories of no sleep and no rooms of last year's nightmare.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a group for a conference and had a wonderful experience. The service was fabulous, everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and attentive. The hotel restaurants were delicious with top-notch service, and the unique architecture gave the property a memorable charm. Our room was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days. I will definitely be staying here again!!

I had an excellent stay at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis while attending the Keller Williams Family Reunion 2026 convention. The hotel is absolutely impressive — from the iconic atrium design to the overall atmosphere and energy throughout the property. Everything was very well organized despite the large number of attendees in town. The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after long convention days. The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants and downtown attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience for both business travel and events. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Atlanta.

Such a great place for a large conference! Amazing internal courtyard with glass elevators wisking you up... up... up... and away! Wonderful view from our 41st floor. My only drawback... very dated carpets. Excellently quick bell hops, valet, and concierge.

Hotel often hosts events and parties so be aware of the potential for noise. Very cool lobby and elevators move quick. However if a large group is checking out it can be a five minute wait for elevators. The good news is elevators are on the inside and won’t be heard from the rooms. There is also potential of some sirens off the busy streets. Rooms are pretty clean and comfortable.
