My family was stranded in Atlanta after we missed a connection. We found ourselves looking for a room at 3:00am. Many flights had been cancelled. The city was packed because it was the night before the opening game of FIFA in Atlanta. No rooms available. We were exhausted, couldn't get good help anywhere, and I was losing it!! Anthony was working the front desk here, took my call, helped us get it booked and was so friendly when we arrived. We needed extra bedding to accommodate for my son to sleep on the floor. He kindly and quickly delivered everything we needed, including toiletries. Anthony made a very frustrating experience so much better! Excellent service and a comfortable stay. Thanks Anthony! Had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Midtown. The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful both on arrival and departure. Lobby: Coolest Hampton lobby I’ve ever seen (top floor). Really nice to have a hangout spot and breakfast overlooking Midtown. Room: the room (1910) was good, with a couple of oddities. The view was great, the bed was comfortable. The TV placement was odd (off to the side instead of in front of the bed). The sink stopper mechanism was also off, so it didn’t drain properly without manually lifting the stopper. Even though it’s a high-rise, AC was a wall/window unit - if you’re a light sleeper it will be loud. None of it was really a bother - just kept it from being a full 5 Star room. The rate was more than a typical Hampton, but you got more than you do at a typical Hampton. Overall a good stay!

Great experience. Awesome view, lobby / bar / breakfast is on the top floor. Bright bathrooms with very good water pressure. Smart TVs in rooms so you can watch netflix / youtube / etc easily. Lights in the bedroom are bright but not harsh.

I had an excellent experience at the Hampton Inn, and a big part of that was thanks to Nija at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. She handled check-in quickly and efficiently while still taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I felt comfortable. Customer service like this is hard to come by, and Nija truly made my visit memorable. She represents the hotel exceptionally well. I would absolutely stay here again, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves!

The rooms are dated and feel heavily used. The service was horrible, I flew all night and when I arrived in the morning I could not get into the hotel, The front door is locked and there is a sign saying to use your key card to get in. But I had not checked in yet so I had no key. Then I found a call box and tried that. Nobody answered my 4-5 calls. Then I saw a security guard inside and motioned for him to let me in, He could not buzz me and said later he is not allowed to buzz anyone in. So I am still stuck outside the hotel. Finally someone lets me in from the call box. Once I get to the front desk, i am told I have to pay an extra $80 as I am checking in before 3 PM. So I travel a a good bit for business and have never been charged an early check in fee. The front desk person was also rude as he decided to explain to me how hotels work and how hotel billing works. Fun to hear after flying all night. Then he said I had not paid the room amount, But I had pre-paid the room a month earlier. So after looking for a long time, he finally found that I had paid it. So don't stay at this hotel. Find a diff one

Great rates and staff. Comfy rooms and good breakfast with a very scenic view that the kids loved. MARTA station right across the street. We will likely be here again during the next hotel stay in ATL. Also, my kid told me to let everyone know about the comfy warmers when you walk in. LoL

The security is very well thought out. Room was very nice, not dated,clean,great view and the lobby being at top floor to me is a great idea. You would have to see to understand.

I'm currently staying here as i write .... The customer service was superb. I arrived and checked in yesterday evening. The C.S staffs were very helpful and friendly. My room is on the 18 floor. i love the view of the city. I definitely would come back again. Highly recommended.

Safe area, well located adjacent to the metro stop and short walk to Colony Sq restaurants. Wonderful views from 20th floor lobby, bar & breakfast area. Fairly standard Hampton breakfast but nicely tended with changes to hot items. Good, clean, comfortable rooms. Guest self-laundry worked well. Overall a good experience.

What an incredible location and view of the city! The rooftop lobby offers great views and an excellent bar and outdoor seating area. Lovely for having breakfast or a drink at night. Rooms are also very nice and cozy. Great pricing for the area and conveniently located near a MARTA station. Would definitely go again.
