Three night stay was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious with a king-sized bed, so comfortable. The bathroom was emaculate and it too was spacious; walk in shower and soaking tub. From valet parking to the front desk staff, and housekeeping, just a delightful experience.

I’ve been visiting Loews Hotel for many years, but this was my first time hosting a cocktail party there on 02/22/26 — and the experience was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The setup was beautiful and incredibly convenient, the food was delicious, and the service was truly outstanding. The staff (David) made the entire evening feel effortless and special. Our bartenders Chason and Mitzell kept the drinks flowing! A heartfelt thank you to Jason and Yuna for coordinating everything so flawlessly. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and care made all the difference. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how stunning the space was and how much they enjoyed the event. I couldn’t have chosen a better venue. Highly recommend for both stays and special events.

Loews Atlanta is an exceptional stay in a prime location. Our suite was huge, spotless, and beautifully modern. Having Ashland inside the hotel is a major plus — the food is incredible, and you truly don’t need to leave the property. The staff was hands down some of the friendliest and most attentive I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. With a great spa and gym on-site, Loews Atlanta exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.

As a self-described hotel snob, this hotel scores in all areas. From the very welcoming check in to the comfortable and elegant room and great restaurant experiences (dinner and breakfast), we could not have asked for better. Highly recommend this hotel. The surrounding area is fun, with many restaurants and bars, as well as Piedmont Park just a short walk away.

This was the 2nd Loews that we stayed at. The 1st was in Kansas City. And I must say that customer service and kindness were consistent at both hotels. Everything was amazing! Diamond at the front desk was amazing in helping us kick off our anniversary! We had our anniversary dinner at Ashland restaurant and had the most amazing burgers! Our waitress and the manager helped us celebrate our anniversary as well. Customer service was on point but most importantly: Everyone at the hotel was so kind to us; we will definitely be back! My wife and I visited Atlanta towards the end of December 2025 to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary, and we chose to stay at the Loews Hotel. Overall, we had a great stay, but I must say that the Manager on Duty, Alex L., had a lot to do with that. She was absolutely phenomenal and a true professional throughout our entire experience; she was consistently available and attentive to our needs. ?Our stay actually got off to a rocky start due to some issues with our first room. After calling the front desk, Alex personally handled the situation. She sent an engineer up immediately and then relocated us to a new room. She truly 'understood the assignment' and made things right by providing additional accommodations and a room upgrade. ?Beyond the excellent service, we enjoyed the hotel's amenities. I booked my wife a spa appointment, which she thoroughly enjoyed; Alex even checked in to make sure she was all set and well taken care of for her spa experience. We also dined at the Saltwood (Ashland) restaurant and enjoyed cocktails in the evening; everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. ?Lastly, the valet service was a breeze, making it very easy to get our truck in and out of the city. Because of the beautiful property and the top-tier service from Alex, we will definitely return to the Loews in the future! Unfortunately, I had a slight mishap with the collection of photos/videos for this hotel. I accidentally deleted them, so I will have to get some on the next visit. ???

Top notch option for American Express card holders. Check-in was easy and fast. And my AmEx card benefits gave me a free room upgrade, early check-in (12pm), late checkout (4pm), a $100 hotel property credit, plus a $60 breakfast credit. That’s a lot of perks. The room was spacious and clean with a soft bed and good pillows. All the staff was nice and the hotel location is great if you want to walk around Midtown. One minor issue, There’s really no signs directing you to the guest self parking. Oh, and the bar doesn’t open until 2 PM. So no mimosas or bloody Mary’s on Sundays. But overall, it was a great stay and I’ll definitely be back.

Wow! Wow! Wow! It is really hard to find good service. But this service has been absolutely exceptional. From the valet to the front desk and beyond. The best! After check in, the building engineer, Marlin, decided to bring my bags to the room because the bellhop was backed up. We had a wonderful conversation. I wasn’t completely satisfied with my original room so he suggested a specific room on the top floor with a better view. Not only did he call the receptionist in the lobby to ask for my room change but brought my bags to the new floor. I was on the top floor with the absolute best view of the city. He even went back downstairs to grab my room key and bring it up. He was excellent! Thank you so much Marlin, you made the experience so beautiful! After asking could I leave a tip, he said the sweetest thing that was the cherry on top. No tip for me, the tip was having you as a guest joining us here! ? real tears! ? I will be back!

My family and I stayed here two nights ago and it was incredible. The staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel special. Upon entering the hotel, a very nice gentleman at the front desk gave our two-year-old son a toy truck with a Christmas tree in the back of it. We needed a crib delivered to the room and the very nice lady on the phone ensured we got it quickly and she was super friendly. Breakfast was amazing. Thanks for the great experience and Merry Christmas!

Absolutely amazing I have nothing negative to say about this place. From the moment we enter into the hotel I can tell by the aura and the ambience of the hotel that it would be special. I was here in Atlanta for my birthday and Lowe’s did everything in its power to make sure that I enjoyed myself and I had a comfortable stay. It was clean. It was beautiful. The staff were so nice and I couldn’t believe that I’ve never experienced this type of customer service before at a hotel. Everything was on point. The food at the Ashland let’s not talk about it!!! The bread that they give you? I literally had the best french fries of my life. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience. The location of the hotel is also simply amazing, as soon as you step out of the hotel you’re right on Peachtree and you can walk literally to any place to anywhere. You are surrounded by so many different restaurants. Restaurants on the variety is so overwhelming. Anytime I come back to Atlanta there is no need to worry. I will be reserving a stay at the Lowe’s thank you all for everything you did to ensure that my birthday was special and memorable. I will see you soon.
