Valet and front desk staff were nothing short of amazing. We didn't use valet service but they were still very welcoming and helpful. Room 1001 looks out over the top of the parking garage and city view. The room was super quiet. Too quiet for us so I resorted to a sound machine app. Not a downside as people usually really love a quiet room. The pillows were really flat and we all struggled with them. If you like fluffy pillows or soft cozy blankets, take them with you. The blankets are starchy sheets with a thin blanket. Not a huge inconvenience, just a preference. Mini fridge was essential, as was the keurig style coffee maker. The room was very clean, the hotel was super convenient to what we were there for. We were there during the ice storm and they pre salted the driveway and steps. They also worked with us on a slightly later check out and graciously allowed us to move our vehicle that morning to thaw out before our drive home. We didn't use the restaurant or bar so I can't speak to any of those services. Good seating areas for during our downtimes. A desk, a few tables, a long couch, plus a footrest. If you self park you will park on deck 9. As others have said, there's only a flight of stairs or the driveway down to deck 8. Not a problem to drop your luggage at the front before driving in. Grab your ticket and bring it to the front desk to have them link it to your room so you'll have in/out privileges. The garage is accessible from the front of the hotel entrance on 10th st. It's shared with the building next door and you'll walk through this area in the pictures to access it. Attaching pictures during the ice storm. I would stay here again, good choice!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. The staff service was outstanding from start to finish. I would like to specifically recognize Noel at the front desk. He was extremely professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs in a timely and courteous manner. His customer service made a noticeable difference in my experience. Overall, highly recommended—great rooms, excellent service, and exceptional staff like Noel who truly elevate the stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The only thing that wasn’t so good, considering that they allow dogs, is that the rooms have carpeted floors, It makes cleaning a bit more difficult. Now, regarding the staff evaluation, I want to praise someone from the bar, MICHELLE, who took extremely good care of us. She was very friendly and super nice to my family.

Overall a solid option in midtown Atlanta. Arrived early and paid to upgrade to a corner room in order to check in right away. Very spacious with a nice desk area - which was perfect for what we needed. Good central location in midtown, we were able to walk to lots of places including Piedmont park which was very nice. Had a weird experience at the bar where the bartender tried to charge my husband the cost of a beer for a non alcoholic sparkling water - but we were able to get resolved. Would stay again if back in the area.

I just got home from a 2 night stay at the Hyatt Centric Midtown. The location is great as far as access to public transit (0.2 miles) and it's pretty flat/ even for dragging your suitcase from the Midtown train station until you get to either the many hotel steps or steep-ish long driveway. I got a standard King low floor room since I figured I wouldn't be in the room much. It was EXTREMELY spacious and very clean. The best part of my stay was, hands down, the bed! It was SO comfortable and I am a Princess and the Pea type of bed person. I slept exceptionally well for a hotel, even with some door banging in the AM in the hallway. It also has motion sensor underbed lighting for those middle of the night bathroom trips. The walk-in shower was spacious but water pressure was very lacking and the type of stream did not seem to be adjustable. And the shower door bangs shut so hard like the glass could break. In my room, the furniture was set up kind of awkwardly. The TV wasn't really facing the bed OR the sofa in a fashion that you could sit/lie on either and watch straight on. My particular corner room (404) had views of the parking garage on one side and the driveway on the other, so nothing great to speak of view-wise and I kept my blinds closed the whole time. As anticipated, I really just came back to my room to relax before bed and sleep. The front desk staff was great. I checked out around 10 AM but still had 5 hours to kill before heading to the airport so I checked my bag with the front desk and returned around 3 PM. I also became friendly with the valet out front (even though I didn't have a car) because he was so warm and fun to talk to. We discovered a common interest and kept chatting. Sad shower pressure, even sadder shower curtains. They meet the top of the tub and soak the floor. It's a simple fix so I hope they consider replacing them with longer ones that can stay inside the tub soon. Everything else in this hotel was great so 4 stars!

Hotel is generally nice, the people I’ve interacted with have been generally nice, location is great. The water pressure in the shower is ATROCIOUS. And it makes no sense since the pressure in the sink is normal. Also as petty as this sounds, not having the ability to connect to the TV with my phone to watch a streaming service when I’ve been able to do this at much lower price points is crazy to me!

Don't usually give 5 stars but I don't really have complaints here. Rooms are clean, service is friendly. The location is perfect especially depending on where the one music fest is. Walking distance to T's, flying biscuit and more. Can easily walk to the Marta which is extremely convenient.

? Five-Star Stay at Hyatt Centric Atlanta! ? We’ve stayed at almost every Hyatt in Atlanta over the years, but this was our first time at Hyatt Centric — and I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else again! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted so kindly and even upgraded to a beautiful corner room with large windows and gorgeous views from two sides. The room was spacious, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed — perfect for both relaxing and getting a little work done. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the small details like the built-in night light in the bathroom (a thoughtful touch — I usually travel with my own plug-in light, but didn’t need it here!). And the shower… oh my goodness! I travel often, and this was hands-down the best hotel shower I’ve ever had. The water got super hot, the pressure was amazing — it honestly felt like a built-in massage. I didn’t want to get out! Everything about this stay felt elevated yet cozy, modern yet warm. The Centric is supposed to be on par with the Regency but it feels more like a Hyatt Place without the amenities. The staff are great. Nothing but love for the service. The shower had the saddest water pressure I've ever experienced. The bed was meh. There was no coffee or water available on a consistent basis (there was a water dispenser our 1st day of 3). The in room coffee isn't great but it's there. We never saw the bar or restaurant open so we just relied on nearby places of which there are many. Location is really convenient for Midtown fun.
