I had the best massage therapist a week ago. My dental team and i had a full pampering day sponsored by our boss. I cannot remember my therapist name but she was attentive, thorough and gentle. I dont like hard, deep massages and she listened to my needs and we had a good conversation during the massage. She also gave me a tour of the couples suite. My overall experience was satisfying. Very nice hotel with fantastic amenities. I will be back.

I attended an event at the Waldorf. I had the most wonderful encounters with Fred and Romeo. Romeo is a doorman who is exceptional, kind, and generous with compliments. (Who doesn't love a compliment?). And Fred, who works at the front desk, was so professional and provided exceptional customer service ?. Based on these experiences, I would definitely stay at this hotel in future. I see why its a 5 star establishment ?.

The best service I have ever received at any hotel ever ?ükrü was our concierge and he was an example by which all other hotel staff should be measured. He was informed, personable, warm and helpful. He made our stay perfect. Beyond that, I've stayed at the nobu, intercontinental and the Westin. And for all my corporate teams coming into town looking for peak room quality, excellent service, fantastic location, there is now only one choice - the Waldorf Astoria in Buckhead is world class in every regard and I can't wait to come back for personal or professional visits!

Loved our stay here during the holidays, top notch hospitality. Nice, comfortable and big rooms, not outdated. Only recommendation would be to fix the showers, we had to leave the water running for about 20mins every time before it’d come out hot. Other than that, I’m beyond happy with our stay! Shoutout to Margaret the hostess at the bar and the very nice bartender (I can’t recall his name but I believe is Aaron) great customer service!

I stayed here and it was truly my favorite of all the hotels I stayed at. Hospitality was 10/10, room service was WOW (get the sweet potato fries!). My company also hosted a training here as well and the staff was EXTREMELY attentive, no notes. Love love love. Highly recommend!!

Ron at the door and Mohammed at the front desk were standouts among a group of exceptional people. The rooms were large and comfortable. The food was excellent. Service was par to none. Staying here was a wonderful experience.
