The customer service at that hotel was excellent. Everyone was friendly and showed outstanding respect. Michael Johnson was especially great — he had a welcoming, friendly face and was incredibly kind and sweet. He made sure all of my requests were handled in a timely manner. I experienced nothing but professionalism from every staff member I encountered. The housekeeper also did a wonderful job and was very nice.
I would rate the hotel staff 10/10 for their exceptional service. The level of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness truly stood out during my stay. The team was incredibly accommodating and consistently ensured that guests felt welcomed and valued. A special thank you to Taylon H., who goes above and beyond in every interaction. He treated me with genuine kindness and respect, and his service was truly outstanding. I would also like to recognize Londarius for contributing to such a positive experience. Even the security staff were professional and courteous. Thank you to the entire team at Hampton Inn for making my stay such a pleasant one. My stay at the Hampton Inn was amazing. From the moment I walked in the hotel Michael Johnson greetied me with a smile. He was very attentive to our needs and requests. He gave great suggestions for things to do in the area. As far as the hotel very clean and a comfortable stay. Breakfast in the morning was good most days. All staff were friendly and attentive as well. Location is was perfect not too far from the airport. There are many stores and restaurants in the area. I would stay here again if needed.
Michael Johnson was great! He was very pleasant and attentive to all of our needs. I was in Atlanta for a girls trip and he made our stay all the better; giving reccomendations on the nightlife, places to eat etc. Him as well as all the other hotel staff were the sweetest always willing to help with a smile on their face..even during the ice storm that hit ATL. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great, location was perfect...I would definetly recommend and will be back for another visit! Oh, and they had a fully equipped gym,peloton and all that was an additional plus.
I can’t begin to explain how amazing this hotel is. It is a perfect location in Atlanta, everything you’re looking for is within a 3-10 minute walking distance (for traveling) and within a two minute drive. I don’t usually write reviews but I want to give all my flowers to the staff, room service, cleaning service, and most definitely Michael J. I woke up the morning of my check out a little too late and Michael was beyond understanding, then gracefully gave me those couple of extra minutes to gather all of my things with no stress. My flight time changed to three hours after the time my fiancé and I were supposed to leave and head towards the airport and he kindly offered me the extra time to relax and sit down in the lobby until then, as well as an offer for a bottle of water, coffee and a snack if I needed it. I will absolutely be staying here again when I visit next time! Thank you so so much Michael, you made my birthday and stay amazing. I will see you again in a few weeks!!
This facility needs work. Parking is $28 per night and in a nasty crummy looking parking garage. The carpet was dingy. There was scum on the bathroom walls. The breakfast was very limited and overall mid. My room had a faint old smoke smell. It was just not worth what I paid... at all. However, I will say that Ebony was AMAZING to me and my guests. She went over and beyond for us, which we really appreciate! Ebony and the surrounding walkable stores were the best thing about my trip. Other than that, I’ll literally never visit this Hampton Inn again. The one in Camp Creek is overall better.
Parking is trash and not in the building. And $28 for the inconvenience. The other Hampton Inn Buckhead next door is definitely the better of the two. There were little hairs on one of our beds. Rude checkin the night before that took way too long as he gave confusing directions instead of just telling you there are signs and which ones to follow. They don’t allow you a minute past check out or they WILL charge you a $50 fee. I have stayed at Hilton Hotels since working front desk at one myself and have a sick partner who has cancer and gets sick in the mornings for them to flat out refuse 30 mins extra time with no explanation or concern for the paying guest is kind of crazy. I shouldn’t have to shame them or tell them our personal life business to get a little leeway.
Stayed one night Sat-Sun. Check-in was efficient, Anthony (I think) was friendly. Rooms are updated, everything was very clean, and I slept well. Breakfast was standard with the exception of. Blueberry waffle batter which id never seen. Great central location. Parking was no issue. Overall a good value.
Amazing hotel. Upon arrival, our flight ended up being super early and of course check in is not until 4 pm but the front desk (Stedman) was AMAZING! he allowed us to check in early, very patient and attentive with us and was also given 2 free waters and snacks! He was very helpful with all questions, will definitely book here again.
Overall, it was okay for the weekend. Parking was $28 per day when online it said $25, plus a $200ish incidental holding fee that we would not have known about unless i had read the reviews prior and seen someone else mention it. Our room smelled like someone smoked a pack of cigarettes when we first got there and everything felt wet from humidity or moisture. We arent ones to complain so we just dealt with it all. Breakfast was very good in our opinion and parking was easy under the hotel. The area seemed safe, we didn't wander around much outside the hotel though. Our check out reception guy was super nice but the guy that check us in was very... anxious? Overwhelmed? I dont know how to explain it. He was on his phone the whole time and talking into his watch but i do know we could text if we needed something so i dont know if he was responding to those messages or personal ones. Like i said, overall it was ok and got us through the weekend. And im one for giving second chances if we ever return to atlanta.
