Located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, this luxury Marriott Autograph Collection property delights guests with exceptionally attentive service, upscale guestrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, and a highly praised restaurant and lounge. While the majority of recent reviews celebrate the lavish details and professional staff, some visitors have noted inconsistent information regarding parking transparency and elevated food and beverage pretension that may lack warmth for every guest.
This is a really nice place. Valet is quick and efficient. They helped with luggage and opened vehicle doors. Even offer to help with directions. Check in/out is easy and quick. They offer a complimentary drink when you arrive, beer or wine. Also bottled water. Good coffee in the mornings and cold water with different fruits all day. Elevators are quick. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Floor to ceiling window for city view. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice mini bar and Nespresso in room. Shower is huge, plenty of hot water. Nice towels. Would definitely recommend this place.
Amazing hotel with exceptional service and the food is absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be back. Special shoutout to Paul, who greeted us at our Uber and immediately made us feel so welcomed and special. He was just as thoughtful when he sent us off, too. Kind, funny, and genuinely warm, he truly elevated the entire experience.
One of my best Marriott chain experiences in the USA! They lived up to what I was accustomed to from Autograph Collection Hotels during my time in Europe. They honored my Elite request for a 4pm checkout without knocking on my door like usual even though I didn't have my do not disturb sign up! The service and buffet were amazing as well as the coffee! I will be back!!!
Stayed here for a night out at the symphony. It was better than expected. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone wanting a nice stay. The room was very nice and comfortable, much nicer than I have experienced at most Marriott properties lately. It was very convenient for our destinations, we left the car and were able to walk. Only negative - no lounge for my Bonvoy platinum status, but they did provide a breakfast voucher which almost covered the cost.
We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and absolutely loved it. The vibe is classy, upscale, and relaxed without feeling stuffy. We started the evening with drinks at the bar—great cocktails and a really nice atmosphere—and had an excellent breakfast the next morning, which was the perfect way to start the day. Parking was very easy and only $25, which felt reasonable for the area. Valet is not hotel staff, so we chose not to use it and had no issues self-parking. A beautiful, thoughtfully done property. Would absolutely stay again.
It was just okay. The bathroom actually had a “sour mop” smell to it. Really nothing stood out. We booked a high floor, two queen. Beds were not comfortable but the room itself was well kept. It was so forgettable, we stayed six months ago and I forgot to even review it. I feel I should give it another chance though considering that there are worse options in the area. The Marriott across from it that dominated the view looks like it should be demolished. ?
The Epicurean Atlanta, Autograph Collection offers a premium experience for guests. From the beautiful lobby, to the tastefully decorated rooms and corridors - this place oozes elegance. The good: - Hotel is centrally located in midtown, and walking distance from a bunch of nice restaurants and offices. - Extremely courteous staff - Restaurant with great food options The not so good: - The absence of a self parking option (flat fee with in/out privileges) was incredibly frustrating. At the time of booking, I had called and asked if there was a self parking option and was told yes, there was indeed an option. However, upon check-in, I was told the self parking option was not associated with the hotel and it cost significantly more than the $50/night mentioned on the hotel website. While the valets were good, them constantly hovering around for tips everytime the car was brought out made for a very awkward experience - especially after having paid $50/night for parking! - For such a premium hotel, the lack of a microwave and refrigerator in the room was quite disappointing.
Great hotel and rooms. Staff is amazing. But…Food and Beverage need to put away the pretentious manners and remember they are at the least a hotel with no lobby. They definitely get ahead of their skis at the F&B side of the house. Simply put know your audience and understand that your here to support the hotel not the other way around
This is easily one of the best Marriotts I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive, you can feel the attention to detail. The valet attendant doesn’t just take your car — they ask your name and personally introduce you to the front desk, which immediately sets the tone. At check-in, you might be lucky enough to meet Stanley, who embodies hospitality. He’s warm, attentive, and makes you feel like a regular guest, even if it’s your first visit. The breakfast buffet is another highlight. Chef Rene Salazar crafts personalized omelets with a smile and a sense of care that feels like home — a small touch that makes a big difference. This hotel is doing something right: great service, thoughtful touches, and a team that clearly cares about guest experience. It’s the kind of place you actually look forward to coming back to.
We were immediately greeted by Paul who remembered our names for the entire visit. His smile and positive energy during each interaction was contagious. I don’t know when he actually takes a day off because he seemed to be there morning afternoon and evening each day. He was a delight to interact with as was Amy who checked us in. Being a Marriott Bonvoy elite member some hotels get it right when actually welcoming guests who spend many nights and our loyal to the brand. I was pleased that Amy did! The welcome gift, complimentary drink, points, etc. she really created the experience Marriott promises to their top tier members. Reverend restaurant and bar was the perfect vibe. Dim lighting, good wine selection, calm live music, cozy speakeasy type seating, and good food - I recommend the brussels, lamb, and bang bang shrimp. Room was clean and spacious as was the gym.
