Hotel check in time is 4 PM. I am a Diamond Status with Hilton. My room is still NOT ready at the time of 4:23 PM and was told “another 50 minutes”. I have been staying at this hotel for last 3 times. I worked last night 12 hours shift and now need to wait for 1.5 hours past their standard check in time?!?!? This is ridiculous. The hotel manager Edger never reply back my voicemail. The staffs here is not friendly. If you message hotel staffs via APP, you never get response back either. Do not stay here. I will move to somewhere else next time. Do not recommend this location.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was solid but they did struggle a bit on our final morning keeping the breakfast fully stocked timely but other than that it’s great!

Honestly I would have given this spot 5-stars all around but the water situation was alarming … to me but not the staff. He was very empathetic this morning but reiterated twice that it wasn’t the hotel it was Atlanta water. The water was dirty looking this morning and out of the bathroom faucet only. The rest of the stay I did not see any issues with the water.

Over satisfied with my stay. It's been a while since I've been to a hotel and not have ONE COMPLAINT. The front counter people were amazing breakfast was amazing and the room was phenomenal!!!!!! I will be back. What a great stay for my 40th Birthday

Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta Buckhead was a great stay overall. While there were no upgrades available as a Diamond member, the experience more than made up for it. This property has one of the best manager’s receptions I’ve encountered—an impressive spread of appetizers, salads, desserts, plus two drinks from the bar per guest. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the hospitality truly stood out. I would definitely stay here again.

This is one of the best standard Hilton properties I've ever stayed in. The room is clean and spacious, the gym is useful, and the breakfast is fabulous! Pork caritas and salsa verde along with sausage, scrambled eggs, chia pudding, overnight oats, and more. Plus free parking. This property is definitely top of the list for our next trip to Atlanta.

I’m in Atlanta once a month and this is my go to destination place. It’s conveniently close to everything. I need to visit while I’m out there. And it’s pet friendly and the breakfast is complementary. The upgrades over the last year have been good. Staff is always friendly as well. Plus no additional parking fees

NOT a dog friendly property. There is NO place for them to potty anywhere close. They are not allowed near the faux grass area. The front desk said there is a park 5 minutes away…. Maybe we should have asked in advance, but no… we have stayed at more hotels than we can count with these little dogs and never have we been to a “dog friendly” property without a dog spot to potty. We just canceled our December stay to go to another hotel nearby that is truly dog friendly.

The room was nice appearance wise but it was so loud all night. Our room was on the 2nd floor right above a service entrance. All night long, employees threw things in the dumpster causing a lot of noise. The air and plumbing were also extremely loud. It also seemed like employees were rolling loud carts up and down the halls all night. It was loud enough to wake both my heavy sleeping kids multiple times. We would definitely not consider staying here in the future due to how loud it was. Definitely not worth the $300 a night we paid. Staff seems to care more about their phones than guest experience. Breakfast was not impressive either. Rubbery, overcooked sausage. Watery eggs. Soggy potatoes. I've gotten better food in the hospital. Snacks and drinks are outrageously priced. $3.50 for a small pack of Oreos? Why?!?!? We were staying here because my daughter had a doc appt close by and we live about 2 hours away. We will definitely not consider this hotel for future visits.

Okay this was THE cleanest hotel we’ve ever been too. I cannot tell you the last time I walked around a hotel room where the floors weren’t sticky. Just wow! They are so incredibly thorough! My son and I are allergic to dogs and we were so grateful for how nothing fabric wise set us off - just another testimony to how well they clean this hotel. The staff were all so friendly, the man who brought us extra pillows was so sweet. One of the ladies who made breakfast showed me where to grab a to-go box so we could pack a breakfast to take with us in the car. The breakfast was delicious and was definitely above average! They have a parking garage (which isn’t my favorite) but everything felt safe and well-kept up. And the fact that we were able to do our laundry in our own room with the available in-room units (again, mind blown!). Don’t hesitate to grab a room here if they’re available. This place is gold! So grateful that the Lord helped us find this hotel. May God bless the staff and workers here!
