Just stayed here for a work trip. It had really nice facilities and big rooms, with a great bathroom. Enjoyed the gym as well! Front Desk: Poor service. Could not find a package that had been shipped for me before leaving the country... I left a jacket at the last hotel I stayed at and had it overnighted to the InterContinental so I could pick it up before leaving the country. I notified the Front Desk and told them to call me when it arrived. I got no call, then stopped by before my flight, and they said it still hadn't arrived. My tracking info wasn't loading, but at the airport, it showed it had been delivered earlier that day.... I called the hotel. After being on hold for 30 minutes, I got through to a human who confirmed it had come...I am now back in the UK, have spent so much time and money, and still don't have my jacket back. Still livid. Unacceptable; I would like a refund for the overnight postage I paid to ensure it arrived before I left the hotel/country. Service: The cleaning service was good, but they threw away some snacks I had in the room, and left old takeaway coffee cups, which was a bit irksome.

Spent a night in the city to celebrate our Anniversary. It's a very nice hotel, with several great options on site in addition to many walkable restaurants. Breakfast was great, with The Americano's pancakes possibly being the best we've ever had. Fluffy, with a crisp surface and a mild birthday cake flavor. If there is one critique, the TV's don't have any options to connect apps, cast, or even plug in with HDMI. Bu we will do this again.

Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. I called in advance to see if we could check in early at 1pm. I waited 15 mins and was told “maybe”. Then found out we paid to check in at noon once we arrived around 2pm. Frusterating Around 8pm while we were relaxing in our bed. A cleaning lady knocked and came into our room without permission. Which was annoying as 8pm is late for any reason. We told them no The next day, the breakfast buffet was inedible. Eggs were liquid carton type. Sausages were cold and shrinkage. Additionally service was slow and basically $100 for 2 people because a 20% tip was essentially forced with no way to remove. I would recommend to eat anywhere else outside the hotel. Price per night was reasonable, hotel location is great. But the food and service is not a 5 star hotel quality

I came for a birthday trip and this place did not disappoint. Between Elijah at reception upgrading our room and making sure we had tickets to events to Preston, Eric, and Timothy in the lounge taking great care of us every day, I could not have asked for more. The entire hotel is very clean and all of the staff was welcoming and attentive. Bonus points for the doormen here, too! They were fantastic at keeping the flow of cars moving and checking in with our uber drivers. This little touch made me feel extra safe while in their care.

Service best in Atlanta. Especially the food staff for events and the head Shrone from the the moment I walked in to the last day of our conference! The entire staff goes an extra mile and then some for their guests. All courteous, kind, smiles on the faces, extremely helpful. You can’t go wrong with this place for your next event, conference, or stay 5 stars across the board NO COMPLAINTS! BOOK THEM YOU WONT REGRET IT!

We recently stayed at the InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta while attending a conference, which also happened to fall on my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The hotel itself is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located in Buckhead with convenient access to everything we needed. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between upscale and welcoming. The beds were extremely comfortable and made it easy to relax and recharge after long conference days. What truly set this stay apart, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered went out of their way to make my wife feel celebrated. From warm birthday wishes throughout our stay to a wonderful surprise dessert tray waiting in our room upon arrival, the attention to detail was outstanding and deeply appreciated. A special thank you to Elijah at the front desk, who went above and beyond to ensure this was a memorable birthday and trip for both of us. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made all the difference. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta to anyone looking for luxury paired with truly top notch service.

Had 3-night stay! The location was perfect and the staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I checked in. My room was spotless, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. Fast Wi-Fi, meetings and conference room facilities were excellent. Definitely recommend for any business. Highly recommended!

Had an amazing experience during my one year anniversary stay! Very comfortable room and spacious bathroom. We were even lucky to snag restaurant and bar credits, along with breakfast passes. Special thank you to Eric for making our weekend a memorable one - will book again soon!

Recently stayed here and I have to give a shout out to April, Big Kalhid, young Malik, Salem, Eric, and Timothy. I was here for work and they made this feel more like a vacation. April was very helpful and nice the moment I arrived. Kalhid was so friendly and respectful at the front door, and I enjoyed talking to him. Malik was very warming as the concierge and offered so much help. As for the lounge area Eric, Salem, and Timothy made sure I was satisfied and full of great food and beverages. My over all stay was top notch, also house keeping was amazing and every night I had a bucket full of ice and mint on my pillow.

The employees were great and the hotel looks nice but it does not feel nice. I just stayed here for a conference. The biggest issue was the water temperature. In the room, the sink was ok because it had two handles--one cold and one hot. But the shower was scalding and would stay scalding until the faucet was almost turned off, at which point it would be freezing. I had to keep alternating to be able to shower. And it clearly wasn't just my room as the sinks in the public bathrooms on the ground floor were all freezing all the time. So much so that others commented on it. It was very cold outside this weekend, but the main lobby of the hotel didn't seem to have heat. It always felt like the doors were open, but they weren't. These are not the type of problems a luxury hotel should present. On top of that, the mattress was too hard and the pillows too soft. I get this is subjective, but especially when there's 4 pillows on a bed there's no reason to have 4 pillows that are all too soft. I would definitely not recommend paying a premium for this hotel. These issues are ones I'd expect from one where you're paying a tenth of the price.
