Valet service was wonderful! Mr. Nolawe provided tremendous service and offered to load my car. I had several heavy boxes and he loaded them wonderfully into my car. He had a great attitude and disposition. Just a great young man. I appreciate all that he did. Many thanks to him!

?????Morning. Very nice hotel. I think it’s a lil overpriced. Certain things didn work in my room but I won’t speak of thm because it doesn’t mean all rooms gone have same issue. Worst service rep by the name of Aida. She embarrassed me and was rude checking me in and tried to over charge me. Didn assist me correctly and after 30m of tryn call customer service, I went and spoke with another Rep by name of ?Angel, and that she was.??everything I said was correct and the other lady just didn take her time and check info correctly. Angel fixed everything. Very nice lady, friendly and respectful. Need more ppl like her at check in. After dealing with Aida and the headache and humiliation,I don’t I dnt know if il continue going to Hilton. Worst experience ever

Stay was great. Thank goodness for valet service due to a tight garage for self parking. Venecia and the entire valet crew took very good care of us. All interaction with the employees was 5 star service especially the front desk and bar tender.

The rooms are clean and modern. The bathrooms are upgraded and aesthetically pleasing. The hot water took a minute to reach max hotness. The sink in the bathroom was fine, but the other sink in the room didn't work. For the price point, this was not an issue at all- just being transparent. The highlights of this hotel are the service. Ranzul at the bar on the second floor is absolutely fantastic. The staff that work breakfast as well as the valet drivers are incredible as well - which is why I'm giving this place 5 stars. The view is also 10/10 and the iconic glass elevator is always a hit.

First time here at this hotel and ill tell you what it's been the best service I've ever had, the workers are all friendly, helpful, great service for valet parking and has great breakfasts and they have happy hour 2 free alcohol drinks like mixed drinks and lagaler beer, and the rooms are so spacious and clean. There are no bugs thats a plus plus. I'll be coming back again and again whenever im back in town.

I want to take a moment to recognize Sam and Delvin — they are truly the absolute best. While my overall hotel experience was a little rocky, they both did their very best to assist me in every way possible. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making things right. They absolutely did their jobs — and did them well — even when others unfortunately fell short. I also want to give a very special thank-you to the amazing woman who works in breakfast with the beautiful bob hairstyle. She is truly a beautiful human being inside and out. She goes above and beyond, and her care and kindness genuinely show in everything she does. She is the definition of a hard worker, and her positive energy made my mornings brighter. Because of people like Sam, Delvin, and her, this place still has heart. They deserve to be recognized and appreciated.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were decent and the breakfast was pretty good. Most of the staff are friendly. However, I was double billed for self parking for 2 nights and getting this situated has been IMPOSSIBLE. I’ve called and messaged multiple numbers and 1. No one is answering & 2. Their mailboxes are full. $180 for self parking for 2 nights is insane.

My husband and I had a great experience for our anniversary. We especially enjoyed how attentive, kind , courteous, and professional our breakfast staff was. One member of the breakfast staff stood out in particular. Her name is Nickheela! I asked for proper spelling of her name to make sure that we could give her special recognition. I don’t know if she is a trainer for others or in management. If she isn’t, the decision makers should consider promoting her her to do such work. Her brand of customer service and attention should be cloned! Thank you all for a great experience!

My husband I had a nice stay here. Most notably was the staff. We were greeted with a big ol’ smile by the valet, and then immediately had the attention of 3 employees who were working behind the desk. Our dates were incorrect so they helped me fix that and then offered us a complimentary bar drink while we waited for things online to connect. We were then served by a fantastic bartender! We didn’t catch everyone’s names, but Breanna, Devon and Angel were the ones we remembered. Also, the room was extremely clean and well managed. The space is very comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast before heading out. I travel at least once or twice a month so finding affordable hotels that are also quality = almost impossible. Embassy Suites Buckhead has accomplished both. Cheers to them!

Really good experience, was here with my girlfriend for AJ Ghent event(dude is awesome ?) we had our room all the way on the 16th floor. Room and view was great. Custom service was awesome. Ruth Chris was conveniently located right downstairs. Breakfast daily was excellent. There's quite a lot to do without going too far as far as entertainment and shopping. My one and reason for not going full 5 stars was parking. It sucked, it's 3rd party so you have to pay extra for it(and we're Diamond Status), the turns in the parking garage which is under the hotel(how did that become 3rd party owned) are very tight.. Besides that, the staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly.
