I travel quite a bit and I will be honest with my review. What made this hotel was the desk staff. This was the first time for my family to stay here for a family wedding. Upon arrival we were greeted by the ever so kind, Janijah. She was hustling that front desk all on her own. Organized with room keys galore laid out for a ton of check ins, answering the phone and greeting incoming guests. Our room was ready for early check in and we were very thankful. There were plenty of areas for large parties to gather and spend time together. The included breakfast was a big hit and it was packed each morning. The on site steak restaurant had some amazing drinks and Austin my server was amazing. Shakiya from the front desk was also lovely and hard working for the guests. Here are the cons: the rooms are in need of a revamp. While the first floor and bar area are great, those rooms need some deep cleaning and sprucing up. The beds were comfortable and clean but several of our rooms were musty and one had a smell lingering around the fridge/microwave. The towels were clean. But they had a shortage or issue one day and we had no towels. Not sure why. This same day, there was a hotel system outage. Poor Janijah was dealing with lack of towels people were requesting and the inability to check people in one of the days were were there. She was up there doing her best and working hard for everyone. Then one of our guests could not check in on the app. Apparently Embassy overbooked that room type. So we had to deal with that in person. John at the front desk saved the day with that one. All that being said, two separate wedding groups, the World Cup (and who knows what else) and Janijah and Shakiya were up there on their own working their smiling faces off. Great location. Spacious rooms. Great meeting areas. Lovely evening reception and snacks. Great desk staff. Just needs some cleaning and renovations on those awesome rooms and more comfortable sofa beds. I hope managers see how hard working and multitasking the front desk is when the going gets tough. Thanks for taking care of us!

From the moment I checked in, the service here has been absolutely impeccable. John at the front desk was incredibly sweet and accommodating, ensuring my room placement was perfect and taking the time to give me a wonderful overview of everything the hotel has to offer. I also enjoyed a fantastic happy hour at the bar, thanks to a bartender who was equally kind and attentive. The room itself is gorgeous, and I cannot wait to sink into bed. A truly beautiful experience all around!

I heard about this place through DayUse. The process was very simple. Location was amazing. The customer service was astounding. The hospitality was impeccable. The person who made my stay of the absolute best was Janijah. Her personality and professionalism were top notch. She was always smiling and always helping as many guests as she could and even made it feel like a little community within the lobby. That’s something that’s really hard to find as a solo traveler.

We had an extended stay (2 weeks) and it was simply perfect. Bedding and pillows were super comfy. Shower was great. Lounge room and desk area was spacious. The complimentary breakfasts and evening drinks were a pleasant addition. Pool area was out to good use. Staff were all super helpful, and a great steak and cocktails always available in the restaurant downstairs. Definitely recommend.

Staff was very welcoming. They helped us sort out reservation issue. Great customer service. Marquise Bowman HSK supervisor was very helpful. He made sure we found tickets to attractions we wanted to go to. He made sure pool was clean for my kids. He went out of his way to make sure my son had a great a Birthday at the hotel. Great experience for my family and I. We will definitely stay with them again.

Valet service was wonderful! Mr. Nolawe provided tremendous service and offered to load my car. I had several heavy boxes and he loaded them wonderfully into my car. He had a great attitude and disposition. Just a great young man. I appreciate all that he did. Many thanks to him!

?????Morning. Very nice hotel. I think it’s a lil overpriced. Certain things didn work in my room but I won’t speak of thm because it doesn’t mean all rooms gone have same issue. Worst service rep by the name of Aida. She embarrassed me and was rude checking me in and tried to over charge me. Didn assist me correctly and after 30m of tryn call customer service, I went and spoke with another Rep by name of ?Angel, and that she was.??everything I said was correct and the other lady just didn take her time and check info correctly. Angel fixed everything. Very nice lady, friendly and respectful. Need more ppl like her at check in. After dealing with Aida and the headache and humiliation,I don’t I dnt know if il continue going to Hilton. Worst experience ever

Stay was great. Thank goodness for valet service due to a tight garage for self parking. Venecia and the entire valet crew took very good care of us. All interaction with the employees was 5 star service especially the front desk and bar tender.

The rooms are clean and modern. The bathrooms are upgraded and aesthetically pleasing. The hot water took a minute to reach max hotness. The sink in the bathroom was fine, but the other sink in the room didn't work. For the price point, this was not an issue at all- just being transparent. The highlights of this hotel are the service. Ranzul at the bar on the second floor is absolutely fantastic. The staff that work breakfast as well as the valet drivers are incredible as well - which is why I'm giving this place 5 stars. The view is also 10/10 and the iconic glass elevator is always a hit.

First time here at this hotel and ill tell you what it's been the best service I've ever had, the workers are all friendly, helpful, great service for valet parking and has great breakfasts and they have happy hour 2 free alcohol drinks like mixed drinks and lagaler beer, and the rooms are so spacious and clean. There are no bugs thats a plus plus. I'll be coming back again and again whenever im back in town.
