Amazing breakfast and outstanding service! We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel, thanks in large part to Monica and Andres, who manage the breakfast service. They were incredibly nice, polite, and remarkably fast. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality truly elevated our morning and made the entire experience so much better. Highly recommend

Great location. Great services. I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Colee for the weekend and I am very happy to say I enjoyed my stay. JP was great with making sure I had everything I needed down to checking out on the last day. Angel with Valet was awesome. Overall I had a great time not to mention the roof top pool and roof bar. I will be back again for another stay.

For my birthday I did a staycation here and had a great time. The room was nice, pool was beautiful. And they also have an upstairs bar that I need to go back to! I also want to give a HUGE shoutout to Brittany- she was very accommodating and honestly without her, I don't think my stay would have been as smooth as it was!

I can’t even say enough great things about this hotel! I am crying in the airport because I don’t want to leave. Literally in tears. Angel at check in was the most professional sweetest attentive start to my fabulous experience with hotel colee! She complimented me every day she say me during my stay. The hotel staff was over the top, from the valet to Sister (on-site restaurant)! Speaking of the restaurant onsite “Sister”…Ariel took care of us the first and last day of our stay while dining there, was outstanding! She remembered my name and my partner’s name throughout the stay and even our beverages. Her energy felt like family. I can’t compliment her enough and she truly made me feel so welcomed. The food at Sister is just okay, but the service from Ariel made us eat there more than once. The hotel is well maintained and has such a hip esthetic. They even had a live violinist playing one day on the lobby. He was awe inspiring! The small touches like a pitcher of fruit infused water in the lobby for guests to complimentary fruits there too and bottled water in the rooms throughout the stay, wow! The hotel smells lovely in the lobby, the rooms, elevators, the halls everything is clean and comfortable. The decor and art throughout the property is just perfect vibes. The bar brought out samples of beverages and what a nice touch! It made us purchase one! I will be back in October because of how much I enjoyed myself this week! Keep this up hotel colee! Came down for a few nights for my bday weekend. Can't say enough about how satisfied we were with our stay. From the moment we got out of our vehicle, the valet was welcoming and wished us a wonderful stay. When we checked in, we were greeted by not 1, but 3 friendly smiles. I wanted to give special recognition to the 3 Js, JP, James, and Jessica. When they saw that we had traveled a long distance to stay with them and that it was in fact my bday, they gave us a swag bag and made us feel extra welcome. During our stay, anytime we entered or exited, we were always greeted with a smile and a wave of the hand. I never got her name but there was also a lovely African American lady who seemed to run the coffee bar/reataurant but she too was always checking in on us making sure we had everything we needed when we dined at the restaurant or were sitting at the bar having an espresso or a cocktail. Entire facility, specifically the rooms were extremely clean and vibrant. Location is also amazing, everything is literally 5-10 mins away. The aquarium, i think was only a 20 minute Uber ride and that was on a busy Saturday morning.

The bathroom was cramped, with a tub and toilet that needs replacing. The ceiling had a crack, and my sheets were stained. The design window area between the bathroom and the bedroom was unappealing. You could see someone using the restroom, and if you needed to use it in the middle of the night, turning on the light would illuminate the entire room, disrupting your sleep. The remote control didn’t work well with the TV, and Netflix was not working. However, JP made up for that. JP was incredibly welcoming as soon as we arrived. The customer service was excellent. The hotel room needs a bit of work. In my opinion, If you wanted the classy look, you could achieve that with a simple, elegant design. The room just looked tired and lacked sufficient lighting, at least in the room I was staying in. I’m unlikely to stay here again, but I’ll definitely recommend the staff to anyone I meet.

If you want to get some sleep at night stay somewhere else. I have never stayed at a hotel where I’m woken up multiple times at night because people are so loud in the hallway. I don’t know if it’s the quality of the doors or the type of people who stay here, but it’s beyond anything I ever experienced. I go to Vegas ever year and it’s much quieter there than in this hotel! Otherwise the hotel seems nice, rooms are clean, lobby looks nice. Hallways and elevators look run down a bit. So if you don’t need to sleep it’s a great place to stay

From the moment we walked in, Ashley at the front desk completely set the tone for our stay. She is truly exceptional. Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of in every way. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, she anticipated needs before we even had to ask and made us feel less like guests and more like VIPs. Ashley is the kind of person who makes you want to come back to a hotel again and again. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Mia at the bar, she absolutely made my night. What started as grabbing a drink turned into feeling like I was catching up with one of the girls. Her energy is infectious, and she creates such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. Ashley and Mia are absolute stars. The hospitality here is next level because of them. We’ll definitely be back!

I came to this hotel for an event at Rose and Rye. The hotel looks beautiful! Well decorated, classy and pristine. Valet was sold out for the evening. The parking wasn't too bad. Having to walk up a minor hill in 5 inch stilettos was challenging but do-able. The gentleman at the Valet stand directed us to where we needed to go. We did not stay at the hotel but we were in it. The view from the lounge was FANTASTIC. Perfect picture(s) opportunity. I'd definitely plan to stay here on another occasion. Thanks!

The staff is phenomenal, there is nothing else to improve on with the staff, I can say enough about them!!!! However, It was annoying having being on the 10 floor and being so close to the rooftop bar,it is Loud!!!! Especially when a masquerade ball is going on. Also, in our room, the HVAC wouldn’t stay on, it would just shut off and come no where close to cooling or heating the room to the desired temp. The rooms are trying to be modern and stylish, but the heavy use of inexpensive finishes makes them feel cheap rather than upscale. Lastly, the restaurant experience was disappointing. My daughter was served undercooked chicken tenders. The staff did fix the issue, which we appreciated, but this is a basic food safety expectation that shouldn’t have been missed. Again, I cannot praise the staff enough! They were polite, greater me everywhere we went, ensured we were taken care of and attentive to our concerns when we had them. Amazing staff!!
