I only stayed for one night, so my time with the property was limited. Here are my take-aways: - The room layout was strange, with the shower and restroom being separated into two closets that opened directly into the living space. The doors for them were also vaguely see-thru. The sink + mirror was off to the opposite side. I wasnt a fan of the lack of privacy of the setup, even though I was staying with my fiancee. - The restroom had water soaked into the floorboards near the toilet and had a vague sewage-y scent. This would have been a larger issue if not for my stay being very short. - The property felt mostly very clean and nice beyond the previously mentioned restroom issue. - The parking was easy and convenient. - Check in and check out we're both painless, and the front desk staff were helpful. - The location felt great if you are focusing on the Buckhead area. Overall, I would stay here in this type of room again, but only with someone where privacy was not an issue (like my fiancee). I hope they are able to ensure their restrooms in each unit feel hygienic, as I might not be willing to stay here again if I had been forced to deal with that for multiple days.

Stayed here for a work event. What I liked: rooms were spacious, hard floors, nice bathroom. What I didn't like: not great sound insulation (I could hear neighboring room and the hallway), no fan in room or bathroom for ventilation or white noise, and weird glass sliding doors lack bathroom privacy. It was fine staying there by myself but I wouldn't have wanted to share a room because of that. You can easily walk to the mall or surrounding restaurants for a variety of food. The conference room is a bit stuffy and not a lot of natural light but it was ok for 2 days. The hotel bar is pleasant.

Me and my family checked in on Christmas Day. Chandler and Leo was very helpful and accommodating to helping us with our overnight stay. Many things were closed and they help us find places to eat and made our stay comfortable. I will definitely stay here again !!!!!!

I would definitely stay here again SUPER quiet and really convenient! Literally walking distance from Lenox Mall and conveniently located by alot of restaurants and shopping. The room and hotel was very clean and quiet during my 1 night stay, 10/10 no complaints.

I had a wonderful stay at the AC Marriott in Buckhead. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming — they truly went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. The hotel was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a great atmosphere that made it easy to relax. It’s clear the team here takes pride in their work, and it really shows. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area.

Overall the hotel was clean and the front desk staff was friendly. There is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. The bedding and towels are thin and scratchy and the pillows are flat. The shower and toilet are very small. Given the area this location feels more like a motel instead of a semi upscale hotel.

Like other reviews mention, the parking is a maze! They have underground parking and limited spaces right in front of the entrance. The underground parking isn't very convenient—you have to take an elevator to the ground floor, walk outside, enter the hotel lobby, and then take a different elevator to your room. The parking elevator is dirty and smells like cigarettes. The hotel lobby is nice and clean, and the staff are friendly. The room is what you'd expect from a Marriott property: clean, with a comfortable bed and fairly updated. The only issue was the shower—brown water came out when you first turned it on. But after letting it run for a while, the water cleared up. Location is convenient, right by shops and restaurants and close to the freeway.

I want to give a big thank you to Roger at the front desk of the AC Atlanta Buckhead hotel. I’m a Marriott Rewards member, but I wasn’t even staying at the hotel when I stopped by to ask for some assistance. Someone had unfortunately gotten sick in the back of my car, and Roger immediately stepped in to help. He brought out towels, sanitizer, napkins everything I needed to clean up the situation. What impressed me most was that he had no idea who I was, yet he treated me with the same care and attentiveness you’d expect for a long-time guest. That’s the type of person you want on your team someone who genuinely wants to help others and represents the Marriott brand in the best way possible. Thank you, Roger, for going above and beyond!

Fantastic service and spotless facility made for a fantastic stay in Atlanta! The rooms are perfectly designed, functional and beautiful. Cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming every single time I passed through the lobby. The area is safe and in walking distance to shopping and food options.

I just left this beautiful clean hotel. I had a little hicup with my travel which caused me to arrive a day later. I was scared and not sure if I would have a room. However, I spoke with Trey over the phone before arriving to the hotel. He was very professional, kind, and caring. He was also very accommodating, Trey got me all taken care of with ease. I greatly appreciate the exceptional service Trey provided. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the near future.
