Clean hotel and absolutely beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer. Leo at front desk was phenomenal as were all the front desk employees. The room immaculate and smelled clean. Very modern hotel, and close to a lot of things. I loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat ??

I am so glad we chose the AC Hotel Buckhead at Phipps Plaza for my daughter’s 16th birthday trip! I was honestly a little hesitant before arriving because of some of the reviews I had read, and the online photos really don’t do this hotel justice. After staying here, I can confidently say I’m so happy we gave it a chance. The staff, cleanliness, and location were all 10/10. The hotel is modern, spotless, and in the perfect location if shopping is on your itinerary. My daughter loves to shop, so being so close to everything made our trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. I would especially like to recognize Trevon and Chandler for going above and beyond. Their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality made our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. My daughter was welcomed with a personalized birthday card and heartfelt birthday wishes, which was such a thoughtful touch and a wonderful way to begin her Sweet 16 celebration. Those small acts of kindness created a memory our family won’t forget. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming, and we truly felt valued as guests. If you’re debating whether to stay here because of some of the reviews, don’t let them discourage you. Our experience exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Atlanta. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday trip so memorable!

This was the worst stay in a hotel I've ever had in my life. The room was so humid, that the floor became a death trap. My wife and I were constantly falling, it was so bad we had to put towels down and the morning that we checked out could not shower because the room was already humid and wet. It was disgusting. I'm immediately requesting a refund. The breakfast was disgusting and was left out so flies were already feasting on the food before you got there, and the eggs and bacon were burnt to a crisp, insane! My advice don't stay here! Also, the bed was broken in it felt like sleeping on a pile of bricks, and the sheets were dirty. Then when we called to get new sheets they brought these brown blankets that looked like they were in a homeless shelter before, don't get me started on the maids not knowing English like at all lol. Wow, this is the worst hotel, I'll never stay in this one again that's for sure!

I loved the ambiance of the hotel and its super close to everything like within walking distance close. The parking fee should be lower. Our room could've been cleaner we just wiped everything down a few times with Lysol wipes and it was all good. The staff was nice but I won't stay here again though.

The AC Hotel is very nicely decorated. The interior feels modern with an upscale ambiance. However, in my experience, the tub/shower, though fitted with various contemporary shower fixtures, drained very poorly. Also, the rooms temperature was a hair too uncomfortably warm because, despite the thermostat setting to 68 degrees on HI, the room remained at 76 degrees as shown by the thermostat itself. Hopefully the other rooms in the building are a much more comfortable stay.

We just checked out of here today, March 27th 2026. The room looked like the photos online, however, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid/slept in. The mattress was thin, hard, and very uncomfortable. The pillows were not fluffy at all. Just flat pillows. Needless to say I’m tired and my back and neck are so sore. Every time the person upstairs went to the bathroom I could hear it through the walls as well as the shower running and the toilet flushing. We are Marriot members I’m very suprised that this is a hotel under the Marriott name. We will not book another AC hotel.

I only stayed for one night, so my time with the property was limited. Here are my take-aways: - The room layout was strange, with the shower and restroom being separated into two closets that opened directly into the living space. The doors for them were also vaguely see-thru. The sink + mirror was off to the opposite side. I wasnt a fan of the lack of privacy of the setup, even though I was staying with my fiancee. - The restroom had water soaked into the floorboards near the toilet and had a vague sewage-y scent. This would have been a larger issue if not for my stay being very short. - The property felt mostly very clean and nice beyond the previously mentioned restroom issue. - The parking was easy and convenient. - Check in and check out we're both painless, and the front desk staff were helpful. - The location felt great if you are focusing on the Buckhead area. Overall, I would stay here in this type of room again, but only with someone where privacy was not an issue (like my fiancee). I hope they are able to ensure their restrooms in each unit feel hygienic, as I might not be willing to stay here again if I had been forced to deal with that for multiple days.

Stayed here for a work event. What I liked: rooms were spacious, hard floors, nice bathroom. What I didn't like: not great sound insulation (I could hear neighboring room and the hallway), no fan in room or bathroom for ventilation or white noise, and weird glass sliding doors lack bathroom privacy. It was fine staying there by myself but I wouldn't have wanted to share a room because of that. You can easily walk to the mall or surrounding restaurants for a variety of food. The conference room is a bit stuffy and not a lot of natural light but it was ok for 2 days. The hotel bar is pleasant.

Me and my family checked in on Christmas Day. Chandler and Leo was very helpful and accommodating to helping us with our overnight stay. Many things were closed and they help us find places to eat and made our stay comfortable. I will definitely stay here again !!!!!!
