We showed up at 12:30 in the morning and the door was locked and no one helped us with our luggage. Tough for a Four Seasons after a travel day from hell. I had to pound on the door to get in. The next day the service was AMAZING starting with Ilene in the breakfast restaurant. Hotel needs to work on its late night coverage. We showed up on 6/19/26

Shout out to both Kevin, Customer Care Manager, and Mathieu Bruno, Director of Food and Beverage, who made our recent stay, at the end of May 2026, most memorable. They both ensured our satisfaction with our room and our food and beverage. They are both first rate professionals, who are truly committed to their guests and provided such a top level of service, and patience, too, with any and all questions and or concerns, making us feel most important as guests of The Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta. Sincerely, Scott and Monique

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta in Midtown for a wedding, around $800 per night, I truly expected more. My wife and I travel often, and honestly, we’ve had better overall experiences at lower-rated hotels. This stay felt like paying luxury pricing for a very basic experience, almost like buying a Mercedes, but getting the base model and having to pay extra for everything that should already be included. To be fair, the bellhops were excellent. They handled our arrival smoothly, unloading our car and assisting with luggage like a well-oiled machine. That part definitely met expectations. However, the room itself fell short. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It simply didn’t work effectively. Even set at 65 degrees, the room felt closer to 80. As someone with a repair background, it seemed like a poor thermostat placement, possibly positioned between the vent and return, and located near the window, causing the system to fight itself. The result was a very uncomfortable night for both me and my wife. I understand that the New York Knicks were in town for the playoffs, but we booked this room nearly a year in advance after receiving the wedding “save the date.” High demand shouldn’t impact the quality of the stay, especially at this price point. Overall, the hotel felt underwhelming for what we paid. Between the uncomfortable room conditions and the lack of standout amenities, it just didn’t deliver the luxury experience I expected. Final rating: 3 out of 5.

We recently worked a wedding at Four Seasons Atlanta and it was an excellent experience. The venue is beautiful, the staff is professional, and everything was well organized throughout the day. Load-in was smooth, communication was clear, and the team made sure vendors had everything needed. The ballroom setup and service were top tier. I’ll also be adding a video from the wedding to this review. Always a pleasure working here.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta. The lobby feels grand and beautiful, and the staircase right as you enter makes a striking first impression. The flower arrangements were absolutely gorgeous and added such an elegant touch. The room was modern, bright, and very clean. I also really loved the gym—it was very well equipped—and the pool area was excellent as well, with a hot tub right next to it. Everything felt polished and thoughtfully done. The biggest highlight for me, though, was the bed. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, Four Seasons may have had the most comfortable bed. Overall, a fantastic experience and a hotel I would highly recommend.

I had a couple unexpected and frustrating things happen during the entire end to end experience of booking, staying, and checking out at the hotel. The conclusion I have come to as a result of these is that Four Seasons does not value the customer experience in regards to anything that costs money. The booking I made almost three to four weeks in advance. A week out from my reservation, my plans unexpectedly changed due to my wife’s father being in the hospital. I contacted them to cancel the reservation and found out it is not able to be cancelled because I was given a special rate. I simply booked on the website and wasn’t aware of anything around this not being cancel-able, so I asked for the reservation manager to contact me. They never bothered to contact me. So we figured out how to make it work because the last thing I was going to do was lose $1100 due to this. Ok, fine. We check in and find out that valet is $60 for guests which is complete highway robbery, let’s not kid ourselves. If I was parking to use the restaurant or spa alone, I can see $60 making some slight sense, but for guests who paid over $1000 for a single night, it’s just a big slap in the face. I happily gave the parking deck next door my business even though it was $40 for one night. The room was nice but in no way was it worth the cost we paid for a single night. There was this excruciating loud siren sound that would happen when each of our neighbors used their water and woke us up multiple times throughout the night. Worst sleep experience of my life at a hotel. I’ve slept better at a Motel 6. After checking out, I found they charged me $60 for valet even though I didn’t use it. I had to call and get it removed. This was extremely insulting. I asked why was this applied to my room when I didn’t use valet and I was told that there must have been a room mix up with another guest. This is unacceptable and should never happen, the hotel clearly has gaps in their process and ultimately it leaves guests like myself feeling like you are trying to take advantage of them. I still feel this way. I added on a service of a charcuterie board and prosecco for my wife since this was her bday, I did this at the time of booking before checkout. The charge appears on the room bill as “In room dining dinner” because apparently they can’t be bothered to actually provide accurate descriptions. This requires me to take time out of my day and call to clarify to make sure nothing else is done incorrectly. I found out that this was the charcuterie board and prosecco — fine because we wanted them, but the inconvenience of having to take time to figure this out is something you should not put on your guests and can be resolved by doing a better job on the itemization of the bill. The entire set of details I listed here tells me there is a major lack of professionalism and they are content with confusing the clients, overcharging them (until they notice), and they don’t care about the details of the room enough to provide a truly relaxing experience. We will not be returning and will be sharing our experience with all our local friends and family. This is completely unacceptable and if you are looking for a top tier hotel in Atlanta, this is NOT it.

Always great accommodations, food, and relaxing spa, but avoid the pool, particularly on the weekends! Apparently you can stay at the hotel and invite all of your kid’s friends to join you for a party at the pool. I have seen as many as 12 kids running, screaming and jumping in the hot tub, even while spa clients are trying to relax. I’ve been told that this happens regularly and that apparently the pool has become the new destination for children’s parties. The Four Seasons Atlanta is definitely a five star hotel, restaurant and spa and the perfect place to enjoy the best of Atlanta, just not at the pool.

This was my first time staying at a Four Seasons property. As a Marriott loyalty member, I typically stay at Ritz-Carlton hotels, so I had high expectations. Overall, the property and room met those expectations, and the service at the bar was excellent. However, there were two aspects of my stay that were disappointing: 1. In-room dining quality: The food did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. While the fries were acceptable, the tomato soup tasted like canned tomato paste and lacked depth and flavor. 2. Service follow-through: On one evening, I ordered a meal via Uber Eats that arrived without cutlery. I contacted the hotel through the app to request cutlery and was told it would be sent to my room. After waiting 25 minutes with no delivery, I followed up and was again assured that someone would arrive shortly. An additional 40 minutes passed, and no one ever showed up. For a hotel brand that prides itself on exceptional service, failingi to fulfill such a simple request is unacceptable. While there were positive elements to my stay, these issues detracted from the overall experience

Theres just a few Simple things that I expected, to absolutely not have a problem with. The second night I was here, I had to wheel my own luggage upstairs because the bell person ......wasnt around? Idk....just weird. Then on my 3rd day if left my room around 1pm. The do not disturb sign had been on the door this entire time. I get back around 8pm and house keeping has been in my room?. This is a huge issue for me, im huge on MY SPACE, ESPECIALLY WHEN I specifically ask that no one enters my room. It was After one.....house keeping should've been completed for the day anyway. None of that matters now I feel uneasy and unsafe, because my word doesn't matter so im checking out early tomorrow. That just really freaked me out.

Incredibly uppity. Get that every time I go there. Staff, the valet and front desk people have this elitist mentality and one guy in particular was rude. At the bar and restaurants, they’re nice but the inconsistent service for a so-called 5 star hotel is ridiculous. Instead, I recommend Kimpton Shane Hotel. The staff there is friendly. Better vibe, chill. Don’t recommend.
