Whelp, I’ve never had this kind of experience before. I was warmly greeted by the nicest hotel desk person named Devesh. He was such a gentleman and even upgraded my room no charge. We share the same birthday so we had a good laugh and 20 minutes later he was up at my room and presented and hand written birthday card and a beautiful boxed cupcake. Who does that?!? It was really “wow” service. What a kind and thoughtful young man. Then I ran into the manager Tomas and we shared a few laughs and had a great convo about his wonderful staff including my ever helpful restaurant server Jameisha. Everyone greeted me warmly. The hotel and rooms are really spotless and upgraded. The indoor pool and full workout room was the bomb and every aspect of my brief stay enjoyable. I will be back!

Stayed for a quick visit. Staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Rooms was clean, comfortable and inviting. Bar drinks and food were amazing as well as our server Troy. Fish tacos were on point! Absolutely recommend staying here and definitely will be back.

It was an amazing experience staying at the hotel. The room is super cleaned, organized and had a spectacular view of the airports. The room is very sound proof from the airport noise. Special thanks to Devesh, who provided special gift for my early birthday. I really appreciate your kindness!

I had an amazing experience with Troy and Mohammed. They were able to curate amazing cocktail and give excellent customer service. The atmosphere was a vibe. The hotel was full of great people and food. Mohammed and Troy were very attentive and polite and were able to upscale not only on the cocktails but food as well. I will definitely be back soon. My family and I had a pleasant dining experience at the restaurant in The Westin Atlanta Airport. The atmosphere was calm and convenient, especially for a hotel restaurant near the airport. Service stood out the most—our waiter, Sufiyan, was attentive, professional, and friendly throughout the meal. He made sure everything came out promptly and checked in at the right moments without being intrusive. The food was good and met expectations for a hotel restaurant, and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable, especially for a quick meal before or after a flight. I would definitely return for the convenience and the solid service, especially thanks to Sufiyan’s great hospitality.

We had a lovely one night stay. It was perfect for our family and our dog. We had time before dinner and decided to grab drinks in the lobby and Troy was attentive and gave us great advice on what to drink/eat. He made me and my mother a delicious Hugo spritz! The only downside was the rooms were a little tight but the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience from the staff to the rooms to the event space…impeccable service and attention to myself and my business partners! Food-phenomenal. The chopped salad, the salmon, filet were amazing! Top notch! The manager Thomas and our waiter Troy went over and beyond in creating an unreasonable hospitable experience for us during our stay! I had an extended stay at this Westin location recently. The beds are lovely, of course. It’s everything else that needs some TLC: 1. Be prepared to wait 30min-1hr at airport pickup. Shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and fills up very fast so prepare to show up early. 2. The hotel bar/restaurant is dismal. Overpriced for the quality and service is extremely slow. DoorDash is faster and more reliable. Hot tip: walk across the street to the Marriott for better food and drinks. Their staff will even bring you back on a golf cart when you’re finished. 3. The outlets in the room are really worn down and the TV remotes are nearly impossible to use at times. 4. The pool has been closed for months but you won’t see that anywhere on the website. 5. The coffee shop is decent! The staff are mostly very friendly but the hotel seems operationally challenged.

Absolutely outstanding service! We arrived at the restaurant for dinner after checking in (smoothe & seamless check in also). The restaurant was packed & short staffed, but their attentiveness & communication was above & beyond! They sat us & our waiter Stefiyan made us feel cared about & important even though he was clearly very busy! The manager, Thomas was absolutely spectacular as well! He took time to make sure everything was wonderful ?? two thumbs up for these two, this Hotel, restaurant & staff! We have found our new go to stay in Atlanta!!! And the New York cheesecake is a MUST TRY!! We weren't going to get desert, however we ended up with it... OMG ?mmmm Thank you indeed!! What a great experience ?
