Service was amazing and the location was great however, there where random stains on the sofa and on the blinds and the thermostat didn't work but, it didn't really matter because the front desk could control it. Overall decent hotel.

I ended up staying here on short notice after my flight was canceled, and rescheduled for the next day. The gentleman who checked us in at night (way too tired to get his name ?) made our entire night sooo much better! The second we walked in he was so warm, welcoming, and sympathetic. He provided us with a toothbrush and toothpaste as the airport had kept our bags. He single handedly turned our whole night around! On top of that, the facility itself is clean, quiet and nice, and the breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had. If you're looking for a room a stone's throw away from ATL i cannot recommend this place enough!

Hotel is a great location but not well maintained. Room was odd layout and had lots of maintenance issues including a very loud HVAC unit that made sleep impossible on a very cold night. Walls were damaged, stained and towels had holes. Elevator was grimy and making loud squealing noises. Housekeeping staff let themselves in the room while we occupied it even with the door locked and So Not Disturb sign on door handle . Parking is $47 per night. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.this hotel .

If you're flying in or out of ATL or on a long layover this is the place to stay. Its right on the tram route and its about a 50 foot walk from the hotel to the tram elevator. The room was really nice and very spacious. Separate toilet room and shower room both with sinks. Very large walk in closet and separate living room. Only negative was the heater/AC unit was above the room door and it didnt seem to heat the entire room consistently. Rest of the hotel was good. Breakfast had everything you needed. The Marriott next door has a nice restaurant/bar and so does the Home2 Suites.

clean rooms.... decent food close by.... quiet place.... parked at atl west night before and walked straight from hotel... maybe 40 ft to elevator to tram... inside airport maybe 10 min after left my hotel room... for an early flight you can not beat this location...

Please find someone with a normal mind to stand in the front desk. I was waiting in line, but the people come behind me shifted the line to the side. Then the lady in the front desk said I wasn’t in line, and made me wait behind everyone. She was so slow with the check in process, and I have to wait for a very long time. I told her what the case is, but she literally ignored me and treated me like air. I feel being rudely insulted. I will never come back to this property.

One of the better hotels I've been in recently. Nice, clean rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Beds are good. Plenty of towels and the shower had good water pressure and heat. Plan to keep staying here when I'm in this area.

My husband and I walked into the lobby of this beautiful hotel after a harrowing day of travel nightmares. Our rental car was cancelled and we had no place to spend the night. It was well past midnight and we were out of options. However, the kind and gracious face of a compassionate woman greeted us. Erlene listened to our story and immediately searched to find us a room. We were so relieved to hear that a room was available, even at this late hour. Her patience, professionalism and enthusiasm was so greatly appreciated. She quickly checked us in and pointed the way to some snacks we could get after we had missed both lunch and dinner. Thank you, Erlene! We will always remember your kindness. The room was wonderful and we enjoyed our time there. Without hesitation, I give this experience 5 stars!

I had the pleasure of an extended stay at this SpringHill Suites location. My home away from home! I look forward to traveling to Atlanta again! Location is amazing. 10/10 Literally right off the Airport Sky Train. Literally across from the convention center. Literally 1 train stop from public transport to downtown. Every staff member is warm and helpful no matter the question or quest. Room accommodations are spacious and modern with desirable in-room amenities. LOVED the eco friendly energy saver mode! Parking lot features a large wraparound lot with ample space variety. Loved that parking charges could be connected to your room. Wish there was a pool to lounge by or a gym spacious enough to practice yoga in with a friend. Small treat lounge in the lobby has great variety but really want you to charge to your room. Surrounding business parks with casual and/or take out dining are short rides away. Ride share or rental vehicles are recommended for the area. Location is delivery app friendly! Ample lobby space also offers multitudes of delivered dining opportunity. Morning breakfast is NOT to be missed. This spread has redefined future hotel breakfasts. The options are not only delicious and healthy but handmade with daily delivered ingredients. Strongly consider this location, if available, for your next Atlanta stay!

Family Reunion held in ATL. This is the ideal location and tram service from the Airport made travel in very easy. Nice Clean Rooms, Hot Showers, Free Hot Breakfast. Only complaint is the Pay to Park, but I do understand. I would recommend this location for business or pleasure.
