about 2 months agoWe came down for a birthday day party about 15 minutes away in Fayetteville. The first room we were assigned the fan for the ac was making noise...had to ask to change room. The house keeping should be paying attention to things like that. The next room the toilet paper holder was coming out the wall had to flag down a maintance man to fix it, it could of cut my grandson....house keeping should have seen that. I walk up the stairs to get to the second floor and the heater in the stairwell was on....come-on why are you all wasting money heating and cooling at the same time..... someone should of say something not me the guess...

3 months agoNight one of my stay my clothes were damaged by a defective iron/ironing board. Marriott didn’t want to hear anything about it. Two formal complaints to corporate, problem is closed without resolution and no follow up. Debbie Stewart assistant manager couldn’t care either. I have been abandoned by Marriott and am out $100 of clothing. Using Hilton from now on.

3 months agoThe room smelled like urine. Room 220. The walls were disguising. I have been in hotels for about 3 weeks now. This was a fail. Just come to the Hilton by the airport it’s just better. The hotels in fairburn just seem off putting. The pool was green. Ugh ? just no!

6 months agoThis is my go-to accommodation for the Georgia Renaissance Festival! I've had some pretty nasty hotel rooms in the past, but this place is pretty clean. The first time my husband and I stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend at the Renaissance Festival in 2025, we were upgraded to a suite due to some inventory issues, which already left a good impression on me! AND they have MICROWAVES! I usually don't get the hotel breakfast and order out or eat AT the festival so no opinions there. Check in and check out is pretty smooth and the receptionists always get a kick out of us in our Ren Fest garb when we come and go, lol. Price wise I'm a cosplayer in my free time and it's not totally outrageous to me personally, compared to what I normally pay for weekend hotel stays. The last time we went (Thanksgiving weekend; Fall Fling event) there was an issue with the fire alarm while we were preparing to check out, but luckily it was a false alarm and front desk was very accommodating in giving us information and letting us know there was no immediate threat, and it was dealt with pretty swiftly. Unless something terribly drastic happens, this will be my go to for the festival for the foreseeable future!

7 months agoThere was trash in the can and room was dusty. Front desk was super nice and friendly. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7 so if you need to leave early, don’t plan on eating there.

9 months agoOur flight out of Atlanta was canceled and we unfortunately had to stay in this hotel and pay $200+. The room had clearly not been cleaned well. The toilet set had urine that had been there for a while and there was a handprint on the mirror. The toilet was really struggling in general. The front desk staff was apologetic, but I would never stay here again.
