I highly recommend NOT staying here! The rooms look extremely old and gross, there's rusting and brown spots almost everywhere. There are nats all over the Coffee machine and inside the ice machines. I only found out about the ice after I had some and I woke up extremely sick the next morning. I almost fainted when I stood up and was extremely nauseas. DO NOT STAY HERE, this hotel is disgusting. If you do find yourself needing to stay here, don't consume anything from this place. I gaurantee you are going to obtain food poisoning. Also take the steps because the elevators are falling apart and are not moción detected meaning when you walk infront of the closing door it doesn't stop it keeps closing.

This pet-friendly hotel has clean rooms, comfortable beds, a delicious and hearty breakfast selection, free airport shuttle service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's a great value for your money. I would certainly return for more stays, especially since it's in such a convenient location, being so close to the airport and the highways. There are a lot of restaurants and a Walmart nearby, and RaceTrac is literally next door so if the hotel doesn't have what you need in their retail section, you can acquire the items fairly easily. The parking lot is secured with gated entry and exit accessible only via the room key card, but there is a nightly charge for that. The hotel is secured with all doors except the main entrance being accessible only by using your room key at all times.

I stopped here for the night on my drive back to Houston. My entire stay with 3 pet fee AND parking was almost 200. When I asked about the parking fee I was told its an airport hotel and everyone gets charged parking EVEN THOUGH I WAS DRIVING AND NOT LEAVING MY VEHICLE. The parking lot was a mess, the gates in and out were poorly marked and maintained and only 1 person seemed to be working with 5 people waiting in line to check in and get other help. The breakfast the next morning was ok. Shower only, no tub, the ac couldn't be changed but the room was quiet. Im still upset about being charged for parking for a 1 night stay. I tried to use my wyndham rewards account as I had enough points for a discount and was told they couldn't offer to use my account because I had never stayed with them before but I was welcome to book on the wyndham site itself. Since I was driving I didnt want to have to pull over for that so I just booked directly. Never again will I stay at this location

Fantastic location, but the property needs some TLC ?Overall, I had a decent stay. The location is incredibly convenient—you are just minutes away from McDonald’s, Ruby Tuesday, and RaceTrac, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snacks. ?The rooms themselves are very good, but the hotel could definitely use some upgrades, especially the elevator, which feels outdated. Additionally, the room items are showing their age, and housekeeping could pay closer attention to detail; the AC units and vents really need to be properly dusted. ?It’s a comfortable enough spot because of the great location, but management could really elevate the experience with some maintenance and modernizing.

Stacey and Jasmine were excellent. They corrected an error from a 3rd party booking agency (next time I book direct) Great hotel. Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Shuttle drivers were timely and courteous.

Hobby and Carter made check-in a breeze. Both were very professional and thorough throughout our stay. Even when faced with an unruly “visitor” of another guest, Hobby dealt with him in a professional and firm way bringing credit to his attention to security of paying guests and the property. He continued his efficient multi-tasking skills with demanding guests regardless of the visitors aggressive attitude. Hobby is a great credit to your organization. This man deserves a raise and formal recognition for his professionalism.

Dinah provided top notch customer service. The facilities were clean. For being bottom floor near the airport the rooms were quiet. Plenty of lighting in parking lot. Lots of room. The rooms are clean and well stocked. The only drawback is the breakfast eggs aren't good and there could be more variety of fruits and cold cereal.

I usually only stay at Hilton line hotels, however I got a great package deal for this location along with a car rental. From the moment I checked in, they were nothing but welcoming and professional. The room was clean and the response from staff always prompt! Ms. Karima, Mr. Donald and Mr. Dewand are doing an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Booked this room because their site states there is an international shuttle to the airport. Upon arrival we were informed, rudely I will add, that that is not the case. Only domestic shuttles. No baby beds or anything of the nature, which is odd for hotels considering many people travel with Littles. The room is subpar on cleanliness. There were peanuts on the floor, the sheet wasn't pulled over the mattress completely and there were brown spots, there was hair in the bathroom, and the hallways smell very odd. The fee to park is ridiculous when already paying to stay at the hotel. My biggest issue is the noise from the bar across the street. It is RIDICULOUS. My toddler was kept awake ALL night due to the constant loud music. The bar is a problem. I can hear it clearly in my room. Nobody got any sleep because of it. I am aware that they can't control the bar BUT maybe something could be done. Talk to the owner. EARPLUGS. Give a warning before allowing me to book. It's a Thursday night. No reason for it. Absolutely do NOT stay here.

Great stay!! Check in easy with friendly customer service. Nicely appointed clean rooms with microwave and fridge, nice breakfast and an airport shuttle. Good location close to restaurants and sports bars. This was my first stay, it won't be my last. Please note that the on-site parking fee is $12. Much cheaper than other hotels in the area. Thank u for a great stay!!
