This hotel was decent for the proximity and location. I stayed at this hotel for an event at the GICC. It was so convenient to take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport amd then take the sky train to GICC and likewise vise versa. It seems like the hotel is going through a renovation I stayed on the 2nd floor and the room was clean. The bathroom was big and it seems recently renewed. I stayed in a king size bed and was very comfortable. The restaurant did not had much menu since there were on going renovation. The breakfast was basically the same every day. I would like to see they changed that up. The staff were all great and friendly. I would definitely stayed there again if I am in the area.

The staff was great! Very helpful and kind with every interaction I had while traveling my kids. The room was clean and fresh and looks like it was recently updated. The only con was the area rug that had been placed in the room over the vinyl flooring was too big for the space and curled up the wall about 6inches, which was a bit of a tripping hazard. Parking felt safe and secure and was well-lit at night. Only other less-than-great was there seemed to be only 1 elevator working, which made some unusual noises that freaked out my kid every time. We took the stairs down once instead, but they only exit to the outside so we had to then circle back around to come into the lobby where we were trying to go. It looks like they have a shuttle available for airport transit and they are very close to a Marta station (with a convenient map on the wall in the lobby for route info). The only negative for the location itself was that the hotel was a little far back and across some railroad tracks, so walking to dinner elsewhere wasn't very easy. They do have a well-stocked shoppable pantry area though and the breakfast buffet in the morning was much better than I had expected.

We stayed here to attend a world cup soccer game. They have an airport shuttle and we walked 5 minutes to the train that took us downtown. It was very easy to get around. The room was comfortable and the staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast buffet was good too.

Hotel stay was due to cancelled flight out of Atlanta. Last night was a mess, but your employee, Mr. Monson Was able to calmly and efficiently take care of customers arriving in a thunderstorm after a long stressful day. He also made sure everyone was scheduled for their morning shuttle. This am,, Ms Chrystal brown Was very helpful and a bright light in an otherwise stressful unexpected travel delay. How lucky you are to have two wonderful employees to represent and promote your brand!!

The staff here genuinely stood out. The shuttle was prompt, the night time front desk representative was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was ready right on time. The room itself was clean, which is always appreciated. That said, there were some significant issues that can’t be overlooked. Our room had a large hole in the wall, and the shower door was barely attached — both signs of deferred maintenance that don’t match the hotel’s price point. Most concerning, however, was a broken interior handle on the shuttle van’s sliding door, meaning passengers could not open it from the inside. That’s a real safety hazard that management should address immediately. The staff made a genuinely good impression, but the property needs serious attention before it lives up to the Hotel Indigo brand.

This was my 1st stay and I would definitely stay again. The hotel was one of the cleanest in Atlanta that I've seen in awhile. That is one thing I'm very big on and this was by far the cleanest I've seen in years, especially for the area. Staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out..... We didn't eat here because it was just a short walk to the strip which puts you in foodie heaven ? ? ?? ? So many choices and different varieties of food and flavor. We had something different each day from the strip. It gives you an opportunity to walk exercise and take in the scenery.... College Park is beautiful and very diverse. It's great for families, couples and traveling alone. Security was very present on our last night there into the morning we left. It was a holiday weekend so we appreciated the extra eyes, including the digital security dog..... looked just like a dog and walked, trotted like one. We were amazed and Thankful This was a great stay and more than worth the money. If I could add, it would be great if there was an indoor pool..... that would be sexy and convenient on hot days. Close proximity from the ATL airport. Service..well in the evening Ms. Kiwi ? was rude, curt, and disrespectful towards us after shutting the lights off when we were in the middle of eating dinner at the high table. She never greeted or welcomed us. We didn't even know she was working there as she remained seated in front of the bar area. We thought she was a customer until a guest walked up to her asking for a cup. She rudely shut the diner/restaurant area light because she was leaving and had to clock out. There was never any warning or communication towards us that we had to leave at a certain time. She did herself a favor and got the "manager" because she did not know how to properly speak to us. Finally, we explained that we would not tolerate the disrespect. Ms. Kiwi ? apologized in the end as we were walking away. I've also been there in the morning for breakfast and had a great experience with the ladies there. Very welcoming and even offered a to-do container as we were rushing to the airport.

After missing our connecting flight we were sent to this hotel to stay until we could fly out the next day. We were greeted by a man behind the front desk who was friendly. There were renovations being done but that didn’t bother us. Although the hotel rooms are outdated and the AC didn’t work the greatest, the beds were extremely comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the lady working in the lobby/bar area was extremely sweet. Overall it was a good stay with excellent service .

We missed our connecting flight and got stranded for a day in Atlanta. Brad at the front desk was able to set us up with early check in which was so nice! Room was spacious and clean, bed comfortable. Also being very close to the airport with shuttle service is a huge plus. Thank you Brad and staff for helping us out in a bind, your kindness was much appreciated.

We unfortunately experienced a canceled flight and stayed here. The staff was fabulous. Friendly, understanding and helpful. Can’t say enough about the great staff. Highly recommend!!
