The whole check in experience was over before we knew it the team was efficient and organized, with a friendliness that felt natural rather than scripted. Our room was pristine and wonderfully peaceful, the breakfast hit every right note, and the quiet neighborhood outside guaranteed a full, uninterrupted night's sleep. At this price point, the level of care and comfort genuinely surprised us, and we wouldn't think twice about coming back.

The Good: I’ll start with the positives: the location was excellent, the breakfast was genuinely tasty, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the room clean. The Reality: Unfortunately, the front desk service was incredibly unprofessional, making this a "one and done" stay for us. I checked in early and specifically left an extra key, car tag, and drink card at the desk for my fiancé to make his arrival seamless. When he arrived, the male staff member was dismissive and insisted I hadn’t even checked in. Despite providing the room number and being on the reservation, he was met with an attitude, forced to provide his card info again, and treated as if he shouldn't be there. I feel as though reason that guy tried to take my fiancé's card again, even though he was already on the reservation was a "power move" or laziness. Instead of checking the things I left, he just restarted the process to avoid admitting he was in the wrong. It's poor training, plain and simple. Our friend had a similar experience with a different female staff member who claimed she couldn't find his reservation. When a second employee found it easily, the first woman rolled her eyes and was visibly angry instead of apologizing for the mistake. There is a complete lack of accountability and basic hospitality training here. One final note: The pool was being cleaned during the hours it was supposed to be open to guests. Maintenance should be handled when the facility is closed, not during peak guest hours. We won't be returning. If you're looking for an stress-free stay with professional service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

1/5 – Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center during a family leisure trip and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, our room was not ready at the designated check-in time. We waited over an hour past check-in before being assigned a room, which was particularly inconvenient while traveling with family. Cleanliness was also a significant concern. The overall condition of the hotel appeared poorly maintained. There were visible spills on the main lobby floor that remained unattended for an extended period. One brown spill in particular was left overnight, which was both noticeable and unpleasant. Our guest room did not reflect acceptable cleanliness standards either, as hair was found in the bathroom upon arrival. Additionally, the mattress did not properly fit the bed frame, which affected comfort and gave the room an unpolished appearance. Given the delays and cleanliness issues, this stay fell well below expectations. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

? 1-Star Review: Embassy Inn & Suites, Atlanta, Georgia My stay at Embassy Inn & Suites in Atlanta was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, communication was a struggle — the staff could neither understand nor respond to basic concerns. Our room smelled unpleasant, and despite repeatedly reporting that the bathroom sink wasn’t draining, no one ever came to fix it. The shower had cold water, almost no pressure, and the curtain was in terrible condition. For the price we paid, the quality was unacceptable. Breakfast was another major letdown. The website listed different timings than what the hotel followed, and they were completely unprepared. Vegetarian options were almost nonexistent, the waffle maker didn’t work, and nothing was refilled even though the hotel was far from full during the holiday season. The staff, especially the kitchen team, were rude, unprofessional, and dismissive when approached. Overall, this hotel delivered poor service, lack of maintenance, and zero hospitality. I would not recommend staying here to anyone expecting even basic standards of comfort or respect. After posting my review, I reached out again using the phone number provided in the answer. I also left a message with the front desk staff member. Unfortunately, no one has contacted me back, which has only added to my frustration.

A great place to spend the night if traveling. I love the hot tub. Breakfast is always a hit. Don't forget Manger's special that offers a free drink after a long drive ?

We had a fantastic stay at the Perimeter location. We did a one night stay for my daughters birthday. I highly recommend booking your next stay here. Especially a pre teens birthday. It was perfect. We did joined rooms and the kids loved it. They had their rooms and the moms had ours but we could pass through to check on them as needed. The kids did movies and snacks and facials in their room and the moms sipped wine and binge watched netflix in ours. The indoor pool was perfect and the food and bar downstairs meant we checked in, got comfy and did not leave until check out. My daughter and I quote said it was the best birthday ever. The glass elevator was a hit as well. They it was very cool! The staff was FANTASTIC. From start to finish everyone I dealt with at the Embassy Suites Perimeter location took such great care of us. Tangela on the sales side made sure we had the perfect room set up for our mini girls staycation! She even arranged a sweet birthday snack basket for the kids. Prineisha at check in on day one was great. We arrived early because the girls were excited and she made sure we had pool access until we could get in the room. She kept us supplied with towels and was so sweet. Rivey and Susan on evening duty really helped a momma out. They helped cut open birthday presents and made sure we had waters and they were just a breath of fresh air every time I came down and needed something. Heaven and Kayla were super helpful at check out to make sure we were taken care of and that the girls got one last swim in before we headed home. My favorite little extra was the complimentary drink at the happy hour for guests and the morning breakfast. The spread was incredible!!!!! So many breakfast options plus that made to order egg station with omelets and eggs your way was DIVINE. Most hotel breakfasts are okay but the Embassy Suites Perimeter knows what they are doing when it comes to hospitality, especially around breakfast time. This whole stay was perfect and my kid is already talking about doing her next birthday here again next year!

The stay was OK for 1 night. The hotel is older. Our room had a lot of issues. First, the door would not open 60% of the time. The room key card was fine, it was the handle, it wouldn't budge. It was basically broken. After many twist and turns for almost 2 minutes then you can get in. The AC was not working. It wouldnt cool down the room was at 72 and stuffy. We had to call the technician for help all he said was for us to leave the vents open but it was already opened. There were a lot of scratches and holes inside our room. It definitely needs a remodel. We had room 910.

We had the worst experience. We checked in. Went to our room and it looked like someone was staying in there. Food and drinking everywhere. We shut the door quickly as not to startle someone inside. We went back to the desk and a very nice person gave us a new room and we went back up the elevator. We walked into a hot, smelly, disgusting space. It was filthy. It looked like the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned ever. The air was broken. It had a musty smell. We drove in from Savannah and had somewhere to be within the hour. We didn’t even want to put our things down in the room. We got on the phone with another hotel within minutes of our current hotel and they were so kind and accommodating. We left in a hurry and were able to check in there and make it to our family function. This embassy suites should be shut down. It’s vile. After reading the hundreds of reviews I’m validated knowing this wasn’t an isolated situation. Shame on management for reading all of these reviews and not taking the appropriate steps to rectify this. Shame on Hilton for not seeing these reviews and taking action as well. We are Hilton Honors members and have been for years. We lost money at a hotel we spent less than 35 minutes at and spent all our points on booking the other one for less than a 24 hour stay. So disappointed. Kelly and Marc Gordon

We have visited this hotel multiple times over the last 18 months and it only gets worse with each visit. Broken elevators: Multiple breakdowns during our stay. Hot water: I am guessing our suite did not come with the hot water package and it was extra $$$. Water Pressure: Same as above, we apparently did not get the package that included water pressure. A/C: Guessing this was not part of the package either. Smoking: The amount of people smoking in their rooms is ridiculous. Yes, it's not cigarette smoke, but the smell of marijuana is just as annoying if not more so. Breakfast: Unfortunately, If you arrive within 45 minutes at the end of breakfast it is rushed. The workers start closing the doors ever so slowly. This caused multiple people in our group to become anxious. Turns out they give the left over food to the workers. While it is good to hear that they do not waste the food, it appears this encourages the workers to start closing breakfast early. Rooms: 0 Service: 0 Location: 3 (This is only metric that can receive a rating) The score averages to a one. To be honest, I only gave the location a rating due to it being near General Tso's Catering and Politan Row at Ashford Lane. We enjoy both of these places
