Very dissatisfied with being charged over $500 for 3 nights, and then wanting to charge another $30 for parking. I've never paid for parking at any Home2. The common areas and the room are dirty in obvious areas, and the carpet is atrocious. It makes you wonder how clean things actually are once you take the room, specially the shower you stand in. The office chair in our room was so disgusting and soiled, you're afraid to touch it, certainly wouldn't let my kids sit in it. Some broke things are pieced back together rather than fixed, or not fixed at all. The bathroom door squeaked so loudly everytime it was moved (reference the attached video). The staff was friendly, other than the first morning, the lady working the breakfast was attentive and everything was stocked, but was very short and sounded rude when approached and talked to by another guest. I've definitely had much better experiences at other Home2 locations. Please deep clean this place, use all that extra money from parking and put it to use for the guest.

Had a wonderful stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton on May 24! A special highlight goes to Morales at the front desk for the outstanding customer service. Morales was welcoming, professional, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued as guests. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, and the free parking was a huge bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience for our family. Highly recommend this hotel and appreciate Morales for the exceptional hospitality!

Great experience on short notice. Made the reservation 10 minutes before arriving. Was greeted with my welcome gift and explanation of charges/amenities. Property is locked for key card holders after 10pm. Breakfast in the morning included a waffle bar, juices, cereal, yogurt and a variety of proteins. Jasmine greeted us and even changed the tv channel to cartoons for the little ones. We would stay here again.

This was the best Hotel my family has ever booked a room--Hands down!!!! We booked a 2 queen bed 1 bedroom suite for 2 nights. The room was beautiful from the high end fixtures, spaciousness for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, cleanliness, pleasant smell in the room, elevators and throughout the hotel. My husband is still raving about the bathroom. Friendly & hospitable staff like Noah and the front desk lady on Sunday Morning (Check-out) and the Breakfast crew. The brekfast options were good and there was some changes in the menu each day. Our family had No complaints. Only 1 suggestion: We missed not having Turkey Bacon or Links as a breakfast option. At the end of our stay, my family and I were so impressed with Home2Suites- Atlanta -Perimeter Center; it felt like we were at a resort. Thank you Home2Suites for making our family 's Spring Break memorable and unforgettable.

I have stayed at other Home2 Suites and some have not impressed me as this one did. I could not find it thru the app and just so happened to see it thru Mapquest. Location was perfect for me and not far from where we needed to be the next morning. Nor was it far from Publix and other places to eat. The service was pleasant and Noah was very professional when we were checking in. The entrance smelled very nice. A tad strong for me as I have sinus issues, but was very nice. The room was very clean. No hair in bed or bathroom. Floor was clean and did not feel as if I needed to wear shoes(still did out of habit), but they were clean. No ants crawling around sink like seen in others. Everything worked. Shower head was even clean! Toliet worked and was quiet. No bugs seen at all. Even though it was close to a main road we never heard any traffic. We did have a problem getting heat to come on at first, since it was about 30 degrees outside, but could have been user error. Even as I checked out I was greeted kindly and with a fresh attentive attitude and not a bland and bothered one.

I had such a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton. The room was clean, spacious, and perfect for traveling with my Pomeranians. The staff was friendly, but I especially want to highlight Noah at the front desk. He went above and beyond and was so sweet with my dogs—they absolutely loved him! It really made the stay feel personal and stress-free. Highly recommend for pet owners!

Paid for a whole room but only got a half. This is the smallest room I've ever had at a Home 2 Suites. The couch is almost pushed all the way up to the bed. The normal full size refrigerator is small and under the counter. And the room is so short that the dished cabinet is above the desk in the room inside of all in the kitchen like most locations. IN line with the rest of the room, the bathroom in really really tiny. Its almost like they cut the room sizes down to add more rooms to the hotel, but a company would never do anything like that, so it must be something else. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, so that's important since getting a good nights sleep is the priority. But when you work in the music industry and work late nights, not having the cleaning staff wake you up multiple times despite having setup a late check out in inexcusable. That alone will be the reason that I avoid this location in the future.

The best place I have stayed in for a long time. My first time staying at a Home2. It will now be my go to place. Best value for the dollar. You could live in the rooms. Very comfortable and room for one or two people. Pet friendly place. All amenities available in the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Lots of selections. Great workout area. Laundry room. Very nice and welcoming staff. Well lit. Felt safe. Quiet rooms. Great location for anything on the north perimeter.

Hotel has a great location, friendly staff, Wonderful house keepers, My BIGGEST CONCERN the free Breakfast was horrible ? there was mold on most all the muffins ? not much of a selection ? ? A kind staff not only removed ALL muffins but made sure to apologize and attempt to fix my concerns. Many people had already gotten the muffins and knowing it included children the fear of them being ill bothered me! The member then told me when the assistant GM would be in so I asked to speak with him and ofcourse he was busy we left a contact number with no return call. We are Diamond ? Members that travel often for work! We will NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. Very disappointed in the poor level of Customer Service ? from the Assistant GM!

I travel for work. When works brings me to Atlanta I will always to choose to stay here for my week. Staff is always so nice. The facility is always clean. I always feel safe. The rooms are always clean and I have never had a problem with my stay. Side note. I have to have packages delivered for work sometimes and the front desk is always so helpful with them.
