We stayed here 2/27-3/1. We so enjoyed our stay from the time we got there with the Valet service to the time we left. The service in the restaurant for breakfast and Diner was second to none. The food was outstanding and the service was even better. The staff were amazing. Not one thing do I have to complain about. The gardens were amazing. Thank you for a great weekend stay.

The views are absolutely stunning. From the valet attendants to the seamless check in, top tier. When we got settled in and realized there is a mall directly across from the hotel (shuttle is within distance), top tier. Then you can dine inside and get spirits at not one but two of their bar areas, top tier. There are stunning views outdoors with a walking trail, indoor pool, fitness room and more, top tier. Breakfast is served buffet or à la carte, top tier. What an amazing experience.

I had a great experience staying at Crowne Plaza at the Ravinia in Atlanta. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the staff was welcoming and professional from check-in to check-out. I especially want to recognize the manager, Tyler, who went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with my Booking.com reservation. He handled everything quickly, communicated clearly, and made sure the situation was fixed without any hassle. His professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out and made my stay stress-free. Overall, great customer service, a smooth stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Atlanta area.

Had an incredible 3 night stay here with my wife and baby. What a beautiful place. Staff was incredible. The service staff at the restaurant Milan and Yessinia, the valet's David and Ricky. Even the room cleaners were absolutely top notch. Everyone was so nice. The place was busy with a convention going on but I was never left waiting for service. It seemed very normal for them to handle the high volume of guests. Everyone was so nice, helpful and accommodating. We felt like VIP's the whole time. What a great stay. We will be back. Without a doubt.

One of the fanciest hotels to stay with beautiful private garden and very close to amenities. The restaurant food is one of the finest there. I did face two issues during the stay. First was the bathrooms were clogged which I felt housekeeping should have attended to prior to occupancy but they offered me a room switch which resolved the issue. The seco d was my booking included breakfast but front desk gave me just weekend timing not mention weekday timing for breakfast which resulted in me missing second day. Bummer. They did offer some recompense for it. Overall great stay but it could have been better if not for the gaps in service oversights

We have been to a fair share of IHG hotels as loyal IHG members. We stayed here for almost a full week and I have to say, this hotel experience was great! There were some minor hiccups and service issues but they were resolved at the front desk without any issues. The building was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. Not only was the lobby spacious, the pathway outside was stunning; everyone of all ages (from a group of 15 people!) enjoyed the daily walks outside. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not only is the hotel so eloquently designed and decorated but the staff is sooooo freaking nice! From the moment I walked in I was greeted with amazing hospitality and beautiful smiles. The food was delicious and everyone here is superb but especially Tyler! He went above and beyond just to make this stay extra special and literally showed me really nice people still exist. I’m so happy I randomly found this hotel and decided to book. I will definitely recommend and anytime I come to Atlanta, I’ll be sure to stay here :)

Great one night stay! Did a fun night out in the perimeter area with my son for a one night "staycation" for our December holiday break, the hotel exceeded my expectations. We got two queen beds, easy parking, perfect room with a good view.... my son and his friend enjoyed a half hour in the pool, although they do shut it down promptly at 10 PM. The boys thought the hotel was amazing and wished we could have stayed longer! This was our first year doing our night of fun somewhere other than the Avalon .... and this might be our new spot for future holidays! Thanks!

Still One of the Best — Crowne Plaza Ravinia Never Disappoints I used to come to the Crowne Plaza Ravinia all the time when I lived in Atlanta for business seminars and events, but returning for a weekend with my daughter for the SEC Championship reminded me just how special this hotel is. The location is perfect — right by MARTA, Perimeter Mall, and everything you could possibly need. I also really appreciated being able to charge my EV overnight for free, which is an increasingly rare and valuable perk. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, especially during the holidays. The lights along the pathways, the festive decor, and the elegant indoor spaces make the whole property feel warm and elevated. But the highlight was, once again, the exceptional customer service. I received a text letting me know my bill was ready if I needed anything. When I noticed an incorrect breakfast charge and asked if I should call during the week, Tyler immediately took care of it — and even caught one more issue I hadn’t seen. He quickly fixed everything and sent an updated bill without me having to lift a finger. That kind of proactive service is rare and truly sets them apart. I will absolutely stay here again and recommend the Crowne Plaza Ravinia to anyone — whether you’re in town for business, a big event, or just a relaxing weekend away.

Beautiful facility. It's a bit tight in the parking garage and I could not find accessible handicap parking. Finding reception in the sprawling, open and yet, well appointed entry would have been difficult if not for the helpful staff and signage. The walls in the room were a bit thin (or my neighbors were quite enthusiastic in their nocturnal activities). I should note that the water in the toilet was more of a European design, meaning the level is lower than is customary on this side of the pond. Also, I was not impressed by the well furnished rooms ambience and esthetics but, my fiance found the off-set angle of the beds to be quite modern. Despite my comments to the contrary, I found my accommodations to be more than adequate and the staff was most helpful. The hotel is clean, neat and well appointed. I enjoyed my stay and would happily visit this facility again. Guest services was quite responsive and well supplied with some forgotten toiletries. The 4 stars for location is only due to the proximity to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium - as I was under the impression that it would be closer. Now, if only the Falcons would win this weekend (not counting on it), it would be a grand weekend in celebration of my birthday...
