about 1 month agoFrom the moment we got there, the service was great. Valet was so accommodating despite my frequent requests. The front desk associates were helpful. My king room was very clean and had a beautiful view at night. Special commendations to Mark at the front desk. I had troubles with checking out and he not only rectified the issue but gave me a complimentary goodie bag to make up for it.

about 1 month agoWe stayed here for 5 nights for a work conference. Rooms were clean and comfortable, location was great (right next to Marta), but the staff made the stay FIVE STARS!!!! Thank you to Mark for helping with my catalog packages every day and welcoming us as if we were coming home! Thank you to Michael for entertaining us at the bar! We will definitely be back due to the wonderful hospitality. You guys were AMAZING!!!!! Thank you :)

about 1 month agoThe front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. There was an issue with my reservation during my stay, and they resolved it quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. The valet service was excellent as well. While I wasn’t thrilled about paying $40 per day for parking, the valet team was consistently courteous, helpful, and provided outstanding service. My room was clean, quiet, and had beautiful views of the city. The hotel also has an indoor pool that looked very nice, although I didn’t have a chance to use it during my stay. I especially appreciated the Starbucks on-site. (the staff there made a fantastic latte) There are also plenty of comfortable spaces to work outside of your room, and the location is very walkable to restaurants, shops, and other attractions. The only area that fell a bit short for me was the fitness center. As someone who values having access to a gym while traveling, I found it quite small. It has two treadmills, an elliptical, a bench, free weights, and a few kettlebells, but it feels very crowded with just a few people using it at once. I also noticed there were water and towels available, but no disinfecting wipes for cleaning equipment before and after use, which I think is an important amenity for any fitness center. Overall, though, I had a very positive experience. The excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location far outweighed my minor concerns. I would recommend it to others.

about 2 months agoI was just recently at this hotel Memorial Day weekend room1010. The service there was AMAZING!!!! They really paid attention to our needs. My family reunion there was success due to this hotel. The employees there are very knowledgeable about the area and there . Even the ballet was great and on point they even had umbrellas for us when we arrived there. Thank you guys for everything WE WILL BE BACK!!

7 months agoStayed here for 10 days in December 2025 for work trip. Rooms are recently renovated bed was very comfortable. Fast Wifi even on the 8th floor. Climate control for both heat and air was very good. Fast elevators. Front desk personnel were excellent. Tony with valet was a standout courteous and knowledgeable. Location: Excellent on the edge of the massive lennox mall complex. Huge Publix grocery store 2 blocks away. Massivegym LA Fitness with free parking likewise 2 blocks away. Highly recommend and will def stay here again. Only drawback is while the rooms have the small fridge, the single microwave is down in the lobby. Most Courtyard Ive stayed in 20 years of work travel have both fridge and MW in the room.
