I had a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. I couldn't have asked for a better experience—definitely my go-to place for future trips!
From beginning to end, our stay was amazing! J the front desk clerk was super informative. He went over the policy with us. He was extremely kind and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions with exceptional knowledge. We will definitely patronize this Motel 6.
We stayed here overnight due to a layover, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The hotel advertises a complimentary airport shuttle; however, the driver was extremely rude, drove aggressively, and asked for a tip before assisting with our luggage. Upon arrival, the lobby had a strong marijuana odor, and the room also had a noticeable smell of tobacco and marijuana, which made it very uncomfortable. In addition, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable—the bed sheets appeared dirty, the bathtub had visible stains, and the towels were old and worn. Given the condition of the room and overall experience, this stay did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these concerns. I would not recommend this hotel and would appreciate follow-up regarding this experience.
If I could give 0 stars I would. And I never ever do revised but the way I was treated today by the on duty manager Markeisha was the most distressing and disappointing experience I’ve ever had. During my stay, I experienced a serious and unacceptable health concern in room 512. At approximately 4:00 AM, I entered the restroom in my room and, upon turning on the light, discovered that the floor was heavily infested with cockroaches. The infestation was extensive, with roaches visibly crawling throughout the bathroom. After returning to the main area of the room, I also discovered that the insects had gotten into food that I had purchased. Due to the presence of my two young daughters, who were asleep at the time, I did not immediately report the issue during the night and instead went to retrieve my phone to document/video the situation so that I could provide that to the front desk. Instead, I waited until the morning to notify the front desk in person. When I approached the front desk, I calmly explained the situation to the staff member present. She contacted the manager, /Markeisha, who then came to the front. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging the seriousness of the issue, she immediately stated that the only compensation she could offer was $20. I expressed that this was not reasonable, given that I paid approximately $100 for a room that was clearly uninhabitable due to a pest infestation. Throughout the interaction, Marquisha repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed my concerns, and displayed a lack of professionalism. When I attempted to calmly reset the conversation and explain my experience, she continued to speak over me and showed no willingness to properly address the issue. Eventually, she stated she could offer a 50% refund, but before any resolution could be completed, she abruptly disengaged from the conversation and refused to provide her name when I requested it. When I attempted to document the interaction for my own records, she escalated the situation further by instructing staff not to issue any refund and contacted the police, falsely claiming I was trespassing. At no point prior to this escalation did I raise my voice, act aggressively, or behave in a manner that would warrant such action. I was simply attempting to report a legitimate health concern and request a fair resolution. Only after law enforcement arrived did she provide her name as “Markeisha/Marquisha,” and even then, I was ultimately denied any refund and told I was trespassed from the property. I have photographic and video evidence documenting the cockroach infestation in the room. This experience was not only distressing but completely unacceptable. As a paying guest, I expect a clean and safe environment, for me and might two toddlers, as well as respectful and professional treatment from staff—especially management.
My flight was canceled at Atlanta airport, and Delta provided a hotel voucher for an overnight stay here. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to cleanliness concerns. As soon as I entered the room, I saw a roach. The next morning, I saw another one while leaving. Because of that, I did not feel comfortable using the towels, and I was uneasy about the bedding as well. I stayed the night only because I had no other option. On the positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and answered my questions, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport with shuttle service available. However, cleanliness is a basic expectation, and based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
