I really enjoyed my stay at Origin Hotel. The rooms were super clean and the shower pressure was perfect. What really made it special was the staff. At check-in I mentioned I'll town for a national competition and housekeeping left me a sweet note in the room. I also didn’t expect to enjoy the lobby restaurant as much as I did. The salmon caesar wrap and catfish sliders were delicious. Bri and Taylor at the bar are such a vibe! Now let me tell you! The biggest highlight was definitely meeting the manager Tracey. She is top-tier. Always warm, great energy, and always smiling. I’ll definitely be here next time I visit Atlanta!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my stay. A special thank you to Tracy, the manager, for her outstanding customer service and leadership. Tracy was attentive, helpful, and made sure every detail was taken care of. It’s clear she takes pride in providing guests with a great experience, and it shows through the entire staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The team made me feel valued as a guest, and their positive attitudes made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Everything was great for the most part. Friendly staff, nice spacious rooms. Clean. But then upon checkout im watching a girl vape in the lobby by the front desk….in a non smoking hotel. No one said anything and it kind of shocked me. I have a lung condition and don’t want to be around that. IN THE LOBBY????

What can I say? This is not just a hotel. It is actually a place that the staff makes you feel like you're home. There's actually soul to this hotel. My room was amazing. Clean everything I need was there and absolutely love the shower and the boot beep mirrors with Bluetooth speakers built in. But I can't say enough about the staff, especially Tracy, who was a godsend since I took this hotel as a last minute reservation when my other reservation fell through. And you have to try the restaurant/ bar

I cannot speak to the review of other customers of this property, but my experience was very easy and light. From arriving & dropping my vehicle with valet, to the check-in process, the process was smooth. The property is thoughtfully decorated and includes original structures. The bar restaurant staff were friendly and generous. If I could offer any feedback, it would be to include a microwave in-room or in the lobby for guests to use - and more consistent stock for the kitchen. ? I look forward to a return visit!
