i stayed for one night for the Asap rocky concert. Everything was amazing. Staff where all very professional and polite. Everything innthe hotel looked new and very well taken care off. Pool was great just wish i was a little more deep. Gym is incredible. Definitely recommend staying.

Hotel Phoenix was a first-class experience and one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is brand new, classy, and modern, with old fashioned touches. The service was first class. The gym is modern and spacious. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and had a great selection. The rooms are spacious with a local vibe but very high end and functional. The location cannot be beat if you are attending events at State Farm Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium or the convention center. The staff was very friendly and professional; they make you feel like royalty. I wish the rooftop bar would have been open because the area was very nice, but the weather was not great. Also, the lobby bar should be open past 10pm in a luxury, downtown hotel. Thank you for an excellent stay!

The kindness and willingness to support guests are truly second to none. I would compare the level of professionalism and attentiveness to that of Disney or a Viking Cruise. This exceptional service extended across every department—from the valet team and front desk staff to the bellhops, restaurant team, and management. Everyone I interacted with made me feel like the most important guest in the hotel. Associate B was especially helpful and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well maintained. This will be the only hotel I stay at when visiting Atlanta. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already booked a stay at their New York City property later this year. Kudos to the leadership team for fostering such a caring culture—one that is clearly reflected in the daily work ethic and genuine hospitality of every employee.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Phoenix Atlanta, especially at their rooftop bar, Bless Your Heart. The vibe was great, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the smash burger. What really stood out was the team. Peter, Erica, Christian, and Johnatan were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They went above and beyond to support me during a stressful situation, and I truly appreciated how patient and attentive everyone was. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their guests. Great food, great people, and great service from beginning to end. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in the area. 5 stars all the way.

The hotel was beautiful and the room was immaculate. The shower was pristine and the product amenities were of excellent quality (smelled amazing). The room was on the smaller side but felt more open and functional than most hotels. There were even complementary ear plugs and a white noise setting on the nightstand. Also 3 large mirrors in the room itself plus a make-up mirror on the desk so 2 people were able to get ready at the same time! Everyone we encountered (valets-front desk-bar tenders) was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. We could not stop talking about how nice everyone was, not just in the hotel but everyone we met in Atlanta. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you
