Brittney was so fantastic. She was the light at the end of a long day. She was as sweet at 1 am as she is at 8 am. She even looked up restaurants for me so I could get a flavor of the South while I’m here enjoy enjoying a day with my sister Top notch experience. Taki at the bar for breakfast also wonderful. This is a perfect choice and location for visiting Atlanta. The staff are friendly and do their jobs well. The food is very good (a delicious red pepper soup, homemade hummus with generous and varied veggies plus pita, and an excellent burger) and the service is top notch! Our server/bartender for dinner, Candise, was excellent! She handle the happy hour bar crowd plus 4 diners by herself! She seems to have potential to do so much more including leadership. She’s a keeper and we hope she goes far with the company.

03-18-26 I use Marriott almost exclusively, since this is where my elite status and points are. I reserved a room at Four Points, College Park, for late night arrival from India and London. Very nice looking hotel, which provided free airport shuttle service from and to airport the next morning for a domestic flight. Laquitha, the night desk attendant was very pleasant and courteous and provided my first complimentary upgrade in about a year. The room had a total of 5 tables. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The thermostat was very easy to set and worked very well, something I can't say for stays at many other hotels. Prior to this stay, I was only given an upgrade if I used one of my SNA. I am basing this review upon the check-in experience because, unfortunately, the 2 female employees the following morning did not present with the same smiles and welcoming vibes. The night and morning shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful with my 2 large super heavy luggages. I would stay there again.

While this is an airport hotel, the Four Points offers upgraded amenities, including a complimentary shuttle to ATL, along with a nice bar and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious. I had the chicken and waffles, and the fried chicken was some of the best I’ve had, which says a lot coming from someone who lived in the Midwest. The staff was friendly, and the location was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m passing through ATL.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Smooth check-in and enjoyed watching the game at the bar. I would definitely stay again. I gave a 3 rating in hopes they will fix the double charging issue. Smh Check-out morning I received another nights charge. I'm a marriott member and also a travel agent. I have never been charged double before at Marriott. ????? So this is definitely an accounting issue at this location.
