This is a very lively location in a great location. Everything went great until it was time me to leave. I prepaid for valet through the link that was sent to me. But this morning when it was time for me to get to the airport they charge me again. I showed the guy that I prepaid showing there was no outstanding balance owed. This left a really bad impression on the business. I would go back to hang but not to stay. I don't like feeling like I'm being scammed, and that is what it was.

Stay: 8/3/26 for 1 night My friend and I booked the Moxy Atlanta Downtown for a 24 hour girls trip, and it was the perfect place for making the most of our time in the city! The location alone deserves five stars. We caught a Lyft from the airport and were thrilled to see how walkable everything was. We were able to walk to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, SkyView Atlanta, State Farm Arena, and so many other attractions without constantly needing transportation. It made our short trip feel so much longer because we weren’t wasting time traveling around the city. The hotel itself has a modern vibe while appreciating black culture in a sleek aesthetic. The lobby is beautiful, clean, and inviting. We also loved receiving drink tokens for the lobby bar at check in. We had breakfast included with our stay and were pleasantly surprised to learn it wasn’t a standard hotel breakfast. Instead, we were able to order a fresh, hot breakfast from Eggslut, which was delicious! (Opens at 7am) Now, the highlight of our entire stay was Kemar. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, charismatic, and genuinely kind. My friend and I had never stayed at a Moxy before, and he took the time to explain the brand and what makes it unique. It truly set the tone for our experience. What impressed me most was watching him even when he wasn’t helping us directly. He was constantly restocking, checking on guests, answering questions, multitasking effortlessly, and doing it all with a positive attitude. Although he hadn’t lived in Atlanta very long, he still gave us great recommendations for things to do since many attractions were closed on Monday. His professionalism and work ethic absolutely stood out. I sincerely hope management recognizes what an incredible employee they have because he is the kind of person who defines outstanding customer service. He could honestly teach a masterclass on hospitality. Our room was beautiful, clean, and had a great view. That said, I do want to offer a few tips for future guests. The rooftop bar was closed the day of our stay. Please pay close attention to the room type you book. Our beds faced one another, which worked perfectly for two friends, but I could see how that layout might not be comfortable for everyone. While riding the elevator, another guest mentioned he accidentally booked a room with bunk beds while traveling with a friend, so definitely double check before confirming your reservation. Also, know that Moxy embraces a more minimalist concept. Our room didn’t have a closet, hangers, robes, or an iron. There were several hooks for bags and jackets, but only one hook in the bathroom, which was a little inconvenient for two women getting ready. The bathroom itself was spotless, and I loved the Bluetooth speaker, anti-fog mirror. One thing to note is the limited number of outlets. We only had one standard outlet and one USB port between our beds. It was later explained that Moxy encourages guests to unplug and enjoy their stay, which I actually appreciate. However, it may be something to consider if you’re traveling for work, taking online classes, or charging multiple devices before a flight home. None of these things took away from our experience. They’re simply details I think future guests should know before booking. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would happily book another Moxy Hotel in the future. Between the unbeatable location, fun atmosphere, and exceptional service from Kemar, this hotel helped make our girls trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!

This hotel was in a great location - walkable to State Farm Arena, Coke, and Aquarium and made for an easy trip. Two employees went above and beyond and really turned what could have been a bad stay to an "okay" stay. They provided excellent service and great attitudes - Kemar at the front desk and the bartender, Bri. Their smiles and attitude were fantastic. There were a few shortcomings - air conditioning broke and the power in our room went out. The staff that was there were super friendly and tried their best to handle but ultimately needed to speak to the manager to solve the issues and could never get to speak to her due to her being busy or unavailable.

Another great Moxy location. WARNING FIRST: I loved my stay, but this hotel is a NOISEY location. The rooftop hosts a loud nightclub till 2am from Wednesday through the weekend. Meaning 9th floor rooms will be a nightmare then. Luckily they were able to move me to another floor. I do suggest the hotel makes it clearer to guests this can be an issue as I had no idea coming in. While we all love a fun vibe, the fundamental reason anyone uses a hotel is for a good nights sleep, and that’s not going to be possible if exposed to the club noise. Now the GOOD! As always at Moxy the decor is fabulous, funky and fun! Maybe it’s not everyone’s cup of tea but I love Moxy styling and it’s become my go to brand in any city. And the staff were super nice and friendly. I wish I had gotten names as people needed a call out but the host staff working the evening of July 1st were top notch. There is a decent, spacious gym on the second floor. Rooms are very standard Moxy style so yes a little smaller and you hang your clothes on the wall. Works for me as a frequent solo traveler. If you can get timing right and avoid the club noise, this is a great option in Atlanta close to the arena and stadium

Stayed here to have a landing space for the FIFA fan event. It is literally a two minute walk to centennial Park. And so close to everything else. Being able to walk everywhere you want need to go was amazing. The valet was amazing. The guys were great. The greeting at check-in was so down to earth and warm. They were in great before I checked in via the messaging in the app. The room was immaculate. The elevator was immaculate. The hallways were immaculate. The lobby is so vibrant and alive and welcoming. I would only say that the music in the other elevator was extremely loud. Other than that, the place is amazing. I loved the convenient extra towels in the hallway, in the lockers and toothbrush, toothpaste supplies. This place was just so cute, chic, vibrant, and a good stay. I heard a little bit of music at night but honestly, it wasn’t that bad and in those hallway lockers, you can pick up some earplugs, but didn’t need them. We were so wiped out from being in the sun all day. Once our head hits the pillows on those comfortable beds we were out. Anyway. I didn’t give it five stars because I usually like peace and quiet and tranquility to equate to higher satisfaction rating. But I do understand this was downtown. And I just didn’t enjoy the showerhead and the shower pressure was extremely low. Other than that everything was great.

Bri at the Moxy Hotel Bar made my first trip to Atlanta absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we sat down, she was kind, friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel special. Not only did she provide amazing service, but she even created a custom drink for us and named it the “Colorado Summer” after hearing we were visiting from Colorado. That personal touch meant so much and made the experience one we’ll never forget. The entire staff was fantastic—warm, attentive, and fun—but Bri truly went above and beyond. She helped turn a great evening into one of the highlights of our trip. We will definitely be returning the next time we’re in Atlanta. My experience at Moxie was amazing my server was so amazing very informative and I loved her spirit. She has answered any questions that I came up with. It might’ve been weird but she was awesome. Awesome. Awesome her name is Teri better now a.k.a. T! I’m just saying she was awesome. Awesome. Awesome also give her a raise.

Absolutely loved my stay at Moxy Atlanta Downtown! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was energetic and fun. The modern, playful design made it feel more like a cool hangout spot than a typical hotel. The entire property was spotless and very clean, which always makes a huge difference. My room was comfortable, stylish, and perfectly maintained. What really stood out was the staff, they were genuinely friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Whether it was quick check-in, restaurant recommendations, or just a friendly chat at the bar, they made the whole experience enjoyable. As soon as I came Nado from Valet greeted me and took my car and took care of my belongings.. the second I walk in the hotel Teri brings me in and makes theeee best old fashions ! She was sweet, charming and kind. The environment is such a treat and a pleasure. Definitely will be retuning.
