My overall experience was not bad. I stayed five days staff was wonderful at check in very friendly even upgraded our room as well as accommodating us needing an early check in the room was large and very comfortable bed was great hotel amenities great however the room could use a deep clean yes it was surface first impression clean but after getting settled in we notice stuff like stains on the walls the floor needed to be mopped not nasty but could use some attention. My 2nd issue is even though we stayed 5days housekeeping was not provided so we had to call the front desk for everything we needed which they promptly responded but it just would have been more convenient to have the option for housekeeping. All in all location is good 20 mins from the airport and anything you’d want to do in the city yes I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly. The pool was nice and relaxing. I loved having the washer and dryer in the room. Nice to be able to take clean clothes home. It was in a very nice area. A lot of the places we needed to go were less than 10 min away and other place were no more than 30 min. I would definitely book again.

The customer service was good and the check in process was very easy (we did have a reservation booked ahead of time). The property could definitely use some consistent TLC. I booked 3 of the loft/ bedroom rooms. One of them had an INTENSE smell of urine so badly that I got a headache and we had to exit the room. When I went to the front desk to mention it, we were told that there were no other available rooms of that type. Understandable.. but then when I asked if maybe the carpet could get shampooing, I was told that since it was so busy at the time, it couldn't get done.. Again, Understandable, but then could you schedule a time for shampooing or do something because I'm like I hope you aren't going to make guests stay in a room with a smell that bad.. that's got to be a safety concern. Eventually, we were told that there was another room available in the back building (of the same type ?). This one still had a smell as well but was not as bad so we got some carpet cleaner ourselves from the store, some wall plug scents, mop, and other cleaning supplies ourselves and tried to make the best of it for all booked rooms. The carpet in all 3 of the booked rooms was pretty disgusting. It did not seem as if the room had been vacuumed or cleaned even the slightest at all during house keeping or if even the floor had been mopped. The lock on one of the closet doors inside didn't work so the door would not stay shut at all. One of the main entry doors to one of the rooms would not close completely because its screwing needed to be redone. We just so happened to had brought small tools ourselves so we tightened the loose screwing so that the door would close and that no one could just walk in. We also saw a rat climbing in and out of the trash can at the end of the sidewalk for the back building where the stairs are.. I understand this is a pet friendly hotel, but there should be better maintenance in between guests. Great concept and potential, but I would not stay here again.

I checked into this hotel on July 13th 2026. I chose it because they offered one bedroom private rooms with washer and dryer. My room was very dirty. The floors are gross, thank goodness we had no carpet in the room at all. The floor is very slippery. I don't think they mop the floors because you can see the dirt. My sons feet were black every time he walked on the floor. I purchased a mop to clean the floor but there is so much dirt that you have to pass the mop at least 5 or 6 times to clean the surface. They do supply you with a broom . The lamp shades were filthy, soft stained and found hairs. The doors and walls were also dirty The base boards were gross. The closest were the AC is had dirt on the outside of it from the circulation of air. The only reason this hotel has good ratings is because of the apartment style rooms with washer and dryer. The have dish as cable provider which sucks. You only get 5 or 6 channels and both remotes had dead batteries so I purchased my own. The channel guide also sucks. I will not stay here again.

Wonderful stay! Entire staff—from front desk, maintenance, to grounds crew are all lovely people. Each room is basically a mini apartment with washer/dryer, full fridge and oven. As well as a coffee/tea station and gym in the front office building. I’ve stayed in other ‘extended stay’ type options before and this one is a little pricier, but for the peace of mind, cleanliness, and ease of working with staff it’s WELL worth it! This location has definitely created a “home away from home” kind of atmosphere that not all hotels really get and it’s greatly appreciated!

I had a great stay at WaterWalk Extended Stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for an extended stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around the Atlanta area. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Dirty dirty dirty! While the concept of this hotel is great the rooms are filthy dirty. The carpets are stained beyond being a one off accident. The floors are so caked with floor cleaning product and dirt that you slip and slide on them and your feet are black from walking around. (I had to buy a mop and after cleaning the floors 5 times the water finally was running clear and reception told me that they would not clean the carpets during our stay, which was a 7 night stay). The furnishings are on the low end and the maintenance of the rooms is below standard. You get a mishmash of cutlery and glassware. For a two bedroom unit we only got 2 teaspoons! There is no housekeeping during your stay, so if you run out of something you have to walk around and find a housekeeper to get replacements. The grounds look great around reception and as soon as you go around to the sides and back of the complex there is dog waste on the ground and the trash cans are full to overflowing. I would never recommend anyone staying here. Also be aware, they charge the full stay to your card on night one.

I absolutely loved my stay ! The staff were very nice and accommodating. Mr Rose was great ! My suite was clean and beautiful. One tiny con I would say is the closet door kept disconnecting from the track and had fell over at one point . (Room 1314) I did notify the front desk about it and I believe it will be fixed . Other than that my space was peaceful and I felt safe . I also enjoyed the 15 min walk to Publix. All in all 10 out of 10 and I’m looking forward to coming back .

The entire stay was splendid. One small complain is that the pillows were a little flat but we made it work. Other than that, my only complaint was that we didn’t get to stay here longer. The room was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything my partner and I could need to celebrate our one year anniversary.
