Have lived here for 2+ years and will be here for at least 3 total. It’s a wonderful building and Braden Fellman is a fantastic company to rent from. I’ve rented from them for about 8 years total, on and off, and there’s a reason I keep coming back to them. None of the typical landlord hassle/bs with them. They’re professional and nice and easy to work with.

Leasing office is impossible to get a hold of. Applying was a painful process that took months because they lost or had issues with the application, but what's worse is when you have any issues that the leasing office needs to take care of, they WILL NOT pick up the phone, ever. I got a new car and online I had issues getting a new tag. I called the office every day for a week during business hours and never heard from a soul. I left a note with my parking permit number on the front window. Fast forward 6 days after I get my car, and first called the office, and my car was booted. They have one leasing office off Ponce for 5 different apartment complexes. Just avoid this place, the cheaper rent isn't worth it. Edit: Fast forward 3 months and there were a half dozen or more car break-ins in the uncovered lot. There's no security, no cameras, no preventative cooperation with the Midtown alliance or APD. All management has to say about it is some blatantly AI-generated email explaining that they're not responsible. Probably the laziest property management I've ever encountered.

I live at 878 Peachtree St, next to this property at 900 Peachtree St. One of their units whose window faces to out unit has lights on day and night. The light shines through our window and interferes with our sleep. WHY WOULD THEY LEAVE THE LIGHTS ON WHEN NOBODY IS THERE, WASTING ENERGY!!!!!! I have been in contact with the Virginia Highland office that oversees this building, and first, their response are slow, and second they said they contacted the owner to turn off the lights, but still after a week later, nothing happens. I left a message several times but they ignore and did not call me back. Nobody picks up the phone. I don't think management team is ever available. And the parking gate is often left open for homeless people wondering around and no-residence uses it for free-parking. It is old and dirty. Their AC units on top of the buidling are very old and rattle very loud. The management team do not seem to work at all. I do not recommend anybody to stay here.

Terrible communication.

I moved here just a little over a month ago. The location is amazing and my place is HUGE, but coming from working in property management I have to say the team here is incredible. Andrew helped me throughout my move process and was so awesome the whole time. Krishna helped me out when I immediately lost my parking pass and was so sweet. The maintenance team is ? ? ?. No one ever gives maintenance the credit they deserve, not realizing just how much they do for the communities and their residents. This past weekend I was running out to a wedding and my ceiling started leaking quite a bit (this happens in buildings sometimes)I called the office and spoke to someone off site, by the time I got back from the wedding it was as if the leak had never been there. I’m not exactly sure which crew member came but thank you SO much for getting there on a Saturday, saving my things and getting everything cleaned up! 900 Peachtree Lofts for the win

I love this apartment complex! You can’t beat the location (close to Piedmont Park, MARTA, and Tech). The apartments have lots of character with big wood floors, lots of light, and exposed brick. New staff is super responsive! All in all, safe, trendy, and one of the more affordable spots in midtown.
