Spectrum on Spring consistently receives positive feedback, primarily due to its attentive and responsive management team, particularly Rae and Cameron, who are praised for their helpfulness and professionalism. Residents appreciate the convenient location, modern amenities, and vibrant community events. While some minor concerns regarding noise and occasional maintenance issues have been raised, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive.
I’ve had a great experience the whole time i have lived in Spectrum. This is in large due to the staff who i have worked with, Cam and Yaz. They have always offered prompt and professional support, while being very personable. In addition, the maintenance team is also very knowledgeable and attend to issues in a timely manner.
Rae was delightful to work with. She is an expert in multitasking and will match your energy and pace to assist you in any way she can. The place is beautiful but I was more impressed with her adaptability and hospitality than anything else.
This is my first solo apartment and I never felt safer. The staff here does a wonderful job of making sure everyone is safe. And connected with the club house gatherings like a little family. Also, the office go above and beyond to help their residents out .
I had an excellent experience working with Rae throughout my entire time at the property. From the very beginning of my lease to the move-out process, she was consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, Rae was always approachable and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. She genuinely cares about residents and it shows in how smoothly everything was handled. When it came time to move out, she made the process clear, stress-free, and well-organized, which I really appreciated during what can be a hectic time. Overall, my experience at the property was very positive, and Rae played a big role in that. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great resident experience. I highly recommend working with her — she’s an absolute asset to the leasing team!
I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and really enjoy it! From the apartment being in an amazing location to the dynamic resident events, this truly is a great place for anyone to live. The leasing team is also incredibly caring, extremely attentive, and very supportive! A huge shoutout to Cameron, Rae, and Yaz for being a great leasing office team!
Well priced, cozy apartments in a good location, but what really makes this place are the people that work here. Everyone in both the front office and on the maintenance staff routinely go over and above for their tenants. I've never seen any staff anywhere I've lived even come close to them. These people are phenomenal - they truly seem happy to interact with their community and happy with what they do. I expected to live here 1 year and when I looked up that had turned into 4. Thank you to everyone at the Spectrum on Spring staff, you all are amazing!
I lived here for 2 years and I enjoyed my stay here! In any apartment, the quality of your stay is largely based on your neighbors [which is a hit or a miss]; however, what I liked about the management was that they were always willing to listen and take swift action. Pros: 1. The cleaning lady, Maria was always so sweet and cleaned the property diligently, all with a kind smile to greet everyone. Thank you Maria!! 2. The maintenance team including Ryan was very responsive and would always get your repair request taken care of within 2 business days. Thanks Ryan! 3. Like I mentioned previously, Cam, Yaz and Rae in the management were always very responsive and accommodating. They were also very flexible when it came to my moving out and helped me through the process, something I am extremely grateful for. 4. The apartment amenities like the gym and swimming pool are pretty decent and they fix things at the earliest. They also try to organize regular social events for the community. 5. The location is walkable and has the MARTA station closeby. Possible struggles: 1. Sometimes the units can get a little loud due to the traffic noise coming from the highway or the Spring St. [especially if you are facing those streets]. But if you are higher up or facing the pool, I think you wont hear much. Hence something to note while choosing your unit. Overall for the price and management, I would recommend this place! Please be aware of the leasing agents Yas and Rae! After requesting my deposit back after applying for the unit, Rae informed me that the check would be available in 30 days, I checked in with her but despite the timeframe going past 30 days (and me actually forgetting about the money) she nor anyone at the team reached out to me about the refund. When I do remember and call them first thing this morning 3 times mind you, all of my calls were screened and ignored. I called from a friends local number a few minutes after and Yas picked up immediately. I knew she did this purposely when she referred to my name as I never told her. She seemed annoyed, short, and made little effort to look. She even remarked “IF I find something I’ll call you back.” Like what? If you don’t you would just never inform me about how to proceed with my funds? She lied multiple times and when I asked her what was the call back number she expected to reach out to me, she responded with a bogus number to not confirm to me that she was screening my calls. I’ve never been met with such strange behavior from leasing agents in my life in regards to processing my refund. I am not alleging anything but Atlanta is the rental fraud capital of the country and this situation is making me weary about where the funds actually are. Though rangewater is a great company (I will be reaching out to them) I strongly advise you to rethink this property.
I had an exceptional experience with Spectrum, especially during an uncertain relocation process. Rae Campbell went above and beyond for me from start to finish. She stayed in constant communication, patiently answered every question I had, and supported me through every step of my delayed move-in. Now that I’m finally here, I absolutely love my apartment. The team has been incredibly understanding and supportive throughout this entire process, and Rae deserves special recognition for her professionalism, kindness, and genuine willingness to help!
I have lived here for over 2 years and do not recommend. My husband is on military orders and the supervisor, Cam, has not responded to a single email or phone call. My move out date is less than 2 weeks away and I am still trying to contact him after countless efforts while working a full time job. I genuinely used to love this place but my view has changed drastically due to their lack of response and lack of maintenance throughout amenities we are paying for.
