I have had the best experience living at Spectrum! Yaz has been so helpful every time I needed anything. Any maintenance requests have very quick turnarounds! And the apartments are so spacious and everything is in walking distance ie Marta, piedmont park, restaurant etc.

Great starter apartment, great staff, & optimal location for younger people. This was my first apartment and part of what made the experience so special was the staff. Leasing agent Yazmin Gresham & ACD Rae Campbell are truly dedicated to their tenants & they helped me feel so supported throughout this process as someone who came from out of state. Their entertainment in the club house makes this apartment like true home. The only reason they will not get 5 stars is because the parking garage gate door stays broken for months, A/C in gym not working for months, size of the apartment vs. cost is out of hand & someone tried to kick in my door in the middle of the night & the managers reaction just left me wanting more. There were no cameras to capture the incident, and I was told tenants are not permitted to have ring cameras. The safety of the building could use some improvement in my opinion overall.

I am new to the area & the Spectrum building specifically. I will say that I am totally excited for this new beginning. I have experienced working with Rae throughout my time at the property so far. Cameron initially set me up & Rae has been awesome at following up with me. She is consistent, professional, responsive & definitely helpful. I would say the same about Cam. They made me feel right at home! Overall, I’m grateful to have a management/leasing team who actually take initiative in caring for their residents. Thank you Spectrum team for an awesome welcoming! I will do my due diligence to keep the building as safe as possible. P.S. I think it’s awesome being able to have a reserved parking option.

I've lived at Spectrum for 2 years and I can say the leasing agents and building managers are AMAZING. Hats 1000000% off to CAMERON. Seriously, the kindest, coolest, inclusive, and best office manager I have ever come across. Cameron is extremely welcoming and makes spectrum feel like an amazing home and honestly, I think this type of inclusive energy radiates to the rest of the residents because everyone at spectrum is literally SO kind and the community is amazing and I honestly think that's because of cameron, rae, and yaz. The three of them work tirelessly to give the residents a really amazing experience, especially with the events. They are really quick to respond to any issues and extremely kind and quick to resolve any problems anyone faces and all of them are extremely flexible. Seriously, the three of them are RUNNING spectrum, one of the kindnest, nicest communities in all of atlanta. @OWNERS y'all need to give cameron a raise because he is really good at giving residents a really amazing experience. Seriously, the resident events is what makes spectrum feel amazing. Also, the building has gotten a ton of new upgrades- new furniture, new art of the walls, new pool updates. I would 100000% recommend spectrum but again it's literally because of cameron, rae, and yaz. also, i've never had any major issues with my neighbors. if I hear noise, it's not a huge deal and I will put in ear plugs but otherwise during the day/night, the building is relatively quiet and again, the customer service is super quick here. any issues spectrum staff is on it so quick and so efficient with it too, like period!!!!! go go go and rent at spectrum ASAP

My wife and I moved in here recently and so far, we love it. The location is perfect for us, with easy highway access & places nearby to walk to/do. The office staff has been fantastic, responsive, and helpful (Thanks Yaz!) and the maintenance staff has been incredibly quick to respond to requests and determined to see things get fixed correctly, not just easily. Keeta is great at her job and very conversational while doing it. Whatever they're doing here, it's working and we couldn't recommend it enough.

I’ve had a great experience the whole time i have lived in Spectrum. This is in large due to the staff who i have worked with, Cam and Yaz. They have always offered prompt and professional support, while being very personable. In addition, the maintenance team is also very knowledgeable and attend to issues in a timely manner.

Rae was delightful to work with. She is an expert in multitasking and will match your energy and pace to assist you in any way she can. The place is beautiful but I was more impressed with her adaptability and hospitality than anything else.

This is my first solo apartment and I never felt safer. The staff here does a wonderful job of making sure everyone is safe. And connected with the club house gatherings like a little family. Also, the office go above and beyond to help their residents out .

I had an excellent experience working with Rae throughout my entire time at the property. From the very beginning of my lease to the move-out process, she was consistently professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. During my stay, Rae was always approachable and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. She genuinely cares about residents and it shows in how smoothly everything was handled. When it came time to move out, she made the process clear, stress-free, and well-organized, which I really appreciated during what can be a hectic time. Overall, my experience at the property was very positive, and Rae played a big role in that. She’s knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to ensure a great resident experience. I highly recommend working with her — she’s an absolute asset to the leasing team!

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and really enjoy it! From the apartment being in an amazing location to the dynamic resident events, this truly is a great place for anyone to live. The leasing team is also incredibly caring, extremely attentive, and very supportive! A huge shoutout to Cameron, Rae, and Yaz for being a great leasing office team!
