This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The nightly rate was affordable which made me think the experience may not be so great. I was wrong. The host at the registration desk was helpful and courteous. We arrived late to the hotel right as the bar was closing. The manager was willing to put in a food order for us at the last minute. After a day of travel that meant a lot. The staff is working non-stop to keep the building clean. I'd stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The roon was clean and just what I need for 2 nights. The Bahamian chef that made breakfast did a superb job. I even had to personally compliment him. For a free continental breakfast it was great, it came with eggs, bacon, turkey bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, bagels. I MUST SAY THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS I DID NOT REQUEST ROOM SERVICE AND THEY STILL ENTERED THE ROOM. But besides that I was very pleased with my stay and still rate them five stars.

I arrived at 8 and had to switch rooms because someone smoked in the room previous. In the room I was switched to, there was long hair on the towels and there was stains on the bedding. Only one elevator was operational for 6 floors, and it would also get stuck. Breakfast was okay, but every station was left completely uncovered for hours. Wouldn’t recommend or stay here again unless you’re cool with 2 star hotels. Would rather sleep at the airport.

Will NEVER stay here EVER again ... A flight from Buffalo NY to Atlanta including checking in... Going through TSA. We arrived in Atlanta and we spent more time in line in the lobby that everything else including the half hour wait for their free Shuttle combined..... It got to a point I thought we were pranked! We lifted off in Buffalo at 6:50 arrived in in Atlanta @ 8:30... At 11:20 pm we walked into our room. I just have never experienced anything like this ever.... Like I still think we were in a test or something..... There is just no way... Especially in a service industry people are gracious with an explanation.... nothing.... crickets!!! This will be a story for life! Not in a good way for Wyndom.... Even as I am writing this post, I am still just flabbergasted 3 hours to go from an airport on a Friday night to the hotel 2.7 mi away with their shuttle, 3 hours, 3 hours, 3 freaking hours... Between shuttle and check in! There was no storm. No power outage. No emergency.... Just a business so under prepared to handle check ins that I wouldn't consider them ever again in any capacity. I just typed a lot but I have no words! How bad is it that you feel embarrassed for the company. The front desk associates were friendly and certainly not their fault unless they were in charge of staffing then it's%100 on them but I don't think that was on them.

So very pleased with the service of Shaun and Montavius. Excellent front desk service and assisted greatly with finding solutions to my niche requests. Husband and I were traveling due to extreme devastating circumstances and both of these gentlemen were kind, caring, and generous to my necessary medical needs without even knowing our situation. Such compassionate and kind gentlemen working here. Hotel rooms are clean and bedsheets spotless. Food from ‘Bowties’ was delicious as well. So grateful for this hotel experience.

Staff was nice and the bed was decent. It is very close to the airport and runs shuttles. It was also really affordable. Our room was half clean, but the floors were dirty. The bathroom was bad enough that we just decided not to shower during our stay. The bar/restaurant area is weird. It is super bright and out in the open. I was incredibly loud all night. Tons of street noise and slamming doors. It was convenient for an early flight, but we won't be return customers

The room and most importantly, the bed, was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and you could smell that someone had sanitized. When I rate a stay it is based on the basics and it was 5/5. The staff at greeting was friendly, efficient, polite and empathetic to our travel delays. If I’m stuck at the Atlanta airport, I’m heading here again! The room I had was the warm, clean, and comfortable. Don’t worry about cleanliness. I’m very picky about where I lay my head.

I had to book a last minute room because unfortunately TSA made miss my flight last night, so I wasn’t in the best mood. The front desk staff was so kind and charismatic that she lightened my mood as I was checking in. The room was spacious and clean, and the location is great, 8min ride to the airport. They also provide a free shuttle every 30 min starting at 4AM. 10/10 experience, would def book again.

We were disappointed with our experience during our recent stay. One of the rooms we rented had a toilet that would not flush properly. The men’s restroom in the lobby also had a non-functioning toilet. More concerning, there was a used condom left in the men’s lobby restroom toilet. That is a serious cleanliness and hygiene issue in a shared space and should never happen in a hotel environment. These issues significantly detracted from our stay. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both maintenance and sanitation standards.

Some years ago, I booked into this location and was very disappointed. But now it is remodeled, everything is new, they have a real in-house restaurant, open late. The service is superb. It is a whole different place. The rooms are very clean and perfect for an in and out of the airport. The service at the counter and the restaurant is very good but you might have to ask because there are very few personnel, but they are willing to help. The food at the restaurant was not five stars but very good. Just two minor things to notice. First when I checked in the person told me about breakfast, but there was no breakfast. Second, the shuttle is not 24 HRS. But above all I would stay there again.
