First time at Tru. No coffee or microwave in the room but available 24/7 in the lobby. And the coffee was totally delicious! Minimalist furniture in the room but bed and linens were clean and comfortable. Front desk helpful and just the cutest (Naima)! Just exactly what was needed for a short stay in Atlanta. Breakfast was as expected but neatly presented and plentiful. No bar but Marlow's was just 3 minutes down the road.

The staff at this hotel is great and the rooms were clean and wonderful. They worked really hard to accommodate a couple of challenging requests that I had. The only problem with this hotel is that the breakfast was dismal. The grits weren’t cooked and the powdered eggs and bacon left a lot to be desired. They also didn’t run breakfast very late on a Saturday morning and I saw people come down looking for food when they’ve already cleaned up. It only goes from 6 to 9 and I feel like weekend should go later. The coffee was mid at best. All in all a very good stay and I would stay again, but they really need to step it up on their breakfast offerings.

Seems TRU is Hilton's response to Motel 6. Small utilitarian rooms. No drawers. Bruised knee every trip around the bed. Several area are missed by maintenance: Shower door leaks. Baseboard falling off wall. Keyless e-entry had to be reset at front desk at least twice everyday. Several staff members show a sincere desire to serve customers.

I stay at Tru by Hilton frequently. This one came up a little short. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good as usual. Where it missed the mark was on overall maintenance. The shower door in the bathroom was wubbing against the shower pan as it looked like some screws on the hinge were backing out. The walls in the room were a little beat up and the baseboards could use a good cleaning. The gym...that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the walls had some issues that needed fixing. Always feel that Tru is a good value, this property needs a little TLC in my opinion.

Our Christmas weekend stay at this hotel was great! The cleanliness of our room and common areas, wonderful hospitality from front desk representative, and those managing the continental breakfast all help to ensure that our stay was great. Because of this positive experience we would return to this Tru location and will look for other "Tru" locations to book/stay!

BEWARE THEFT!!! On our stay there were 15 cars broken into. They busted windows and went through for any valuables. We had little to no help from the hotel staff to help with clean up or trying to find somewhere to replace the glass. We also had an issue with someone banging on our door after 11pm that was reported to the front desk, but nothing was done about it. The hotel is not secure. We would have left but it was late and we had our two young daughters with us. I reached out to the GM but was told that they had signs that stated that we were responsible for theft/damage. That covers the legal part of it but not the customer service part of it. We won’t be staying at any Tru Hilton hotels in the future. They do not stand by their customer service guarantee. We really expected more from Hilton. Hilton do better!!!

Our stay was fine. The beds were hard but rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was better than most. Staff was friendly. However 15 cars had their windows broken and items stolen. We were lucky and did not have any damage. We did over hear management say the signs in parking lot say they're not responsible, maybe true but very insensitve. A long time guest also stated this happens all the time. The police also took over an hour to respond. So be careful with your vehicle if you do stay here. We will never be back.

Nice little hotel in a relatively ok location. My husband had a surgery and we booked this hotel because of the location. I’m impressed free parking and a lovely staff and clean rooms. Mr Lemar was so kind calling to check on us throughout our stay to make sure we have everything we need. The mall across from the hotel was very underwhelming but I do recommend this hotel 4 out of 5

The front desk service was great. Bed was a little hard. Also I didn’t like that they didn’t have an Ice bucket. But they do have an ice machine and water available. Hot breakfast in the morning was an added bonus.

Experience was excellent.. Staff were courtesy and friendly, thanks Sean and Lemar! Even though my room door pad died and needed the battery replaced, that was solved within 10mins of notifying the staff. Room was comfortable, smelled good and the bathroom spot on! The dispenser soap scents are smell soo good! Good job Hilton at this Tru by Hilton!
